From Hope and a Plan:

I have been thinking about string theory a lot in the past week and about physics and how electrons take every single path to get from a to b.  I wonder if that isnt a physics metaphor for how we are either taking every single path as humans or our incarnations are all happening at the same time.  And if so, are all of our multiple selves impacting karmically each other?  What if we personally create a butterfly effect across dimensions (life times) impacting not only all of life which is energy in the here and now but elsewhere?  I’d love to know your thoughts…  Thanks again for a terrific subject!

I’m glad you brought up the idea of multiple selves across time and the idea that they are impacting one another. This is something I’ve thought about due to a series of dreams I had that I was a colonist on Mars. Strangely, I met another woman around the same period who was also having similar dreams. We were (and are) both Aquarians and when comparing our dreams found they were bizarely similar. The structures in the dream were nearly identical and the small number of colonists, all the details. It sort of freaked me out at the time and I didn’t know what it meant. In retrospect I think she was actually someone who I have a future karmic tie to and we met in this life for a brief period perhaps to set something up for that lifetime which was why we were both having these dreams around the time we met each other.

Since time is pliable and really an illusion I’ve wondered if our other selves could not only be living in different times but different time trajectories. Meaning histories that could have been and futures that will be if only certain things happen. Perhaps our decision to incarnate at a collective time/space is an attempt to rectify the past and the future, shaping for the better our personal and collective evolution.

I remember as a child being confused that certain things hadn’t been invented as I had assumed things worked in a certain way such as computerization. When I found out that people actually drew the pictures for animated films I was shocked. There were a lot of things invented in my lifetime that I assumed were already here when I was young which led me to believe I had lived in the future at a certain point and came back in time to this point. I think we incarnate in this way skipping backward and forward across time for various reasons. It isn’t linear as we are led to believe by traditional ideas of reincarnation.

I think you are right about the idea of a butterfly effect which is why we skip across time and incarnate in ancient Egypt and then as a colonist on Mars, as each life effects the whole more like a globe of energy being added to by our decisions and incarnations, then a point in space/time that moves in linear fashion.

Which leads to this next question from Wei:

Denise, Could Zoma be your higher self?  Someone you were at one point?  Interesting that you found a historical reference, must have been quite a person.  I worry about channeling because of the intentions of the spirit coming through, but as long as you know what you’re doing.  It’s an interesting subject and I have no doubt channeling is real.

I have wondered that myself and actually thought it was my higher self until I found the ancient Jewish mystic and philosopher who bore that name. And then I wondered the same thing, perhaps he’s me from another life? I don’t know. When Zoma first came to me the feeling was very extraterrestrial and Zoma actually called itself “we.” It appeared as a collective group of souls or so I felt at the time. And it had a similar vibe to my experiences with Enochian energy.

But I was also more afraid of my psychic ability then and it had a dark side (probably due to my turbulent childhood). As I’ve matured my ability has become earthed more in my personality and my body which has been an interesting experience and hard to really explain. Instead of going out of my body to get information I now go inward and trace things through lines and trails usually through my heart chakra. And actually at the end of a reading I feel this overwhelming unconditional love for the person I read for due to this method.

My ability feels completely integrated unlike when I was younger. My new experiences with Zoma feel more like he is a part of myself. Even his tone and energy seem like a spiritually evolved human and not like some freaky extraterrestrial Enochian angelic force. This makes me believe that Zoma is a part of me which is why I was really the only person who could channel it/him when I was younger.

I do believe we all have a Zoma though, some part of ourselves (aka the higher self) that knows pretty much everything, is omniscient and one with God/Goddess/Universe. I have no idea why some people can access this and others can not, but I think it probably has something to do with our path in life and how we set this life up. Some of us really don’t need to be in touch with that part of our-self because our life lessons are grounded very much in the material plane. Just like I’m athletically (severly) challenged (and I mean that literally) some people are cut off from their intuition. I have one friend from high school who told me she never had so much as a Deja Vu’ or any  kind of intuition or any experience with feeling the presence of God/Goddess or really any kind of remotely psychic experience. And I know this to be true because I took a trip with her in the 1980s to New York and she didn’t even get a bad feeling when we walked through Times Square. She was totally clueless to the creepy, leering energy there, it was odd as if she had not even any primitive animal instinct for danger. For some reason she chose to be blind in this way for this lifetime perhaps to concentrate on other things. She’s a brilliant person and artist, but has not one iota of intuition. Just like I have not one iota of athletic talent.

I can only suppose we design our life time to fit our lessons and take the tools we need to fulfill our purpose leaving behind things that would distract us. The problem for most people though is they undervalue or devalue their gifts and spend far too much time lamenting what they feel they are lacking. I think this is one of the hardest lessons of all. We each admire others for the things we feel are missing from ourselves and dismiss what we are meant to give. It’s not an easy lesson. I’m only beginning to come to terms with these issues myself.

Hi Denise. Tell me, is it possible that someone’s personal year can start early. My personal year for 2009 is 6 but everything I am supposed to experience this year happened last year. The personal year 7 is more of what I’m into now.

Hi Iris,

Actually, depending on when you were born within that year it would change. For example if you were born December 31 you would add up your 12 + 31 = 34 then the year 2009 = 11, so the number would be 45 which would be a 9.

However, your year change wouldn’t happen until December 31, so you would experience 2009 as a number 8 even though technically it would be a 9.

Some numerologists don’t agree with this, they believe once the year number changes so does your personal year, so you have to go with your own experience. In your case you feel you experienced your year number early. What is your birthday so I can help you figure it out.

It’s possible that if your birthday was very close to midnight and you moved to another time zone, perhaps your birthday would fall on the next day or the day before depending on where you moved. In astrology its called a relocation chart. I’ve never really heard it applied to numerology, but it seems possible that this could occur in such an instance as well. 

For example your birth date was 11/11 at 11:51 PM Sydney Australia and then you moved to the Berkeley, CA you would actually have been born on 11/10 at whatever time (you get the idea). Or reverse that and say you were born at 11/11 in Berkeley, CA at 11:51 PM and moved to New York you would actually have been born at 2:51 AM 11/12. Perhaps something like this occurred in your case? Hi Denise,  I just saw in the news that there was an earthquake in S Carolina, early this morning. I had a thought about the orange garage light experience you had last night. Sometimes when I get signs they are literal. Do you think its somewhere called Orange? Orange county Florida, California, or Orange the city in different areas??? And, Do you think there is anything to worry about with the Soviets doing naval excercises in the waters off of Venezuela? Thanks for keeping up the blog! Hi Hope and A Plan, I had wondered about this, it was definitely something one would see in a ghost movie. I remembered as I was falling to sleep having had a dream the night before about an attempted terrorist type of attack, the weapons were mostly machine guns and I think there was an armored car involved. In the dream I was a spy uncovering the scheme. it was a foreign european country. it was night time and I didn’t think that much about it. That was all I remembered of it. It was so odd, that I kind of forgot about it. It’s not often I’m a spy exchanging gun fire in a dream. But I wondered as I was falling asleep the night of the crazy garage light, if perhaps I had blown off a warning dream the night before, and the light was trying to draw my attention to my unconscious. I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older (and because of all the migraine and seizure medicine I take now) that I often forget my dreams, and most of my psychic stuff happens while I’m awake, often physical/poltergeist type of manifestations mixed with intense emotional feelings attached to words that circle around in my head for days until I can’t ignore them anymore. Maybe the spirits really have to hit me over the head because I’m either jaded or the medicine I take makes remembering my dreams difficult. Anyway, I thought it was interesting to read the post by you which I have coming up after Better Days Ahead’s comment, about the terrorist attack in France. I’m not surprised by the attempt because as i said there are a bunch of European countries that have Pluto hitting something important in their national chart right now. But France actually doesn’t have anything all that nasty compared to most, so its not surprising the attempt was stopped. In my dream there was gun fire exchanged. And I’m not sure if it was France or Germany or England, it was just a very typical European city. There are parts of all European cities that look the way the dream did. Hopefully this will be it for attempted terrorist attacks for the time being, but I don’t know. I am a little worried that there maybe a bigger broader wider international type of plan coming, something that will involve multiple attacks in many European cities at the same time, and here as well because of this critical degree in cardinal signs seen in so many important and national charts. I really need to study the charts again, but I’ve been so busy as we all have with the holiday and trying to keep away one of my intense migraine’s under control for the past week. betterdaysahead   If there’s gonna be a big sell off, it might be lead by a failure to make a loan to the auto industry. Clearly Bush and his folks are against this.   Hi Better Days Ahead, It looked like the American auto industry would survive for the next couple of years and then go under. But there is so much anger about the last bail out which as I said in the posts back before it happened, wasn’t going to go through the first time around when it actually would have helped, but rather a watered down crappy version would pass and do really no good. People have a right to be angry. In my opinion the only reason the bail out happened was to show good faith to the rest of the world — basically to make it look like we were doing something, ANYTHING. But alas, the bail out was so flawed by the time it passed it really was an empty, extremely expensive gesture. Of course though the banking industry is the life blood of the global economy and if we poisoned it, then we were obliged to fix it or risk losing our place in the world economy. We would have been thrown out of the game for being cheaters, which of course, we were, so our government had to make a show of good faith to save face. But they really didn’t get much else accomplished for the money. The auto industry is a very different beast and it will fold our economy into a full swing Depression if it collapses, but we won’t be contaminating the world water supply like we did with the banking scheme. The Republicans don’t really care about saving Joe Normal’s job at GM, and as its turning out they didn’t really care about saving the world economy either, just fattening deals for their peeps. But that’s another story. I can’t say I have a lot of pity for the CEO’s of the American car makers, they’ve been morons. But I do feel for the people who have done their best, and worked hard at their jobs, and now face the potential loss of the life they’ve known.   hopeandaplan Hi Denise, I woke up with the feeling that everything was shaking and a lot of energy was swirling. It has made me wonder, seems like there are an awful lot of them all over the place but then again, it seems earthquakes come in swarms and then calm for a while before the next swarm hits. It seems that my hunch about the patriarchal version of her as slanted toward the negative is right. She is much like a trickster, Goddess of chaos and discord. She likes to confuse or as my friend would say she’s a sh*t stir, meaning she likes to get people to think, laugh and is seen (among those who see her as positive) to be a Goddess of creativity through chaos. She also likes to reveal the superficial and make people think. The Stock Market: Answering a Reader’s Question

This question from George is a good one. It is at the bottom of this post for reference.

I have to admit that the feeling I had before the initial crash was intense and urgent. Since then it has been erratic. I picked the end of December into January because this is when Pluto is exactly conjunct the Dow Jones first house. Of course if the date or time was off in that chart (which is always possible) then we could have seen the hit at 0 degree instead of the 1 degree in the official chart. 

The other manifestation of Pluto going over the first house is the exposure of corruption, scandals, abuse of power and scams that could hamper investment in the market out of fear. We’ve started seeing this with the most recent news of the ex-head of NASDAQ taking rich investors for an estimated 50 billion dollars. Pluto will uncover more of this sort of thing, it may or may not lead to another crash, but it will definitely transform the way the markets are ultimately allowed to do business.

In the next 10-15 years the  market will go through such major transformations economists/brokers/bankers and financial people won’t recognize it as the same entity it once was. I think we will see instability for a long time as the market re-organizes, and gets restructured under Pluto’s influence. Which means during this long period we may see wild fluctuations as new things become uncovered, and new laws are put in place to shore up the bleeding. 

It’s my feeling that we are still in the midst of this crisis, and haven’t seen the worst of it, but it will turn around over the next couple of years. In terms of the bottoming out, if I were looking just at the aspects I’d have to say as an astrologer that the worst still will be the end of December into January when Pluto hits that 1 degree mark. And again when Pluto retrogrades back to that point at different points in 2009. However, as a psychic, I also know that charts are not always 100 accurate, so timing isn’t always exact because of this, and the intense urgency about the market I felt back in September has abated. I’m not sure if this is because we’re already in it, and I’ve gotten used to the energy, or if we really have seen the biggest drop we’re going to feel by comparison of where it was to begin with.

I do feel however, that we haven’t seen the end of companies going under, and the market dropping and being very erratic which is why for those of us who are not incredibly market savvy, it is still best to wait it out. I’d give it at least a couple of years to stabilize.

It’s been my intuition for a number of years now that there is a lot of criminal activity taking place in the stock market and I feel the uncovering of this is part of Pluto going over the first house of the Dow. I mentioned this in earlier posts. I feel we are entering into this phase of Pluto now where a lot of dirty tricks, insider trading, corruption and scams are exposed. Pluto is going to clean house, and while this is good in the long run, it will disrupt people’s faith in the market, and bring down value substantially. 

So to summarize: We are still in the middle of the bleeding. Criminal activity regarding the market will continue to come to light. The market will undergo tremendous change over the next decade. It won’t really be “safe” for normal people to invest in the market for a few years when it begins to stabilize again. More companies are going to go under. The overall value of the market is going to go down. We are headed into a different sort of depression then the 30s, but still it will be a depression. There will be international market, and banking laws put into place over the next decade, and the world will become even more intricately connected as one economy, with one set of rules we all have to abide by. After a few years of changes people will get used to the Pluto energy, and begin to understand the new flow of the market, and it will turn around for the better, and start to build more value again.

This new depression will be somewhere between the recession we felt of the 70s, and the 30s, but on a global scale. It won’t be barrels full of money to buy bread, but there will be tremendous unemployment and people having to change their lifestyles dramatically in some cases to get through this time. I also feel that the length and severity of this depression/recession has been greatly reduced by the election of Obama. His chart compared to that of the US constitution signing, and the Dow, and NASDAQ are good. Most of his energy regarding the markets will be spent in re-structuring them for the future good of the world’s economy.

I am a hobbist genealogist. I have several long deceased relatives I would like to know what they were like. Have you ever done a chart on a deceased person? If I have a date and time of death, how do I use that?  My great grandfather died of swine flu in 1918. His brother died that same year in WWI. I can find military records for Uncle Glenn, but nothing for Grandpa Benjamin. I would love to know more about these two men, but have exhausted all other sources. It seems like their deaths sent the whole family into a downward spiral. I don’t have birth times naturally, but I don’t think that will matter in this case. Can you use dates from the distant past to see how they impacted the future? Thanks! Hi Grace, You can run a solar chart. And yes you can see how they effected the world through their charts, and of course, what sorts of things they went through based on that info. You won’t know exactly what. and when things happened without a birth time, but you can really tell a lot about their personalities; how they interacted with people, their passions, their weaknesses, most definitely. if you want to post their birth dates I can run solar charts for you, and do an analysis to show everyone how this works.   Wyntyr

Hi Denise,  I would love to know your thoughts on the Illinois governor (Blagojevich) scandal. Somehow this man seems so caught up in his ego that he literally doesn’t ‘get’ what he has done and feels like he answers to nobody but himself (is my humble opinion). I hope this won’t drag out very far into 2009 if at all, but most likely there will be a lot of mud sliding downhill for quite some time with this scandal. This time period almost seems like a ‘karmic’ cycle in the world. And, those that are corrupt will definately feel the effects. I personally feel that once Obama and his team get into office, that they are going to uncover unprecedented amounts of previous corruption and scandal that we have NEVER seen in anyones lifetime (especially in the financial, banking, auto industry, etc.). And, they are thankfully the right team to clean it up! Best wishes to you Denise! Hi Wyntyr, The dude looks like a cartoon of a slimy used car salesman. How did this man even win? Seriously, he has such gross energy. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the guy. He’s just a bad stereo type of a political hack. I think he got confused, and thought he was living in the Soviet Union, because how ridiculous is this whole thing? He not only couldn’t sell Obama’s senate seat — I don’t want to even get into how stupid this guy has to be. And yes, I agree with you, we are seeing karma boomerang right now. It’s just the beginning. I don’t think we’ve seen the end of the Bush scandals in terms of them getting their due as well. Interestingly there was a planet discovered a few years ago (in our solar system) by Mike Brown professor/scientist from Cal-Tech. There was some debate about whether it was really a “planet” or not because of its size and the fact that it was so far out of orbit. But it is actually bigger then Pluto which is why scientists started trying to say Pluto was no longer a planet. Long story short they decided trans-neptunian planets in the Kuiper Belt would be called dwarf planets, lame but anyway, I e-mailed Mike Brown about the importance of picking the right name, which was his responsibility since he found it, telling him how important a name is, especially to the collective unconscious, blah, blah. I begged him to pick a Goddess name since there were so few and also to try and stay within the same pantheon all the other planets were named for. He wrote me back and told me he was on it. I had suggested a name but there was already an asteroid with that name and they couldn’t have two heavenly bodies with similar names due to some regulation. So he ended up picking Eris, Goddess of strife. This was decided in 2006. Interestingly enough Uranus, ruler of revolutions was discovered in-between the French revolution and our revolution. I don’t think its a coincidence that Eris was found when she was. As I see it she is a warning about the difficulties ahead. I want to do more research on her mythology but to make a long story short I think her discovery was a foreshadowing of a new period, one in which karma becomes more instant, and where reaction follows action almost immediately. Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for answering the question about Laura Bush.

What is going on with India? Obviously it’s a terrorist attack. but any correlation with pakistan or al queda? What’s next for India?

Hi A,

I didn’t feel it was Al Queda, never did. And, not being an expert on the whole world of terrorism didn’t know about all the other groups out there. I watched MSNBC today (maybe it was CNN) first there was an interview with Kissinger, yawn. And then with two actual experts on India. The first thought there was some domestic involvement, the second thought it had all the hallmarks of some group that was a terrorist group born, breed and trained in Pakistan.

My gut told me the second guy was right. I’m sure the terrorists knew the lay of the land, had been to Mumbai before many times planning everything out. They were not Indian. And I’m sure they were Muslim extremists. I’m sure of that for so many reasons, as I’m sure the rest of the world is 100% sure of it, too. I’m not going to go into how angry I am about this, how anti-spiritual all forms of terrorism are, whether its Islamic, or Christians blowing up abortion clinics, or the ancient Jews murdering the Goddess worshippers (notice a theme, they all believe in the same God, and yet they all fight over details about Him? Hmmm, people didn’t do that before Jehovah, what’s up with that? But I digress.)

The other interesting thing the second expert said was that India had developed some sort of nuclear based laser system to take out terrorist camps in Pakistan if something like this were to happen to them. He claimed India wouldn’t start there, but that the people of India would demand the government do something.

All of this lead me to believe that those aspects coming up made even more sense. Perhaps India will try to get Pakistan to offer an apology. It won’t be either good enough or they won’t do it. India will either as retaliation, or as a means of defense hit Pakistan with its new weapons system to try, and take out what they see as the next potential threat. 

After 9/11 I think we as Americans know how it feels to be attacked, and not only do we feel for the people of India, but we can understand their outrage, and pain. It is natural they will want to strike back. And, unfortunately, I get the feeling from Pakistan they are indifferent, or cold to the pain of their neighbor, and this will exacerbate the wound.

I don’t think Obama will be able to stop this, nor do I think its in our best interest that he does. I don’t have a feeling this war would escalate to the point of getting totally out of control. I feel it will be more strategic. And perhaps even help us to bond with India in an attempt to rid Pakistan of their compliance with terrorist groups. 

I will spend the next couple of posts answering questions about the stock market. 

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving weekend. And again we pray for the Indian victims, and their families. May they cross into the light without fear, without pain, without sorrow, without regret and may those they left behind be given solace, protection, and remember their loved ones will always be with them.

hope u r well. thanks for all your contribution for the blogs. My main concern was always qantas and another recent incident 3 days ago mean a qantas airplane had to shut down one engine and land on one engine only. My gut feelings are not good.

Also i would like to mentioned that i had the weirdest dream the previous week and it looks like nightmare. Then came the Mumbi attacks. I just learned that a family friend who was staying at the Taj got killed. may be my dream was an omen.

Now the next question is Will India and Pakistan go to war?

why i think it is imporant to ask this question is because it would have an impact in the war on terror in Afghanistan. I feel a new test for president elect Obama on international affairs is coming.

I thought of you when I heard there had been a crash of a training jet. I think it was New Zealand Air which of course is not even the same country, but it is in the general area of Australia. I always think its best to trust your own intuition especially if you or someone you love is directly involved with the issue at hand. You more than anyone will be plugged into the zeitgeist of that company especially if you are an intuitive type which it seems you are. So trust yourself. What’s the worst thing that can happen by doing so? If you work for them, you get another job and nothing goes wrong with the company. Well, maybe its because you were meant to move on with your life. And even that is a good reason to listen to your intuition. 

I want to stress here for EVERYONE: ALWAYS TRUST YOUR INTUITION! It will never lie to you. It will never lead you astray. It will always guide you, if you let it. It is intuition that saves peoples lives in crisis situations. IF SOMETHING OR SOMEONE DOESN’T FEEL RIGHT — TRUST YOURSELF! Forget being polite, forget social morres. I have hear countless examples of people trusting themselves and barely escaping serial killers and those who went against everyone intuition and were later nearly murdered. 

Why do you think all the animals on the island of Sumatra started walking up hill hours before the tsunami hit? Trained elephants were seen literally breaking free from their chains just hours before the water rose. These were animals that had never exhibited this behavior before. The answer is simple. They have instinct — intuition. Something we all have, but humans turn it off, and chose to listen to our logical brain. We talk ourselves out of our feelings, often at our own peril.

So if your about to get on an airplane, and you suddenly feel really panicky, and have no logical reason why, have always been fine before a flight, and just start to sweat, or itch, or something weird as you stand in line to get on — bail out. I hearby grant you permission! Death isn’t an worthy test of your psychic abilities. 

It’s my feeling that in the case of 9/11 and in Mumbai, Madrid and in London were these attacks have taken place, more people were not killed because they did get a weird feeling, and people trusted it. There should have been more people who died in all of these situations which tells me, and it should tell everyone, some part of us knows danger and that part is ALWAYS to be TRUSTED. Above and beyond logic, psychics, preachers, priests, gurus, presidents, authorities, whomever. 

Now for your next question. I’m going to post both the charts of Pakistan and India here and do some analysis:

OK, I know I posted a lot of charts, some are comparisons from India’s side, then from Pakistan’s side of the equation. It’s interesting to see how at the very beginning both of these countries were very similar, and would have gotten along like twins. 

Then the second chart for Pakistan when it became an Islamic Republic, still has some commonality with its mother country, but takes a strong turn. 

Looking at the transits on the start date of the Mumbai terrorist attacks and onward, Pluto was at 0 degrees Capricorn (a critical degree) exactly opposing India’s Mars and in Pakistan’s original chart, their Mars as well. It was also making an exact inconjunction to India’s rising. Pluto rules nuclear power, mind blowing experiences, the occult, death, the hidden and unseen, power over others and Mars rules aggression, war, fighting, guns, weapons of all kinds, the military, etc.

There was also an exact fatal Neptune opposition from Aquarius transiting the country’s 10th house, opposing the country’s Sun. This was also an attempt on the part of the terrorists to disrupt India’s business and wound the spirit of the country, and the feeling of safety not just for westerners, but for Indian nationals as well.

Transiting Uranus was also making an applying square to the country’s Jupiter in the 6th house (almost exact), giving chaos a greater opportunity. Luck was not on the India’s side. Uranus also was making an applying inconjunction to the mid-point of the natal Sun and Venus, so the health and financial well being were suddenly disrupted, and men, women and children were all fair game to these disgusting vile sickos. 

India (as we all know) has been recently blaming Pakistan for the terrorist attacks, and calling it their 9/11. Now here’s the very scary part: transiting Pluto will be at 2 degrees of Capricorn, going through Pakistan’s 9th house of foreign countries, squaring the countries Mars. This happens around the 20th of January 2009. This could very much mean a retaliatory attack from India against Pakistan at that time, and it could (with Pluto’s involvement) involve nuclear weapons, perhaps not the high powered kind we have, but still. This information may not be known to the general public right away, if ever, or might not come out immediately because of the 12th house involvement. It maybe that India takes out terrorist camps with dirty bombs, or some kind of weapon that isn’t like Hiroshima, but smaller, more targeted and meant to surgically destroy a particular area. But chances are good they won’t just use traditional weapons with this transit and are more likely to use very powerful, surgical type of warheads or nuclear type of weapons.

Transiting Neptune will also be opposing Pakistan’s natal Jupiter in the 5th house in January, exactly. I would think there would be some global confusion in terms of their alliances with other countries at that time, also with Jupiter conjunct Pluto in Leo in the 5th it seems this country has a tendency to control its children to a pretty extreme degree, this Neptune opposition could put these children in real danger. I’ll put this bluntly, it looks like there is a strong element of brain washing geared toward children, and children are often gambled with in order to gain power (Pluto conjunct Jupiter in Leo 5th house), with this Neptune opposition, many of them could die as a result of them being used for a particular ideology (Neptune=loss, 11th house=ideology). So it could be that many of the terrorists and terrorists in training are actually pretty young, some even children.

Then into late February Saturn will retrograde, making a transiting opposition to Pakistan’s natal Mercury in the 12th house (ruler of the 3rd and 6th), I believe causing more conventional type of conflict perhaps an invasion across the boarder from India into Pakistan (3rd house) perhaps even declaring a sort of martial law or a take over of the country (6th house of general health of the country, Saturn being constriction, opposing Mars violence, 12th house behind the scene and ones hidden enemies).

All in all, I’m going to say there is a very strong chance that come early-mid January of this year we will see talks between India and Pakistan break down completely as transiting Mercury will oppose India’s natal Mercury and there is no glue nataly between India and Pakistan, they really do not know how to communicate with one another. Pakistan has Mercury in Pisces in the 12th, very duplicitous, sneaky, religious in an organized religion sort of way, intellectually repetitive and India has Mercury in Leo in the 3rd, very bold, dramatic, intellectual, wordy, perhaps even threatening things they often don’t ever intend to do (under normal circumstances). They are like a goat and a pig trying to carry on a conversation, just doesn’t work. Once talks break down, this is when we will see targeted nuclear strikes coming from India in my opinion toward the end of January and then there is a strong possiblity of a conventional war/invasion in February.

OK, I was planning on going over a bunch more questions tonight, but got very absorbed in all the charts relating to India and Pakistan.

I will get to the question of NIFTY tomorrow.

The first chart I can’t be sure of the time, I used the start trading time of Australian Stock Exchange so I’m going to go on the second chart which will be more accurate and also be more appropriate as it will apply to those people who own stock in this company.

I would say there will be losses as Neptune returns to 23 degrees Aquarius in the 5th house in February of 09 but then as Uranus hits Mercury in the company’s 10th in March of 09 and trines natal Uranus and the Moon in the company’s 6th house there unexpected productivity which will lead to unexpected profits especially seen about a year later in April of 2010 when this aspects completes itself with a trine to the part of fortune in the 8th (investors). That will also be when (more toward the end of April but still, very close) when Mars will hit the company’s Venus (ruler of the 8th) and Neptune will be out of the 5th house of speculation and making an applying sextile to Pluto in the 3rd house from the 6th, which means there could be loss of some jobs as the company relocates or opens up another division somewhere else and lets some people go in the process, but it’s not a huge loss of jobs or anything. If you’re going to sell I’d wait until that period of time, it looks much better at that time. This stock will rebound and you will very likely regain any losses or make money if you wait it out until then.

Hi Barry,

I can’t give you a logical answer like an investment person would only an intuitive one. Personally, I would wait until at least March of 2011 when Uranus moves out of Pisces and into Aries. Things will be more hopeful, and there will be much more market confidence in certain areas by then. But I have a caveat, Pluto will be going through Capricorn (which rules business, major corporations and markets) until 2024 and Neptune through Pisces until about 2025, which means we are going to see the end of business, capitalism and the markets as we have known them.

There is going to be major restructuring throughout the next (nearly) 20 years. And this will be on a global scale. You will have to really educate yourself not just the history of the markets, and any funds you are interested in, but you will also have to be able to follow all the nuisances, and changes that will be perpetually coming.

I know some financial people are saying there won’t be a depression, others are saying it will be the worst depression we’ve ever known. But truly, I don’t think either are correct. This is going to be a period unlike anything we’ve seen. I don’t feel it will resemble the 30s except on the very surface. I have a feeling the world will work together to solve this crisis as I’ve posted long before there was any talks of this or foreign leaders coming together, etc.

There will be a period of adjustment and I don’t think financial people really have a clue just how radically things are going to end up changing. As I’ve said before I feel there will be international laws put into place not just regarding lending, but on trading as well, the markets will somehow be tied together in a new way, and instead of this hodge podge of pieces there will be a uniting off all markets into a truly global economy. But this will take many years, and happen piece by piece.

So to better answer your question, please post or e-mail me (so you can remain anonymous if you wish) specific funds and a time frame so I can do a yes/no spread about them. The trend here I’m seeing is too big, and wide, that I can’t see the trees inside this forest unless you point them out.

Also a shout out to anyone who has some advice on foreign and domestic funds, perhaps a break down of what’s positive and negative to help out Barry and all other readers. I’m a psychic/artsy fartsy type I’m not a hedge fund manager so I can’t logically answer this question it’s too broad for me. Give me something I can do a chart on or a tarot reading about!

This is an excellent question! It seems like the country has cancer of the eyeball and they are doing radiation on our femur. It’s kind of insane. I’m hopeful that it will get better with the new administration, but lets see what the cards say.

I asked if the new administration would focus on bailing out the people instead of big corporations. 

The answer: No.

But it’s not as bad as it seems. There will be change and much more help to those who need it. But it won’t be as much as many would like or think is necessary. The problem is they will keep trying to bail out companies to “save jobs” but they will also most likely extend unemployment benefits, pass health-care reform and also try to help people keep their homes, stuff like that, but by comparison it really won’t be commensurate with what they are doing for these big businesses that have been mismanaged, and deserve to go the way of the dodo for their idiocy and overpaid moronic CEOs. The money they spend bailing these companies out (which in my opinion those CEOs should have to sell all their assets off first and live like normal human beings if they ran their company into the ground, then they should loose their jobs and have to worry about money like anyone else does) would be better spent on education and on restructuring these companies. 

I don’t know if anyone saw Michael Moore on Larry King tonight, but he had a great idea; basically bail out the car companies, but take them over, kick out their management, and have them producing hybrids, mass transit vehicles, and cars that run on everything other than gas. I guess FDR took over the automotive industry when he came into office, and had them manufacturing airplanes, tanks, etc. for the war effort. Moore felt the government should take over the companies if they’re going to give them 25 billion, and make them help solve our reliance on oil in the process.

Moore was of the same split mind as most of us. These auto makers have been refusing to make good quality desirable products for the past 30 years, and now they want a hand out! It’s despicable and causes an immediate gag reflex before the repercussions of their failure hit the conscious mind. Moore had a good point. If these jobs go under there will be a huge ripple effect. And we can’t afford millions more jobs lost. So maybe socializing the auto industry not just by giving them money, but by actually making them do something productive would be a way out of the mess.

I doubt, however, this sort of strategy will be enforced. I’m sure this bail out will happen before the Obama administration gets in, and it maybe too late for the Obama administration to implement that idea depending on how the deal goes down. Let’s hope for all our sake congress uses their collective brain cell to figure this one out before signing off on our money like they did last time.

The second bail out package shouldn’t have happened, it did no good! The first one I believe would have made a difference, but so much was compromised, and ruined trying to get the Republicans on board that the bill was castrated. The only good that bill did was restoring a little faith that our government had a desire to solve the mess our country created. I think it bought us a little bit of diplomacy and that’s about it.

Answering Readers’, Stock Market Edition…

Hi Everyone,

Since we are in a market free fall and as predicted in Mid-September the real tsunami will happen at the end of Dec until the end of January. It won’t really be over then, but that’s when we’ll really see some scary stuff, much scarier then we have already. So in an effort to help as many of you as quickly as possible with all the instability on that front I’ve consolidated the stock market questions here. There are a lot, and I hope to get to them all tonight, but I maybe being too ambitious, we’ll see. I’ll try. If not today then they will be resolved over the weekend.

Let me remind all of you I’m a freaky psychic, artist type, and don’t know anything about the stock market. I’m only going on what my freaky psychic ability gives me and my knowledge of tarot, and astrology so when you write questions to me, make sure to dumb them down. Or I have to just go with the tarot and ask straight yes/no questions because I often don’t understand what the ins and outs are of particular financial issues, except for very basic stuff about how the market works.

I mentioned in a post a while back that there was a lot of money to be made on the down side of this market, but I wouldn’t advise people who aren’t super savvy with short selling, and all that jazz, to try this during this insane period. Would someone out there who does understand how to do this, please write a comment about the ins and outs of this to educate us? I will take the comment, and turn it into a post, and put it up with credit to whoever takes this on. Perhaps this could be a way for many people who lost a lot of money to make it back over the next couple of months. Think of spreading your knowledge as a public service.

You know me with my Moon in Capricorn I am trying to shore up my nest egg… So i have two questions. The first is what do you think of shorting the Dow, betting that it will go down using a Dow etf short over the next 3 months?

Secondly, Etrade stock accounts are not FDIC insured so if we do have anything in the market when chaos strikes can Etrade confiscate it to cover their Banking and Lending arm. Their savings accounts are FDIC insured…. Thanks for looking out for us. All the best to you and your family!

I think betting the stock market will go down is like betting ice will melt on a stove. I don’t know much about short selling but, yeah, it’s going to go down. And I do think you can make money betting it will go that way.

So I asked the cards if you could make money that way, just to make sure:

The answer: Maybe.

You really have to know what you are doing. If you get someone to help you, it looks like you know a man who is very generous who would be willing to give you advice in this area, then yes. But you really need to understand how all of it works, and your timing has to be impeccable so, talk to people, do research before you go for it.

I asked the second question to the cards.

It seems that they will not have money, be economically depressed, and use their clients money to keep afloat, but I don’t have a feeling this will be legal. So they will eventually have to pay people back. But of course if they go out of business you’ll be out of luck. So you might want to be safe and put your money into one of the FDIC insured accounts where they can’t touch it.

I hate to say this, as it is not a profession that I believe is for the sane, however with these incredibly volatile swings in the market, I have gone back to my origins as a day trader and have been cleaning up. When i taught day trading for some the shops on Wall street, I told everyon 2-3 out of 10 may survive this style of trading. It might be time for short jump back to the days of the soes bandits!

Maybe you could educate us on how to short sell! I agree that if you are well trained and understand short selling and all that complex stuff, and are not a normal everyday person with some long term investments in the market, you can make a bundle. I actually talked about that in another post. However for normal people who stick their money in an IRA or 401k, or a couple of stocks and plan to keep them until retirement, those people need to get out and wait for awhile before re-investing when the market is stable again. Most people fall under that category. I wish I understood the market better to even begin to understand how to make money short selling.

I recently saw an episode of Nightline that addressed the issue of short selling, and talk of making it illegal in the future. It seems there were investors who were actually destroying companies to short sell and make money off them this way, which I guess was what set off this issue of making the practice illegal.

Centro was incorporated as Jennings Properties Limited on 18 February 1985, and following a prospectus issued in August of the same year, shares were issued on the Australian Stock Exchange. In 1991 the Company was renamed Centro Properties Limited, and in September 1997, the Company was restructured to a stapled security structure named Centro Properties Group.

Hope this helps and also do not mind your reading using the tarot cards too. Just to refresh the question – Is this stock worth holding or to sell before the coming Tsunami around 21/22 Dec 2008? Or is there any hope of this company surviving?

One more question re your predicted Tsunami around 21/22 Dec- does that mean the US Dow will fall big time and the flow on effect on the rest of the world stock markets like here in Australia.

I can’t really run a chart without an exact date, and place at the least and since there are so many I wouldn’t know which was most useful. I’ll ask the tarot if it would be best to sell this stock before the end of December:

This is a Maybe. And I sense from the card layout, if you can wait a long time, it will be OK. If not sell within the next week or so. The sooner the better in this case.

In answer to the second question. That’s a big YES according to the tarot with the tower card coming up in the upright position — the super bad position. So it looks like the fall of our economy will trigger a domino effect that will sweep across all the markets like it did in October only in a much bigger way.

Denise, do you see any positive movement in the US stock markets – Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500 or Nasdaq Composite in the next 2 weeks (Thanksgiving week, and 1st week of December), before your December tsunami begins in earnest? I trying to intuit if there’ll be some “bounce” up before that big downturn starts, and getting stuck. Thanks for your blog and answer – hopefully within a day or two!

I’ll ask the tarot. Will their be a “bounce” up in the S&P 500 in the coming three weeks?

The cards say yes and no. The next couple of weeks won’t be good but in about 3 weeks there will be big turn for the better before the plunge. Perhaps this will be when the announcement to bail out the auto industry takes place.

Will there be a “bounce” up in Nasdaq Composite in the next three weeks?

That’s a basic no. But it actually looks like next week there will be some sunshine and better spirits and then back down. It doesn’t quite look as dire as the S&P or the stock market though.

Will there be a bounce up in the Dow Jones Industrial Average over the next three weeks?

That’s a no. There maybe one day in a few weeks that looks OK, where it goes up a bit but that’s as good as it will get. That day will be in the middle of the week. And it won’t last, the volatility will continue until the plunge.

It looks like they will have problems with companies they have partnered with over the next couple of years but once they get over that aspect they will do really well. 
Actually they have an incredibly healthy and prosperous time starting in 2012. So it could be they take
a hit because of the economy and their investments like everyone else but will recover and do very well.


The next question is from someone wishing to remain anonymous:
Thanks, also, I have two stocks QCOM qualcomm and SNDK sandisk, that I am thinking of holding. But I'm not sure how they'll perform.
So here are the charts for Qualcomm and Sandisk:
Pluto is transiting Qualcomm's 12th house of loss. I have no idea what this company does or is, but it
isn't good to have Pluto transiting this house, that being said in 2014 transiting Pluto will be making
very good aspects to the natal Jupiter and the natal Moon as it conjuncts the natal Uranus. So there will
be some sort of unexpected restructuring that helps this company and makes it very profitable for a period
of time or a new technology or innovation that really gives them a boost. However, Pluto will be going
through this company's 12th for a very long time and will hit Neptune, then sextile native Pluto
so there will be up and downs, and a lot of restructuring behind the scenes, but ultimately when
Pluto goes over the ascendent in 2019, this company will be dramatically transformed or will parish.
Even though Pluto is going through the 12th (death and loss house) it is making good aspects.
So I would say in general this company will have some serious troubles, but manage to reorganize itself
and do OK once the market recovers a bit. Right now though Pluto will be on the cusp of the 11/12 houses
starting in the very beginning of December and that is very likely going to cause serious loss. So
if you can leave your money in this company for a long while it will probably be OK, but not until
2012.
Now for Sandisk:

Transiting Pluto is just about to make an exact inconjunction to the company's natal moon again in early December, late November.
Both are at 0 degrees. This aspect is not good for their investors, and I'm not going to bother with the astro speak,
just tell you that this will cause a crash in value for investors which will continue until transiting Pluto
opposes the company's part of fortune in Cancer in 2010. There will probably be some trouble then with
partnerships or legal issues they will have. Once they solve that they should do better in 2011. So if
you can wait for at least a couple of years, preferably longer, then you should recover some of the losses you will
have in the coming months. 
I can't say whether people will make money holding onto stocks however as I
have this weird feeling it's going to take a long time to get the market value up to the place it was
when most people bought their stocks. Even though things will be getting better. And companies maybe
doing OK, its sort of like what happened with the dot.com thing where everything became so overblown
there was now way to get back to where the height of those values were at their highest point.
It's my intuition that it will really take a decade for many people (those who remained in their blue
chip, stocks and made conservative investments) to get to the fiscal place they were a year or so ago.

OZ Minerals is a merger between 2 companies - Oxiana and Zinifex.

The name OZ Minerals was approved by share holders on 18 July 2008 and started trading under that name on 23 July 2008. Hope this is sufficient info.

For the people that have taken your advise and sold stocks and went to cash this year, when do you adivse investing again? I have a lot of cash in a money market fund in my 401k waiting to do this. I have a choice of 2 US domestic bond funds, 1 foreign fund and several US domestic stock funds. What would you invest in and when would you start? Thanks for doing this.

thanks so much for your blogs. I really enjoy coming back here. You have predicted a stock market “Tsunami” for December. Things are so extremely bad already… how much worse can it get…? Do you see the Dow Jones Index going below 6000 in December…? Also, do you expect Deflation or Inflation in 2009? Are they going to print so much money that the dollar becomes completely worthless and we will finally need a new currency, or o you see the dollar getting stronger, like right now?

Hi Denise firstly i would like to thank you on answering my question about GM and i look forward to the answer on Iran. I agree with this blog on the Auto industry 100%. Even with a bail out of 25 billion this would only last 2 -3 months as it costs 11 billion to keep afloat For GM alone. They will run out of reserves in roughly 1-2 months time.

Chelsea Clinton worked a great deal on her mom’s campaign. She seemed to really be enjoying herself. She’s got the degree for it and she’s been around the halls of power all her life. It just seems natural for her to go into politics herself. Do you see Chelsea in politics in the future?
One last question, do you see a place for Arnold Swartzenegger in the Obama administration? I know he has asked to “join the team” several times publicly.

Answering Readers’ Questions…

So many questions! I’m going to list them here so I can answer them over the next couple of days.

But let’s start with Stoccer who asked me about a bunch of stocks and I wrote that I would tackle that over the next few days. Some of the stocks I did not have information in my data base for, so Stoccer if your out there, and have the start date of trading with 5) DRYS (Dryships Inc.)3) BCSI (Blue Coat Systems Inc. )2) AGU (Agrium Inc. or 7) POT (Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc.) please post them so I can analyze them in the future.

This stock probably started having serious trouble in March/April of this year as Pluto would have been transiting the 8th house of its investors and opposing the natal Moon in the 2nd house of workers. There was a lot of instability, major fluctuations, perhaps even lay offs at the time or a fiscal cutting back. But sadly, this was just the tip of the proverbial iceberg as January will show more signs of instabilty and then, wham, in March of 09 transiting Pluto is going to reek havoc on investors as it squares Pluto in the 5th. There will be volatility throughout 09, but in January of 2011 the value of this stock will go up so if you can hold onto this one it will get better in a couple of years.

I just have a few questions:

1. As a Haitian living in America (came here around 1986), I was wondering if you see any positivity coming to the people of Haiti? It is extremely sad to see a country where once upon a time be so beautiful be in such constant turmoil. It’s extremely heartbreaking.

2. Will Barack Obama, serve a second term as president? (I know, he hasn’t even started his first). Will he be a memorable president, not because of his race, because of what he accomplishes? Plus, will he have his angels protecting him and his family throughout?

3. Will Sarah Palin go away…please! I can’t stand seeing her on every news channel, still babbling, and not putting any coherent sentences together. It’s nauseating. Is she xenophobic? My sense tells me she is. I didn’t get that from John McCain.

1) Haiti. My godfather was from Santa Domingo. What an a amazing history that island has! The people emancipated themselves through a combination of magic and fighting. The Haitians are an amazing people, a truly spiritually gifted group (as a whole). I’ll run a chart and look at this with greater scrutiny in a future post.

2) Yes, Barack Obama will have a second term. I looked at his aspects about a week ago, and it would take superman to defeat him in 2012. That being said you never know, but it would be pretty impossible to beat him.

3) As McCain’s people put it, Sarah Palin and her family are “Wasilla hillbillies,” so yes, they are xenophobic, and until that dang Neptune comes off her stellium Mrs. Palin is going to soak up the spot light. But once Neptune goes bye-bye, she will disappear along with it (for awhile). I think she will try a bid for 2012, but I looked at her chart, and she has no chance of winning the election that year, so, not to worry.

I agree, I don’t believe John McCain is xenophobic. It’s too bad he really ran such a disgraceful, dirty campaign because other than that he seems like a good guy. Clearly, though he’s the type that makes a better senator then a president. I had the feeling he was pretty freaked out when he was running for the office, like he was having flashbacks or something. He didn’t seem to be in his right mind. Perhaps the pressure pushed him too far.

Question: I fear that Monsanto, the producers of genetically modified (GM) corn, soy beans and grain, could possibly bring about a famine–due to their not allowing for a variety of grains (by other companies) to be raised in the United States. In addition to disastrous impacts upon the environment, and GM product’s nutritional defects, our putting all of our eggs in one genetic basket (using only one variety of seeds) could bring disaster if that seed variety fails–like the potato famine. I can not find specific incorporation dates for this company. What do you see astrologically for this company?

Hi Denise:
(1) The Gallop poll shows that Obama’s favorability rating is at 71%. Are the people who didn’t vote for him finally starting to see him as the right person for the job? This rating is very good for someone who hasn’t even taken office yet. Go Obama!
(2) Do you the know the timing of when Sarah Palin will have this civil case against her? She has been plastered all over the news lately. Everyone wants an interview with her to ask about her $150,000 + clothes (was this her doing?). She should really be ashamed of herself for saying those lies about Obama. She’s so quick to call people “jerks” and liars if they say anything negative about her…but when she does it, in her eyes it’s ok…like when she tried to incite hate and violence towards Obama. It’s just so upsetting to see these republicans being so hypocritical and mean. I don’t understand them at all.
(3) Speaking of hypocrisy, Elisabeth Hasselbeck (Sarah Palin’s twin sister), the woman who is so hated by many for her strong republican views, constantly butts heads with her co-hosts. I really don’t think her co-hosts enjoy working with her, eventhough they say they do and they all love each other. I feel they secretly hate her too and they just have to put up with her because this team brings high ratings. What do you think about this?
