Prediction for 2012 Election

OK, I did a screen shot of the prediction I made December 6, 2011 – which was a year and a half ago when Newt Gingrich was leading in the polls by 40% and was the supposed shoe in. I’m re-posting it due to its prescient nature.

Here is the other thing I have meant to post since Ryan was named as VP was this same voice told me Ryan was the nail in Romney’s coffin. His fate has been sealed.

Interesting how ridiculous and unsubstantial the RNC convention was especially in comparison to the DNC one now unfolding which I had privately predicted, but didn’t bother to post. And let’s not forget hurricane Isaac which if the tables were turned would have been labeled God’s wrath by the Evangelicals Republican leaders. You know those types the ones who claimed AIDS was God’s wrath against gay people. Turns out AIDS doesn’t just happen to gay people and if God does have a wrath it surely will catch up to the idiots who said crap like that.

I will gather and post all the mean-spirited Republican comments that have been made on this site because it only shows what these “Christian” people are made of – the word is HATE. As far as I know hate isn’t a Christian value except in Republican circles and among crazed religious zealots who stone others to death or blow themselves up in the name of their God.

If someone does engage in hatefulness no matter what form – most especially if  that hate is utilized to hurt or destroy others – than without a doubt, ABSOLUTELY they are going against the WILL OF GOD. And they are perverting religion (no matter what kind) to fit a political agenda in order to suppress other human beings who BTW God also made. You may wish God to be on your side, but God is only on the side of the pure of heart and those who move His/Her children forward toward love, community, humility and peace. Fear, anger, hatred, suppression are all hallmarks of the opposite of a holy or God inspired or religious/spiritual person.

If you choose the darkness than expect it to overwhelm you, expect to be sucked down further and further until you can’t tell anymore that you are even drowning in it – until your very soul is strangled and you cease to exist. I don’t believe in hell, but I do believe evil is soul-destroying. And I mean that very literally.

Or the opposite is true, the more love and empathy you engage in, the more you grow your spirit – the more you learn – the closer you become to God. It’s your choice – about the only choice you really have. This is the meaning of free will.

The right wing has mounted a call-in drive against President Obama’s stimulus package and senators (including Durbin and Burris from Illinois), representatives and the White House are being deluged with calls. We who support Obama and his programs MUST do our part and make phone calls supporting the stimulus package.

According to Thom Hartmann, Air America radio talk show host, one of the best ways to get through is to call your local office. I found this to be the case and, in fact, when I mentioned the right wing campaign to the lady at Durbin’s office she said: “Oh, I was wondering why we were getting so many calls against the package.”

If you’re in Illinois, I’ve listed the Chicago senate office numbers for Burris and Durban below. There is also info for folks from other states.

Also, it’s important to call the White House Comment Line (number below). I just called it and the operator I talked to said that she had received 40 calls against the stimulus package and only 10 for it.

I am a hobbist genealogist. I have several long deceased relatives I would like to know what they were like. Have you ever done a chart on a deceased person? If I have a date and time of death, how do I use that?  My great grandfather died of swine flu in 1918. His brother died that same year in WWI. I can find military records for Uncle Glenn, but nothing for Grandpa Benjamin. I would love to know more about these two men, but have exhausted all other sources. It seems like their deaths sent the whole family into a downward spiral. I don’t have birth times naturally, but I don’t think that will matter in this case. Can you use dates from the distant past to see how they impacted the future? Thanks! Hi Grace, You can run a solar chart. And yes you can see how they effected the world through their charts, and of course, what sorts of things they went through based on that info. Hi Denise,  I would love to know your thoughts on the Illinois governor (Blagojevich) scandal. Somehow this man seems so caught up in his ego that he literally doesn’t ‘get’ what he has done and feels like he answers to nobody but himself (is my humble opinion). I hope this won’t drag out very far into 2009 if at all, but most likely there will be a lot of mud sliding downhill for quite some time with this scandal. This time period almost seems like a ‘karmic’ cycle in the world. And, those that are corrupt will definately feel the effects. I personally feel that once Obama and his team get into office, that they are going to uncover unprecedented amounts of previous corruption and scandal that we have NEVER seen in anyones lifetime (especially in the financial, banking, auto industry, etc.). I think he got confused, and thought he was living in the Soviet Union, because how ridiculous is this whole thing? He not only couldn’t sell Obama’s senate seat — I don’t want to even get into how stupid this guy has to be. And yes, I agree with you, we are seeing karma boomerang right now. It’s just the beginning. I don’t think we’ve seen the end of the Bush scandals in terms of them getting their due as well. Interestingly there was a planet discovered a few years ago (in our solar system) by Mike Brown professor/scientist from Cal-Tech. There was some debate about whether it was really a “planet” or not because of its size and the fact that it was so far out of orbit. But it is actually bigger then Pluto which is why scientists started trying to say Pluto was no longer a planet. Long story short they decided trans-neptunian planets in the Kuiper Belt would be called dwarf planets, lame but anyway, I e-mailed Mike Brown about the importance of picking the right name, which was his responsibility since he found it, telling him how important a name is, especially to the collective unconscious, blah, blah. I begged him to pick a Goddess name since there were so few and also to try and stay within the same pantheon all the other planets were named for. He wrote me back and told me he was on it. I had suggested a name but there was already an asteroid with that name and they couldn’t have two heavenly bodies with similar names due to some regulation. So he ended up picking Eris, Goddess of strife. This was decided in 2006. Interestingly enough Uranus, ruler of revolutions was discovered in-between the French revolution and our revolution. I don’t think its a coincidence that Eris was found when she was. As I see it she is a warning about the difficulties ahead. I want to do more research on her mythology but to make a long story short I think her discovery was a foreshadowing of a new period, one in which karma becomes more instant, and where reaction follows action almost immediately. Answering Readers’ Questions…

OK I’m going to answer 3 questions from one reader tonight and also tackle the auto industry mess. I did not have time today to watch their plea for money today, but here are the charts of 2 major auto industry giants, and some indication of their fate.

Personally, I don’t feel that the companies should be bailed out, the workers should be. By this I mean instead of giving them 25 billion to these companies to screw things up some more, why not give all of the workers a decent severance pay, and re-education training, then make the overpaid CEOs who have run these companies into the ground, repay the 25 billion dollar loan off by selling their private jets, downsizing their homes, and selling off their assets until they lifestyle is commensurate with their job performance.

For the past 30 years these companies have made crappy cars, been in bed with the oil companies, have laid of thousands of workers without any concern for them (until the crocodile tears we’re seeing now) and haven’t invested in research, design, engineering or technology. According to the free market capitalism they’ve been playing ball in, they deserve to go under. All they are going to do with this money is waste it. So I say give it to the people who need it, the workers — give them enough to survive the transition into a new field of work and retrain them. That will ultimately do the economy a lot more good then throwing money down a golden CEO toilet.

Now you may say, hey Denise, you thought the bail out for wall street was OK, what gives? Well, I did think the first package, the one that didn’t pass would have helped a great deal, but the compromised one would do no good. And in that case the problem was worldwide like a global leukemia that needed immediate chemotherapy. Unfortunately, before that happened someone stuck a bunch of saltwater in the IV instead of the needed drug, and it didn’t kill off the bad paper (which is causing a strangle hold on the economy) it just watered down the problem. This is real trickle down economics, bad decisions by the greedy to steal the poor’s money through false promises of being able to buy and afford the American Dream of owning a home. Now its trickling down to us all paying for their con.

So lets look at Chrysler and GM’s charts and see if bailing them out is worth it.

I think GM will get a bail out, but they’ll have another crisis of major proportions in 2011, and very likely go under at that time, so I don’t see the point of bailing them out. They are going to fail eventually, it’s only staving off the inevitable. It would take a miracle, over the next couple of years, for them to turn this company around, and make the coming transiting Pluto opposing their natal Pluto be a change for a better rather then the death of the company. I think its really throwing good money after bad with them, but congress in its freak out state will try to do something, the money may not really come into their possession until mid-late January of 09 though.

OK, now here goes with Chrysler. Again they are headed for total destruction. But not immediately, I don’t want to bother going into all the dreadful aspects with them, there are too many. They really don’t have a chance of making it in the long haul. By 2012 they will be collapsing in on themselves. Again, giving them money will only hold the coming problem off until then, but I feel congress will try to rescue them as well, but it will ultimately be for naught. They are in even more serious trouble then GM. And they are not very upfront with their business. We’ll find out about a lot of bad stuff in 2012, a lot of smarmy activity and reckless business dealings. 

This is very sad. Anyone who works in this industry, my advice to you is this: You have a couple of years, take classes at a community college or any sort of school that offers you a new career opportunity. The medical field, nursing homes, funeral businesses, prisons, the federal government and institutions of all kinds will be growing over the next twenty years as Uranus (and then Neptune) transit through Pisces. So nursing, being an MRI tech, x-ray tech, funeral director, prison guard, government employee, will all be areas of opportunity. Start taking classes in a related field and do research on careers ruled by Pisces, there are many. Find one that seems interesting and get education to go into that new field. You don’t have very long, so don’t waste your time trying to keep your auto industry job unless you want to move to wherever they make Toyotas and Hondas.

Hi Denise:
(1) The Gallop poll shows that Obama’s favorability rating is at 71%. Are the people who didn’t vote for him finally starting to see him as the right person for the job? This rating is very good for someone who hasn’t even taken office yet. Go Obama!
(2) Do you the know the timing of when Sarah Palin will have this civil case against her? She has been plastered all over the news lately. Everyone wants an interview with her to ask about her $150,000 + clothes (was this her doing?). She should really be ashamed of herself for saying those lies about Obama. She’s so quick to call people “jerks” and liars if they say anything negative about her…but when she does it, in her eyes it’s ok…like when she tried to incite hate and violence towards Obama. It’s just so upsetting to see these republicans being so hypocritical and mean. I don’t understand them at all.
(3) Speaking of hypocrisy, Elisabeth Hasselbeck (Sarah Palin’s twin sister), the woman who is so hated by many for her strong republican views, constantly butts heads with her co-hosts. I really don’t think her co-hosts enjoy working with her, eventhough they say they do and they all love each other. I feel they secretly hate her too and they just have to put up with her because this team brings high ratings. What do you think about this?

Question 1:

I think this is because there were many people on the Republican side who knew Obama was the better man for the current job, even McCain admitted he didn’t know much about the economy. McCain certainly isn’t a dumb guy, but between the two men, Obama has a superior intellect, something we are in desperate need of after 8 years of a monkey (George W, ironically looks like Curious George to me only he’s missing the curios part) banging on a typewriter hoping to write MacBeth. 

Many people identify themselves with a party kind of in the same way they identify themselves with a religion. They are raised Catholic so they call themselves that, but they never attend church, are pro-choice, don’t know if they believe in God, hated CCD and never read the bible. But they have incorporated Catholic into their identity because that’s what their family was, or is, and so they think of themselves that way even though they really aren’t. This goes for the brands Republican and Democrat.

I’ve seen people on both sides misidentify themselves because of this same issue. For instance (this has happened to me more then once and on both sides of the fence) I have a musician friend that when we first met told me, he was a Republican. I found this hard to believe because everything he said and did ran counter to this identity. So I asked why he said he was a Republican. His answer was, “that’s the way I was raised.” 

“OK,” I said. “So your anti-choice?”

“No,” he replied.

“You’re anti-gun control?”

He shook his head.

“So your all for the, ‘just say no to drugs thing.'”

He smiled mischeveiously.

“You believe in criminalizing drug offenders?”

“No,” he said.

“Well, you’re not a Republican then, you’re a Democrat,” I finally said.

After a few weeks of thinking about what he believed, and the platform of both parties, he realized he really was a Democrat, and not a Republican, but it took someone confronting him on it for him to think about it. I think a lot of people who identify themselves as Republicans couldn’t do the deed of voting Democrat because it would be like being a Bears fan and going to Soldier Field, sitting in the Bears section, and rooting for the visiting Broncos to win. It’s a loyalty issue. Odd as that may seem.

Personally, if the Democrats started acting like Republicans, and Republicans like Democrats, I’d become a Republican. Doubtful this will happen anytime soon, but for me, and I’m sure most people who read this blog, its the ideology of fairness, compassion, kindness, humanitarianism, helping out those in need and being open minded (as long as they aren’t violent or vile or something like that) we are loyal to, it’s not the brand name Democrat. But not everyone thinks this way. So I think of the71% you mentioned, that extra 18% or so of Republicans, they wanted to vote Obama, but couldn’t make their hand punch a hole next to the word Democrat.

2) Oh, Sarah Palin…

See all that stuff in her 7th house? That rules court cases and the public eye, she has and has had Neptune (glamour, confusion, delusion) going back and forth over all those planets this year which is probably why she was tapped (astrologically speaking) for the position of VP out of relative obscurity. I’d say the suit will be filed next year, and will come to fruition (either in settlement terms or a court case) in 2010 when Neptune hits her Saturn (hello, karma).

3) Elizabeth Hasselbeck…

I don’t know if you heard of the study done by Dr. Drew Pinsky about narcissism and different sorts of stars. Musicians had the lowest, or most normal rates per capita of those he studied, actresses (interestingly not actors) the second highest percentage of NPD over the general public, and guess who had out of control NPD? Reality TV show personalities. Turns out they had this mental illness in overwhelming numbers. Need I say more? 

OK, I will. This mental illness (in its extreme) or tendency often makes people difficult to deal with. They have major entitlement issues, and this, as we have all known people like that, is not fun to deal with.

However, I’m not saying Elizabeth Hasselbeck has this problem (I’d have to look at her real chart, not just solar to see if she has it, Sarah Palin does, though).

I have often wondered about your question as well. I do have the feeling she drives the rest of the women on the show a bit crazy, but I also get the feeling she’s probably very nice to them, and I don’t feel she holds onto anything. Despite her annoying views, I have a feeling she’s pretty upbeat, and when not talking politics, or ideology is probably good natured, and fun to have around.

So in answer to that question, I’d have to say, I think she was driving them nuts during the election, but they don’t hate her. And now that its over I’m sure any rifts can be patched.

Answering Readers’ Questions…

Here we go, hope I can help as we all get closer to election day and the weird tower card is starting to make too much sense.

I have been having some very odd dreams about Alaska. Another one last night: John McCain was in it with his wife. The general gist of it being that he had no natural luck in politics, and was drawing on his wife’s (astrologically speaking) luck. Without her he would never have had a successful career in politics.

I haven’t seen her chart, but I’m going to look for her birth info. If anyone knows please post it. This is interesting because his chart shows he has absolutely no chance of winning 11/4 and really his natal chart is not one of a president. I’m wondering if he’s like a psychic vampire, using her chart to get ahead. Maybe I should see if she has good aspects on 11/4. That would be interesting as it is not in his fate, but it could potentially be in hers. Weird idea. Something I wouldn’t have thought about except for having this bizarre dream.

First, thanks a lot for answering my question. It’s truly appreciated! I look forward to your blogs everyday. Well, call me anxious…I don’t really believe in these polls, but they are making me real nervous and crazy. Why are they tightening so much? Don’t people realize we are in a recession? Aren’t people losing their jobs? Don’t people want better healthcare and education? Do people really think Republicans are going to get us out of this freakin mess? I know and I’m trying to stay realistic. If, no, when Obama becomes president it’s going to be a while before anything is fixed. I just can’t stand that some people are so xenophobic that they don’t want to see an articulate, people first individual become president. These polls should not be 1-2 points between Obama and McCain. God, I just hope everyone turns out big for Barack Obama on Tuesday. Denise…please tell me it will. I’m crazy I know.;-)

That McCain would be seen as the winner (ultimately) of that one and start using very dirty, scary, nasty, evil (devil card) tactics? Well, hello… we’re here! But Obama is still going to win, so don’t worry! Just vote and make sure everyone you know does, too.

NO it was not my dream someone had this dream and i found it. This person had this dream on Tuesday, 28 October 2008. So this dream is about this election. Not about last administrations.

I had a feeling it was someone else’s but are you sure it was about this time period and not a dream someone put up that they had long ago? I’m going to assume you are saying: Yes, I’m sure it’s about now! And answer that question.

OK, here’s another interpretation: The eagle landing with dirty feet. Our country represented by the eagle, having dirty feet = dirty politics at the root of the problem of our nation. The snow white head and tail feathers = a purity of ideology and an ability to navigate the winds of change. 

The first snake attack was from a brown snake, perhaps this was the terrorists while the right wing was in power, which would explain why the eagle was able to shake it off. North in western esoteric tradition (I’m not sure about Native American tradition here because each tribe has slightly different associations) is often associated with death and the Great Goddess. So it could be, it was facing north, meaning the bird drew its strength from the deaths that occurred on 9/11 despite the intense wound and the idea of the motherland/patriotism. 

The red/brown snake could represent the accusations of Obama being called a “socialist” by his colleague McCain who was supposed to run a clean campaign, and the pale blue snake, the working class that would most benefit from an Obama win. The eagle embraced these snakes as friends would make sense and then once safely under the wing of the eagle attack the left, debilitating our country. Perhaps it could be the two wars we are already in, one in Iraq and the other Afganastan leaving us without a viable defenses and vulnerable to attack from foreign nations. This was something I was worried about with the invasion of Georgia by Russia. I plan on looking into foreign affairs more, after the election because I have had some bad feelings about the world stage in the last six months, but any way. 

The first strike 9/11. And then perhaps 2 more terrorists attacks or at least attempts while Obama is president and then the time of the 2 chiefs? Perhaps something like another WW? But that is far enough in the future not to worry about right now.

Look on the bright side, if this is a current premonition, at least Obama wins. But on a serious note here, premonitions are always very dramatic and scary. Believe me! I’ve had some seriously apocalyptic dreams. I had a series of them starting back in the late 1980s about the LA riots that were just horrifying.

I’ll give you an example. I had this dream that I was working as a psychic in an all white room (which I wasn’t at the time, I was still an art student), the word Oxnard was associated with it. I saw a nuclear bomb go off over south central LA and felt the radiation coming my way. Fire fighters were everywhere, and people from another country were in my home, perfect strangers. It seriously freaked me out for years and I had many of these dreams with a lot more detail then I’m going to bother to go into right now.

But as it turned out, it was a riot in south central. I was working as a psychic in a white room on Oxnard street at the time. And a group of strange German tourists ended up staying at my home because a mutual friend lived in an area where a bunch of apartment buildings were set on fire and they couldn’t get in and out of their street. Plus the Germans were freaked out, as anyone would be.

A friend explained the nuclear bomb was a metaphor for something mind blowing happening. And this is how premonitory dreams are, they are a mix of metaphor and fact, dramatic, sweeping and bizarre. We often don’t know what they mean until after the event which always lead me to wonder why I bothered having them at all! So, I take these things with a grain of salt. They are usually not as dramatic as the dream implies. The unconscious does this to scare us into remembering the dream. It exaggerates, uses a bit of hyperbole, kind of like Sarah Palin.

So don’t fret too much just yet.

thank you so much for answering my question on the problems faced by Qantas and also on the likelihood if we ever gonna witness a cure for aids. You also asked for the date of incorporation of Qantas which is 16 November 1920. I am very concerned in regards top their safety as 3 days ago a third incident occured midair on a qantas flight. A boeing 747 lost all radar and had to actually follow another boeing around the area to Auckland (new zealand) to land. I have that weird feeling that something will happened. i just dont wish so..Just to mention that Qantas is the safest airline in the world with not a single plane crash.

Now coming to the US elections, i sincerely hoppe Obama wins and the world economies and world peace becomes better. I spoke to one Psychic in Perth, I cant mention name and she said US might experience future terorist attacks on quite a massive scale, i.e meaning attacks happeneing simulataneously at probable 3 to 4 locations.. Have you seen anything like that?? All i can wish is that we dont get another 9/11 in YSa or anywhere in the world.

I ran the chart based on the info you gave. I don’t know what city the company started from or what time of day they officially started but here’s a basic solar chart, not as accurate but still helpful:

Basically, it looks like Neptune is going through the company’s solar 3rd house which would be travel and the lower mind. This would make for all kinds of communication problems and near misses. It has been making a square to the company’s Sun and Mercury and an inconjunction to the natal Saturn, meaning there are structural problems, communication problems and the general health of the company isn’t so great. Perhaps they have cut back (financially) and because of this are seeing technical problems because they don’t have the right equipment or are not responsibly fixing their equipment because they don’t want to spend the money. 

Now, Uranus which rules accidents, right now is at 19 Pisces. It is transiting through the company’s 4th house, again implying restructuring or moving headquarters sort of out of the blue. But Uranus is making some very good aspects to the chart which is why these have been near misses and not actual accidents. Uranus is trining (loosely) the company’s sun and mercury giving protection in a way from an accident and sextiling the company’s Moon and Mars, again positive aspects here. 

You are right to be concerned as coming up Uranus retrogrades (moves backward) and then forward toward an opposition to the company’s Saturn and natal Jupiter. This will happen in January and again in March, but there is still a lot of protective aspects going on, so there maybe more near misses. But Neptune will be moving out of the company’s 3rd house in late January (solar chart so this maybe off a bit) and this confusion should get better.You may also see the company let go of a bunch of their staff and move their corporate offices around the same time.

I understand you are worried. And without having the exact time and everything I can’t be as certain as I normally would be, however, it does look like despite all the near misses, Qantas will be OK. However, if you have a feeling or some instinct, don’t trust what I am saying. Always trust yourself! If you have a bad feeling or bad dream or anything, it is always better to be safe then sorry. Tell your loved one, and if they have to call in sick or take some time off or find another job, even if nothing happens. So what?!? Life is too precious not to trust your hunches. It is always the right thing to do. Always trust your gut! You are much closer to this situation then I.

I so enjoy your blog and appreciate all you do for people spreading hope. My question is:

Will the Congress ever pass legislation to give pre Sept. 11th vets the same expanded benefits that the post Sept. 11th vets receive? Or will we all be mostly dead before that happens? (Congress’s typical treatment of veterans.) We’ve been waiting a long time only to be told to wait longer or we aren’t the same caliber of veteran as the post Sept 11th vets. (Former Sen. Bob Dole actually said this and called them the “New Greatest Generation”. ) As you can imagine, it is causing a bit of a rift between veterans.

I have great hope in Obama, because of his record on veterans’ issues. That’s why I voted for him.

This is horrible and really sad. Both the veterans issues and the fact that candy was scarce. It’s so upsetting the mess we are in.

The answer: Yes.

It looks like there has been a lot of hard work and sacrifice here. And it will pay off. But there will be some hard feelings left behind and even a feeling of being cheated, betrayed by the government. It will eventually pass. But this bitterness will go on for a little while because some will have lost hope in the government, sort of like when your lover cheats on you and you have trouble trusting him/her again. But ultimately it will be a great victory.

We once were a democracy. What happened? Our forefathers and foremothers fought to break away from England. And then we split in half and fought each other to give people of all colors the right to vote. The suffregists braved the elements and the attacks against them to give women the right to vote.

All of our ancestors have fought to give us the privelages we took for granted. And then we became complacent, let Republicans steal 2 elections in a row. Not a peep from us. Not a peep. We let them have a coo. Not a peep.

Well, we are Americans and Americans will fight for freedom. If there is anything more sacred to freedom then voting I can’t think of it. If we see more of these dirty tactics we are going to see an anger rear its head in this country, so hard and loud, it will shake the tile off the Supreme Court’s roof. We may have a minor civil war here.

Let’s us, on the left, reclaim the word patriot. Because we are the true patriots. We are the people who live up to our forebears vision of this country. We are the people who believe in paying taxes to make our government strong. We believe jobs shouldn’t be shipped overseas, that Americans should come first when it comes to American companies. We should take care of our own. Not just follow our nose to where the most money can be made (China, India, etc.)

We are a melting pot, but all of us have one thing in common, we all come from strong people who braved tremendous odds to give their children and ultimately us, freedom and the ability to be whoever we need or want to be, to rise to whatever level we can or choose to rise to.

We have let a group of very wealthy plutocrats steal this from us. They have been doing this while selling us on sympathy for the devil (them), maybe someday we’d grow up to be devils, too (Joe the plumber). They have taken away everything while throwing us some bread crumbs, and brain washed us into fearing and hating one another. Divide and conquer. They have used it and won. But not anymore. Not now. We are done taking it.

We woke up and we are ready to change for the better! And those who don’t want to can feel free to sleep on the side lines of history.

Answering A Reader’s Question… The Tarot Answers…

Today at Palin and McCain’s events, they got the crowd so stimulated that they were calling Obama a terrorist and calling for someone to kill him. Will these things get voters upset to where they will vote for Obama?

So I asked the Tarot will the venom associated with the Palin/McCain campaign get people to vote for Obama?

The answer:

Yes.

It will convince those who have been down trodden but were previously on the fence, the gentile undecided and young people, especially. There will be those who already have a fixed world view who will not care either way about the venomous and desperate attempts of the McCain/Palin ticket trying to scare up votes.

Those who are seriously committed to the Republican party (as if it were a sports team instead of an ideology) will continue to  cheer for the red team. But those types would need McCain to steal their pin number and spend all their money, take over their home and molest their daughter before they gave up on their Republican leadership. They are blindly loyal, and as I said won’t change their viewpoint unless some personal hardship was directly and undeniably associated with their candidate or the Republican party. 

Honestly people like this don’t make much sense to me. If there was a great Republican running for office and a bad Democrat, I’d vote Republican. It just turns out that for the past 35 or so years (since Nixon) the Republican party has attracted a lot of corrupt, manipulative, free market goes wild — raid the cookie jar of tax payer money types.

On a more logical note, it’s kind of insane that the McCain/Palin ticket is trying to play it this way since Palin’s husband is part of an Alaskan succession movement, and from what I remember of grammar school history succession is actually a form of treason, not to mention the very thing that started the civil war. Also the whole witch doctor guy praying over her who drove a woman out of town is a bit over the top. And McCain was one of the Keating 5! He tried to protect Keating during the last financial/ savings and loan debacle (also during another Bush administration let’s not forget Neil Bush who was also involved in this scam). Back then a bunch of people lost their life’s savings, mostly the elderly. Those corrupt S & L guys swindled people in a similar fashion to what we are currently experiencing, but not to the same degree. It seems mighty silly from a rational/logical point of view, to reach back, and try to make tenuous associations with the Weather Underground (a radical movement in the 60s active when Obama was literally a little kid) when McCain and Palin both have more than just associations and current ones at that to dodgey people and groups (one could argue a succession movement is a terrorist group or could become, for example the IRA which was a succession movement some Irish people wanted out of the umbrella of Great Britain or in McCain’s case picking on Obama for associations with Freddy Mac when he has a lead staff member who was one of their key lobbyists). This isn’t a good move. I think we’ll see enough fact checking and reality here, that this tactic will only dig them deeper into the hole their digging for themselves. It really makes them look desperate and as the old expression goes, “People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.”

I was wondering why no one had brought up John McCain being one of the Keating 5 (not like he just hung out with one of those guys while working on a non-profit one day, but actually was one of these dudes), but now I see the Obama campaign hip pocketed the scandal in case they needed it. If McCain hadn’t gone dirty, the Obama camp would have let this lay. This Keating 5 thing is a big, dirty, stink bomb McCain really doesn’t need exploding in his face right now. But what can anyone say? He set it off. McCain is being so erratic aka code “maverick,” — none to normal people as crazy, like in the olden days when they’d call crazy millionaires, eccentric so as not to hurt their rich feelings  — that I’m wondering if he’s listening to his strategists or he’s just winging it. His campaign is a real mess. As time marches on its only going to get worse for him.

But don’t take my word for it, make sure to talk, debate, motivate and vote!

And as I’ve stated numerous times in other posts we’ve only seen the beginning of the dark economic times ahead. The stock market really takes the beginning of an unprecedented set of hits starting in December so do yourself a favor, and really use your intuition, find the right time to get out before then!

Will McCain/Palin latest character assassination ads against Obama backfire on them? If so, how?
The tarot answers:

No. Unfortunately. McCain/Palin will create confusion and gossip. McCain learned well about smearing your opponent after what was done to him by the Bush campaign his negative campaigning shows the only thing he learned was how to use smearing to his advantage. He always claimed to have more integrity then this, but unfortunately it looks more like bluster from his camp. 

Eventually, the misinformation will get cleared up, but it will confuse people for a bit.

If you could only see all of the crazy, fierce, nasty comments I’ve been getting from the very scared xenophobic, ignorant, racists wing of the Republican party you wouldn’t be surprised by this answer. It’s very sad how hateful some of these people are. I’ve put up one of these posts below. But those who write anonymously won’t see their comments anywhere on the blog. If your too chicken to put your name on your opinion then you don’t have the right to a voice on my blog.

I’d like to point out that when the crazy conservatives don’t get the answer they want, they go nuts. I don’t always, and often don’t, like the psychic information I’m given, but that is irrelevant to objective truth. Just ’cause you wish it, doesn’t make it so. This person is an embarrassment and doesn’t even know it. There is no intellectual argument, acting like a school yard bully by name calling is antisocial (or in the olden days they were referred to as sociopathic.) It makes me sad that there are people in this world so full of hate. This is what we are up against. So don’t forget about these types. They are out there, which is why its imperative that intelligent, sensitive, kind hearted, spiritual people vote. We can’t let the bullies of the world bully us any more!

I would love to know if you see Florida as an Obama win or a McCain win in the election.

I asked the tarot if McCain would win the vote in Florida. The answer:

No. 

It looks like due to the economy and the trickery of the last Republican administration Floridians don’t trust Republicans. It looks like it won’t matter much as Obama is really going to win by a big margin all over the country, and while it will be good that Florida goes to Obama, it will be a bit of an empty victory as he will win anyway. I wouldn’t be surprised (because of some of the cards in the spread) if we don’t find attempts to game the system down there like the Republicans did in 2000. But it doesn’t look like it will work this time.

This is my first time here…very interesting. I’m not sure if I ask questions via ‘leave a comment” but here it goes. The question is regarding the debates as well as the elections:

1. Recently Palin has been trying to smear Obama by saying he is “palling with terrorist”. Will this backfire for the Mccain camp? I think it ridiculous that they are doing this and I just hope people see through the attack ads!
2. You say the tarot said “yes” to Obama on Oct. 7th. What about the last debate. Will he do well?(crossing my fingers for a yes!)
3. Will there be a Democrat in office come January? Anything regarding the Swing states polls….I just want my man Obama to win. I feel great vibes about him and I’m not a psychic! 

The answer to the first question. I asked if Palin smearing Obama by claiming he is “palling” with the terrorists would backfire on her.

The answer: Yes

This will be exposed as a blatant lie very early on. People are already watching and fact checking her with vigor due to her inability to answer a question directly or with any wit. So it will make her look bad again and in turn he will look bad, although I didn’t ask about him specifically.

The other two questions I will answer in depth in later posts.

PS. I’m sorry to expose everyone to this rancid hate mail, but I do think it’s important for everyone to know how crazy and violent these nutty right wing xenophobes are. I choose to let people see this one because I’ve been getting a bunch of these type of incoherent racists, sexist and mean spirited comments and have been filtering them out. I wanted everyone to know how important it is not to be complacent about the outcome of the election, which is why I allowed this comment to go through.

Barack Obama vs. Abraham Lincoln

Their career paths have been compared, and almost parallel in their meteoric rise from being state legislators to Presidents (in Obama’s case potential president). But what do their charts say. Are they similar? And if so how? Let’s take a look at the man who helped start the Republican party and the current lead Democrat.

 

 Despite the unknown time of Lincoln’s actual birth we can still compare the basics so here goes:

Although Lincoln was an Aquarian he had a lot of water in his chart, specifically Pisces which gave him great compassion for the down trodden. Pisces is opposite of Virgo and the two have a lot in common, as Leo is opposite of Aquarius. Again both signs share similarities, this is because if you have the sun in Leo like Barack Obama your earth is in Aquarius, meaning the earth is actually traveling through the constellation of Aquarius. So in a sense opposites are not really opposites in astrology but rather two sides of a see-saw.

WIth so his sun and moon in Aquarius Lincoln definitely thought outside the box and was ruled by his principles but unlike Sarah Palin who is utterly lacking in compassionate or sensitivity in her chart, Lincoln had oodles of it. He was a visionary, literally and extremely intuitive, eccentric, odd looking as we know and a revolutionary for the greater good. His chart is heavy on trines like Barack’s making it easy to communicate, rise to the head of the class and understand others on a very gut level, very similar to Barack Obama’s abilities. Barack shows great aptitude for communication and shows intellectual brilliance in his chart, Lincoln shows immense genius with Uranus making a trine to his mercury both in water signs he was probably spooky (if you knew him personally) in his ability to read things others couldn’t see and size up situations in a glance. His chart is the stuff of legends. He also had Mars in Libra trining his sun, making fairness a huge issue for him much like Obama. The civil war probably pained Lincoln greatly on a personal level as he wasn’t a hawk but would have preferred to work things out through debate, alas this was not his fate. Saturn and Neptune conjunct in Sagittarius gave him charisma and uncannily good luck in his career. But it also gave him trouble as evidenced by his assassination (square to Mercury with Neptune there — Neptune bringing loss.) This was not helped by his Uranus, ruler of his sun and moon in Scorpio (can mean sudden death) square his moon. His Venus inconjunct Uranus also brought turmoil to his relationships with women and his love life which he probably didn’t see until he was smack in the middle of it and it was too late to bail out.

Obama’s chart is more stable, grounded and service oriented rather than sacrifice oriented like Lincoln’s but there are some real similarities between these two men. Obama however is a more dramatic orator, (supposedly Lincoln had a strange high pitched voice and of course Obama has a deep melidious one) and his passion is more on a gut level than Lincoln’s which was more intellectual in nature. Neither are/or where hawkish in their world view but rather keen to diplomacy first. Obama is more of a fighter with so much Leo in his chart, some would say a bit more bombastic but also much warmer. It’s doubtful that a man like Lincoln could be president during our age of TV and the internet, as his looks and personality would have been very eccentric and off putting at close inspection. Obama on the other hand has the charm and charisma needed to win the office in contemporary culture with good looks and personality playing such a key role in elections. 

Obama is about as close to the likes of Lincoln as we could concievably see in contemporary America. There are some real parallels not just in their careers but in their personalities. Obama’s main focus is the working person however, and of course Lincoln’s was a bigger more pervasive assumption that he tackled. Lincoln’s chart reflects his ability to truly shake up the statis quo, Obama’s is not really set up like that, it is focused primarily on serving the everyday American trying to get by and the economy which if Obama wins we’ll be able to dig ourselves out of the rabbit hole. If not, if McCain wins look for a major global Depression where the rich get richer and less and less fit into that one percent. Our nation will look like a bad day in Tijuana. We will see the end of the middle class if McCain wins at least until someone else takes the reigns but by then it maybe too late.
