New Predictions

A couple of times I had tried to write posts, but things have been upside down and crazy the past few weeks.  In the last post I tried to complete I had technical difficulty and still it seems everything conspires to keep the revelations and visions secret. But I have decided that warnings must be issued, as my hope is that enough people will take heed and change the course of what is to come.

As I said a while back financial markets would spiral down in a roller coaster-like manner. But my warning right now is really about something much more disturbing and related to the other warning that we are living in the age of revolutions.

To those in power I beg you not to proceed violently against the non-violent protestors. There is a stew brewing, one in which the consequences will be deadly and lead to another revolution here on American soil. I can tell you as well that the people will be victorious and those in the 1% take heed to start doing the right thing and correct the wrongs and injustices or take a lesson from the French Revolution.

I don’t want to get into too much detail except to say that I have never really (logically) believed people here in the US would be desperate and hopeless enough to put their life on the lines as their forefathers had, but now I know this to be untrue.  And as the middle-class and all the progress that was made to equalize our society has gone backward we will see a new caste of warriors – some cracked by the wars overseas meant to protect the interest of the 1% – and some perfectly well only to come home to a nation without hope, jobs, freedom or really any of the things our warriors felt they were going to protect.

There is always hope that things can turn around but there are three things required for this to be so: 1) The political system must change to reflect the will and needs of the people. 2) The financial market must be radically renovated and regulated – no more theoretical math to squeeze money out of thin air. 3) Total and complete freedom for regular people to protest, and participate in the political system without any negative recourse or violence perpetrated against them.

At this point I see no way for any of the current line-up of Republicans to win the next election. Obama will be forced to take a more hard line approach to the violence happening toward protestors and the financial free fall will force him to take a stand against the wealthy 1%. The only chance of Obama not being re-elected comes from the possibility of a third party emerging out of the 99% movement (which will eventually happen but further in the future) and it is only this possibility that stands a shadow of a chance and this chance is microscopic at this point if possible at all. It would take something short of a miracle for this to occur.

The other set of disturbing revelations are about the earth itself. I was shown 7 places all over the globe that would have extreme geological activity starting with the second tip of Spain, the Lapland boarder region, an area that is between China/Russia and Mongolia, The boarder between the Dakotas, the northern most tip of Australia, the Poles (north and south). I wrote down what I was shown and in order but the paper mysteriously disappeared the next day never to be found. I was told the area near the second tip of Spain (near the Mediterranean sea, just a skip across to Morocco) would be a major earthquake, the area up in the Lapland/Scandinavian area would be a volcano (I thought but wasn’t sure), the area in China/Russia/Mongolia would be severe flooding, the Dakotas I think again are earthquake.

I was told that the increase in earthquakes will only keep increasing as the polar ice caps will break off and for a little while large pieces of the polar ice caps (glaciers) would make their way around the world and be seen in the ocean in strange unexpected places. Most importantly that the earth was sick and that what She was experiencing was akin to seizures, small ones that would lead up to a major world shaking like a horrible grand mal seizure felt around the world. The period of time given for this was starting in 2012 and would happen over a period from then for 5-7 years. After which a cycle of renewal would begin. Unfortunately, there would be horrible damage done and a lot of people exiting this world. However it isn’t the end of the world, just a change, simultaneously our political system will change dramatically and power will once again reside in the people. The meek will indeed inherit the earth again. Those who align themselves with the needy, weak and helpless will be pivotal and saved – this will not be like the 1960s. This will ultimately lead to a violent uprising if things continue as they are.

This is something I’ve known since I was 12 and spent 7 months alone, on my back in my sick bed (literally true). I had visions of this period. I had hoped this period would never happen. I had several dreams along the way and signs that we were traveling on this dark road but believed we would correct it. I have been given confirmation by a terrible dream recently that there is now very little chance of changing this future which in hindsight seemed inevitable.

I have struggled with informing people about this as I have seen all the signs and been given confirmation through various spiritual sources that this would be. I wasn’t sure if telling people would help or hurt. But I have no other alternative now except to hope those in power will heed this warning to restrain the police and take control of the violence against the innocent or this will go from a movement into a civil war and no one wants to see or live through the horrors of war on our soil.

PS. I’m sorry I will go through individual requests soon. What has come upon me in the past couple of months has been large and oppressive and the tip of this iceberg has already turned so many people’s lives upside down – I have been trying to help put out fires among those in my sphere. A lot of people are depressed now which is why I was afraid to post this information but again the positive thing to take from all of this is the people will ultimately win as they have in the past. And the changes in the earth will eventually calm.

For those who are depressed try to realize you are here, now for a reason. You are meant to do your part to move the earth and people to a new consciousness and what was once a simple prescribed path will be replaced by one full of novelty and change in which your decisions will have impact on the whole of history if you so choose.

Debt Ceiling and the Final Nail…

I would say that if the plan passes as is, its the nail in the coffin for many a Washington career including Obama’s. And we will see the very dark side of the garbage we’ve been hiding behind the dumpster. I have a post ready, a prediction that I wrote last week, on Monday about what would happen. So far it’s been right on. I didn’t post it because I didn’t want to effect any possible outcome and as weird it sounds I had a feeling if I posted, it might. So I kept it hidden in the private files to be revealed later.

Someone asked me (after the 2008 crash) if I felt the Dow would go below 6,000 in the next slide. I kept seeing their being 2 major falls. Yet the second one was kept at bay. I kept being told 2 years. And I believe it was supposed to happen within the two years after the first but didn’t. However, if this package goes through you can expect to see the second fall and the crash to below 6000. Reality will hit us hard and the dance of BS will finally be over. Many people will lose everything and we will hit a serious Depression. There is only one option for the president, and if he had balls he would take it. Sadly, his are much smaller than Hillary Clinton’s the woman I voted for in the primary because I felt she would have been able to stand her ground where I feared Obama could not.

Obama however is very brilliant, likeable and he appealed to the idealist in all of us. I have wanted nothing more than for him to surprise me by being strong and like so many others we felt he was an idealist too, willing to stand up for what he believed.  I think Obama is in a debate but when it comes to following through he is sorely lacking. However I won’t count him out just yet. ( And let’s face it Obama was the only answer though we had. If McCain would have won we would have hit this Depression times 10 back in 2009.) If Obama pulls this one out of the hat at the last second as I hope to the Great Spirit he will, then I will once again have renewed faith not just in his ability to lead, win another election and bring us out of a looming Depression but also I will have renewed faith in our government itself.

If not I fear we are headed down a road too dark to even look at right now.

Our community’s position/predicament and then my question….
Thoughts
I’m a 65 yr. older guy (a former teacher) who’s take on the economic recovery is tempered by both optimism and years of patience.

My wife and I, both empty nesters, live in a small community of about 10,000.

The economic “bail-outs” were/are intended to have an eventual trickle down flow of monies and confidence to the people.

It is very difficult for my wife and I and many of our close blue-collar friends (NOT rich/wealthy/well-to-do people) to believe or convince ourselves that a total or even meaningful recovery will happen soon, since the mass economic downturns that we all find ourselves sharing is many years in the making.

Yet, it seems as if a large number of folks expect miracles in the short to medium term.

Most of us still have work, which runs the gambit of part-time restaurant workers (me) to office workers, struggling small business owners, truck and cab drivers, and $16/hr. chefs and $10/hr. (plus tips) waitresses.

Will patience and optimism eventually prevail to help guide us into a better future as envisioned by our new administration?

This is an excellent question and one that I’m sure everyone has thought about at one point or another the past couple of years. And my answer is complicated so here goes…

We are facing a paradigm shift, not just in how our countrymen have lived in the last century, but one on a much deeper level. Reality tells us there are limited resources – current research shows  it literally would take one and a half earths to sustain the lifestyles we have become accustomed to. If one takes into account the loss of jobs to China and the restructuring of how we do business that started to happen 30 or more years ago, we can see a flaw in the logic of our politicians at the time, who may have thought they were positioning us to be the bosses and intellectual captains of industry of the world. However, as we know no-one country can guarantee this to all of its people, we all have different gifts and to rely on an economy where we come up with the ideas and have other people produce them may have seemed like a good idea when the dot-com economy was booming. However we aren’t all meant to be inventors or captains of industry, even on a small scale.

We championed this new Skymall (the internet), however that’s really all it has amounted to in terms of dollars and sense. If anything it has caused a horrible spiral of deflation where people (in order to get the internet going) do more work and often for free in order to compete. People also take what used to be paid for – the very intellectual property that was supposed to be the back bone of this new economy. We don’t pay for music, films, ideas (I blog for free and many others who would probably be publishing books, instead now put their work out for no money). The good side of this is it broke down the very narrow gates and allowed each individual to play the role of gatekeeper.

However, it has literally broken the back of the middle-class people which has always relied on being paid for services rendered. For example this person is a retired teacher, perhaps instead of waiting tables this person could have tutored students part-time – they would have made better money, and it would have been less taxing physically, but because their neighbor the journalist no longer works for the paper (you can get all that news stuff on-line for free), the journalist can’t afford a tutor, let alone her mortgage. And the lawyer who would have made a comfortable living doing basic services like drawing up wills – well, there is Legal Zoom for that. The musician who goes on the road can no longer make money as people aren’t coming out (sales in this industry are down about a third from a couple of years ago). And all the major labels have collapsed, they don’t actually offer people money anymore to do deals (from the people I know who have been given offers). They also have no real foothold or power to distribute and radio’s back has been broken, first with the inception of Clear Channel which tried to control everything in old-fashioned Robber Barron monopoly style – this backfired due to XM and the internet and so on and so forth. The domino effect has been enormous.

All this is actually because after the rush into this new technology (the internet) and the ridiculously over-bloated expectations that came with it, “the bubble” as it was called on Wall Street, behind it all was a cold beast – a new paradigm we all rushed into without sorting out first. We are currently in the wild west without a Sheriff and while people have tried to “monetize” the internet, those attempts have been far too late and far too lame so far. It’s also pretty hard to monetize something when people have gotten used to getting that service or product for free and we are in a downward spiral of deflation.

Here’s the thing though, the internet does have amazing potential – the problem was, we rushed after this future and then were sent back 5 steps to the old economy we’d had during the Cold War, and all the advances were frozen – no one stepped forward to regulate or help organize this new economic world mall. Only those that followed a relatively conventional version of the new paradigm thrived, retails, wholesalers, people who already had built-in systems to deal with what this was – a new way to sell stuff or E-Bay which was based on the old paradigm of the auction.

Problem is all those who controlled intellectual property blew it off, the publishers, music industry, the film/TV industry. Instead of embracing MP3s when they first came out, and figuring out how to monetize this technology and get it under control, they ignored it. Instead of newspapers like the LA Times figuring out how to get online subscriptions up and expanding their staffs to check out stories on the internet, perhaps show that they had something real to offer and respond to or find a new way to do their job like focusing on more in depth reportage, stuff you can’t easily find online or some other new niche, they too ignored it until they were (and are) being replaced by it.

You get the picture.

And when you have one government (the Clinton Administration) setting our country up to be the purveyors of content, invention and intellectual property (which has its own set of problems like this is not for everyone just because they were born in the USA and limiting people’s options is always stupid) we dipped our toe in the water and got scared and ran back to our towels on the beach.

All of this, shipping jobs overseas, not controlling this new economic paradigm, burying our head in the sand (which is currently being done right now on the stock market, by the way, just as it was during the 90s so look for another rectification there) all leads to no jobs and deflation. And to answer the age-old debate, which is worse inflation or deflation? Hands down, deflation. Because deflation is what undeveloped nations deal with. People working their butts off for no money and not being able to pay anyone else for their work. That’s a lot worse than everyone’s salary and housing steadily going up 5% or whatever.

I know out of control inflation is also horrible, however, the course we are on is deflation. Meaning we are going to have to downsize our lives, we are going to have to stop living in this over-bloated consumerist way. We are going to learn to be happy with the little things and count our blessings and watch our money. It’s not fun, but we put ourselves in this position by being greedy, shortsighted and self-centered (I’m not talking about the average person, I’m talking about those who had the power to do the right thing but didn’t) and now we are all suffering for it.

I remember the first time I logged onto the internet in 1994. It was still very unorganized and nothing like it is now. I felt this very cold chaos on the other end, and I stayed away from it for a long time after that because it felt very creepy to me. I think I was  picking up on all that would be lost as a result of it and all that would change. I’m not saying the internet is bad, in fact I love it now that it is more organized. But I am saying that we rushed in where we should have tread lightly and had a battle plan. I just don’t think we knew what we were unleashing here and it will take us a long time to figure this new business paradigm out, at least for the remainder of Pluto being in Capricorn, until around 2024. This is going to be a long painful process. I’m not saying everything will be horrible it will just be a very unstable financial period, especially for big business which unfortunately has been ruling the world for the past several decades if not more.

If we want to make things better sooner, the best way to do so would be to break up the big corporations and look for solutions via regulation, to make sure people get paid fairly for whatever they contribute, but the likelihood of this happening is not great right now. I think Obama is keeping things status quo which is better than letting everything plunge into a dark abyss. I see him as a pilot using all his might to keep the airplane on course through a terrible storm, but even after he lands the plane this situation or storm will still be going on and it is imperative that whoever is elected next has a clear plane to get above the clouds and not be talked down into that storm by anyone, no matter how powerful.

Obama is pretty much what I first felt about him. I wish he could and would (or will) surprise us with living up to his greater nature instead of letting fear, power and insecurity keep him in a janitorial position rather than in a leadership role. He certainly has the intellect and capacity to be great. But my fear (which is why I voted for Hilary in the primary – probably couldn’t tell that from my blog) was that he is too reasonable and we are not in reasonable times. Sometimes we must take a stand, a strong one and take the heat that goes with it. Sometimes we are forced to fight and be strong when protecting those who can not protect themselves. In my opinion this is the main job of being president – to protect the people from those who would exploit or hurt them – that means all people, the rich, the poor, the religious, the atheists, the jerks, the saints, the sinners.

Our country is a melting pot for all human beings of the world, a place were we are all guaranteed freedoms that have been slowly whittled away by that wealthy one percent – who by the way are doing just great, unlike the rest of us.

And so to answer the question more directly, the only way we can truly get out of this is to face reality, tighten our belt, and count our blessings. Being positive, thinking positive and connecting to one’s higher power are excellent personal ways to get through this and of course being kind to others will help as well.

We will actually be OK, it’s just going to take a lot of people doing a lot of thinking and inventing and putting plans into action with the help of visionaries and those who would back visionaries in their plans. I actually believe this is the lesser version of that which we had sown. And I believe we will get it together because I do believe that the vast majority of human beings are truly good even if they don’t always do the right thing.

I believe we are all divine and have tremendous untapped power. If we tap into it to help, even in the smallest of ways, we will lift ourselves to a better place than we were before all this began.

The Economy & Housing Market Through Astrology

Well, Mercury is now retrograde so prepare to have computer problems, loose things have technical difficulties and redo everything at least twice. It’s a pain in the butt especially when Mercury is in Virgo where it is stronger as co-ruler of Virgo. Virgo is also an earth sign – making the retrograde more physical than usual and more intense.

Something, I’ve been thinking about a lot is the housing market and how traditionally it has been dictated by the moons nodes. I’ve never seen them wrong. We are currently at the worst placement possible for selling a home, and for the real estate market in general, of course if you are looking to buy you will get the deal of a lifetime.

The north node in Capricorn generally brings about a fall in prices and the desire for people to be frugal with their money as well as keeping away from buying property. This is exacerbated by the fact that Pluto (which rules power and money) is also in Capricorn which would only serve to make people edgy about investing in property. Of course the way we do business and even think about our career paths will change over the next 10 years or so. Instead of a single focus one will find it necessary to be flexible, doing whatever is needed to accommodate the burgeoning (albeit zygote-like state its in) paradigm.

Before this mess I had read a study that noted people born in the early 1960s had an average of 5-7 career changes in their lives (that was thus far) and this study was done before 2000! Our economy despite our desire to remain in a state of delusion about it, has actually been pretty unstable for a long time. I know absolutely no one who was born after 1960 who got out of high school found a good working class job and stuck with it their whole life. These opportunities were and are extraordinarily rare now.

The absolute bottom of the real estate market (from what I’ve seen) is just as the north nodes turns and goes into Sagittarius – usually this is when the market turns around and begins to get better, and also when one can get the best deals with some confidence that there will indeed be a rebound. Now is really a great time to buy a home or investment property if one has the money. The best time to invest in real estate is now until the spring of 2011 (when the north node enters Sagittarius) houses at that time will start to sell better and prices will begin to rise again (slowly, very slowly).

My only caveat is that real estate will not spring back like it has before with the dampening influence of Pluto in Capricorn. People will stay a bit traumatized about owning property for a while until the economy picks back up which I believe will be a slow and steady climb up the mountain for many more years to come. So one should not invest in a home unless one is sure one can stay in it until the whole economy stabilizes and that could take a while.

I’m sorry to say we are in the depression I talked about. It’s important to remember when Obama drives one nuts with seeming passivity, that the other option, McCain, would have driven us into the Greatest Depression of this or any other time in modern history, his chart showed this clearly. And as I stated several years ago when I began blogging about the giant fall in the stock market about a month before it happened (fall of 08) we were going to have to face this. What we are experiencing now is a mollified version of the tidal wave that would have hit us if we’d gone further to the right.

What we need now is for people to learn empathy and compassion – this is the spiritual lesson in this financial disaster. It’s unfortunate that we have to learn the hard way, but it’s human and it’s just the way it is. When things are going well, we don’t look deeper than the surface of things.

Now get ready for the pushing of chaos and order, black and white, left and right – the further polarization of our country to the point of a potential war if we are not careful. Let’s not learn the hard way anymore! Compassion. Just be compassionate to oneself and to others and put oneself in others shoes, if we practice this, we will avert the next potential disaster staring us in the face.

R1a1, the Economy and Other Things!

Well the whole genetic testing thing is very confusing. I think because the science is still in its infancy, hopefully it will resolve later on. All I know for sure is that it is Ashkanazi Levite and accordingly a priest class which is ironic. My mom’s side is some bizarre haplotype that very little is known about, which doesn’t surprise me.

Now I’d like to talk a bit about the economy. I’ve been trying to get a psychic read on it for awhile now but keep feeling this amorphous, neptunian energy that feels gestational. So far things are not decided, paths are not walked down and things are stagnent in terms of how we are going to get out of this hole. A reader also sent me a link to a group of people who have been doing mass meditations for the earth and their own development. And after looking at the site I wondered if this was perhaps part of the over-soul’s sputter. It feels a bit like a tug of war right now. The only thing I get for sure is it will take about 2 years for us to get back on track economically and that is for sure here in America and pretty much world wide. There are a bunch of undecided moves that need to be made before I can cast my gaze into the future because we are still at a cross road and not enough has been decided to predict with any real accuracy what will happen in the long term. I do know however that it’s much better than it would have been if Obama hadn’t won. But there is a lot to be done, a lot to be corrected and a lot to be accounted for and this will take time, unfortunately.

I just want to say to all those out there who are feeling depressed, alone, and/or financially strapped: this is a temporary situation, things will get better and it’s important to recognize you as an individual have gotten caught in the cross hairs of a much bigger problem. Don’t blame yourself personally (unless of course you voted for George W, then blame away!) This is a time when I feel people are confused about what’s coming up next, nothing is going as planned and it’s scary. Many of us haven’t taken a direct hit yet but have seen others around us suffering with the weight of this. Now is the time for bargaining, cooperation, spirituality, bartering and community so get involved and re-evaluate the values we have been stewing in for the past 20 or more years. Consumerism isn’t what it’s cracked up to be, our grandparents and great grandparents had it right buy what you need only and repair what you can, don’t be wasteful. What you can’t use give to someone who can or trade it for something you need.

It might be an interesting experience for people out there to try connecting to this energy. We are often much more powerful when working together than separately. The Economic Stimulus Plan & Cori Desmond

First I want to say that I am so sorry for the loss of Cori. I feel very badly for all of her family and friends and want to let them know I have given the police all the information I received. I also talked to some of Cori’s friends which confirmed some of what I had told the police and had e-mail correspondence with her father whom I will be more than happy to help if he wants me to.  I’ve gotten a flood of e-mails from her friends. She was obviously a very powerful presence and touched many people’s lives. I’m sorry if you have e-mailed me and I haven’t gotten back to you. I haven’t had a lot of time recently. 

Now onto the Stimulus Package which upon further reflection and after seeing the Governor of Louisiana on Meet the Press tonight, brought to light one of the aspects in the Stimulus Package chart. That is the Uranus Saturn opposition which is the ideological tug between the conservative status quo way we have been dealing with the economy since Reagan’s “Trickle Down Economics” and “no new taxes,” mantra. Both of which were falacies even then as wealth never ended up trickling down and we went into a recession in the early 90s because of the overspending hole Reagan put us in, as it turned out Reagan did also raise taxes. He actually invented or re-applied new ones like the Capital Gains tax so when you sold your home that you had already paid taxes for every year, not to mention the income tax you had to pay before you bought the home, but you were then taxed on any profit you may have made on your home. The only way to avoid this was by buying a home of equal or greater value.

So all those people who were middle class wanting to scale down, use their equity to retire on, screw them! They had to pay this extra ridiculous double tax. Again, this was a slimy way to tax the middle class and allow the wealthy to weasel out of their fair share.

This broken ideology is the cornerstone of the Republican party. Yet until Bush “broke the world,” as Seth Meyers joked on Saturday Night Live a couple weeks back, they were getting away with the bait and switch, doing what they accused the Democrats of doing (which they actually weren’t) like creating huge deficit spending (remember that surplus at the end of the Clinton era, seems like a thousand years ago now), they were selling their party as fiscally conservative — read help the wealthy save their money so they can buy more yachts while the schizophrenic guy gets dumped onto the streets from a half-way house because, damn it, he should “pull himself up by his own bootstraps,” theory.

They went after unions under the guise of their outdated uselessness and once they were destroyed the jobs with health care benefits and 401Ks and all those extra perks began slipping away. Until they were finally shipped overseas. And interestingly the border from Mexico became very porous while Reagan was in office. One needs desperate people to work for nothing if your desire is to exploit them.

I always said they were trying to turn this country into a third world nation, a country of very rich and very poor, nothing in-between. But even I couldn’t entirely believe it. It seemed too disgusting, greedy, evil and vile to really be true. Surely, there was something I was missing, perhaps a different ideology about economics that I didn’t get. Not that old timey way of doing things like indentured servitude and slavery, and people working for nothing so that their bosses could live like kings. No. Who would want to walk down a street and see people starving, who could do that and feel nothing? Oh, yeah, I think we had that answer, the people who were in charge the last 8 years. And the people who supported them, often not knowing what they were really supporting, thinking they were for “family values” and gun rights and the right to life and even Christianity. When in reality these people were really for greed, selfishness, and whoever has the most stuff wins. Not very Christian, not very “family values,” to let your grand kids pay for your spending sprees and live in a contaminated world so you could make a few extra bucks off that oil well.

Now the new Republican face is supposedly Bobby Jindal, Governor of Louisiana and he’s saying he won’t take the Stimulus Package money to help the people of his state, most of whom live in poverty, many still are not settled due to Katrina, because of “ideological” discrepancies with the plan. Meaning he wants more, “read my lips, NO NEW TAXES,” for the rich and is willing to commit political Harri Kari to carry the broken down smoldering torch of Reaganomics. Is he kidding? What are these idiotic Republicans thinking? Really? Really? I mean REALLY?

We are about to plunge headlong into a world wide depression because of their ideology. America voted them out of power in every branch of the government and they actually have the gall to criticize this bill. Really? Seriously, they actually tried to get in the way of it. And this Bobby Jindal is going to turn down relief for the starving people of Louisiana because it’s going to make the deficit worse? That’s his supposed excuse. Where was he when we invaded Iraq with now hundreds of thousands of dead innocent Iraqi people, thousands of our soldiers and a trillion, bazillion majillion dollar deficit from what was a bungled mess and total violation of the Geneva convention. 

So back to the astrology of this. This idiotic commitment to a failed economic ideology that the Republicans are still in love with will end up pushing this stimulus package into a more and more radical stance. As things worsen, the reaction will have to be more extreme, more radical and dare I say it, more about spreading the wealth. I know these guys hate that idea. I mean only they deserve to be wealthy. But lets face it, if they are the only ones with money, then its kind of hard to have an economy.

The best metaphor I heard about what has happened is this: Imagine you are playing a poker game and one guy keeps winning and winning until he’s taken all the money from all the players. Well, the game’s over. That’s a major ideological hole in Trickle Down economics.

And what happens when the rich just get richer? They literally clog the economic colon of the country. They can’t possibly move around enough money to sustain everyone. When the wealth is spread around, and there are a lot of middle class people spending money, we actually have more jobs, more productivity, more to go around. This was the basic theory behind Clinton’s economic ideology  and it worked very well. Actually, incredibly well.

So if anyone implies spreading the wealth around is a bad thing tell them to go back in their time machine to the 1950s when McCarthy and the Red scare was happening, and leave the rest of us alone — those of us who live in the 21st century and know that some of the most productive and wealthiest nations in the world are actually social democracies, like Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Countries where they have the highest standard of living and where the people are statistically proven to be the most content of anywhere in the world. Lands where no one starves on the street, the mentally ill are treated, and you not only have free health care, but if you apply yourself academically you can get a free higher education.

Now those don’t sound like such bad ideas to me.  

A land where both parents get something like six months paid maternity/paternity leave. Where the kids are brought to work, and put in company daycare where the parents work. You know all those family values we like to talk about, but don’t actually like to do anything about.

It actually sounds surprisingly evolved and civilized. Hope we can drop that weird anti-pinko, left over cold war brainwashing that makes it impossible for us to see things clearly.

Answering Readers’ Questions…

Hi everyone, hope your holiday season is going well. It looks like the downward spiral is happening in the market as predicted, despite the time period which is generally characterstically low in movement either way during the week of solstice or yule, Christmas/Hanukkah. 

I just want to say that I read on some financial blog a reference to a statement I made about gold a while back. From what I could tell at the time via the cards there wasn’t a really strong constant direction up, and despite the fact that people turn to precious metals to invest in during recessions and depression, it didn’t look like it was going to go be a straight shoot upward, which I found confusing.

Anyway, I laughed out loud when someone called me an idiot, or something like that, because I said the market was too volatile at the time of the question to predict. And the person posted something like: that twit obviously knows nothing about the market.

So let me assure you I really do know nothing about the market which I have stated numerous times. All I go on here is astrology and whether things look bad for a company, or a stock, or good. If you ask me questions about anything abstract, or that I don’t have a chart for I can’t answer you because I’m not an economist. I’m a freaky artsy, psychic, astrologer not a business/economist type.

That being said of course people are worried about their money which I’m happy to help with, but with the caveat that everyone knows I am just a psychic and an astrologer. I foresaw the first market crash a couple of weeks before it happened because of my psychic ability, but this was a general, “Get out of the market!” sort of warning that was hammered into my skull from whatever or wherever these things come from. And I picked the word tsunami back then (which later Greenspan used to describe the situation) because it felt like it was going to pull back, and then flood us, not tear us down like a tornado in one fell swoop or shake everything to pieces in a matter of moments like an earthquake.

This is not just happening in the US. In a few minutes search, I found dozens of articles from around the world where corporate fat cats accepted government money that they insisted they needed to continue operations are now using this money so they can have enormous bonuses and fly around in corporate jets playing golf with one another! These same people time and count their underlings bathroom breaks and dock them an hour’s pay if they are five minutes late! I can’t tell you how angry I feel thinking about this on so many levels. Obviously, it is good to be the king.

Also there were questions about FAZ, which I will get to later, but in the mean time can anyone explain to me what this is? You don’t need to go into too much detail, just give a basic run down, something to clarify what it is that I’m reading.

Hi Denise,  I just saw in the news that there was an earthquake in S Carolina, early this morning. I had a thought about the orange garage light experience you had last night. Sometimes when I get signs they are literal. Do you think its somewhere called Orange? Orange county Florida, California, or Orange the city in different areas??? And, Do you think there is anything to worry about with the Soviets doing naval excercises in the waters off of Venezuela? Thanks for keeping up the blog! Hi Hope and A Plan, I had wondered about this, it was definitely something one would see in a ghost movie. I remembered as I was falling to sleep having had a dream the night before about an attempted terrorist type of attack, the weapons were mostly machine guns and I think there was an armored car involved. In the dream I was a spy uncovering the scheme. it was a foreign european country. it was night time and I didn’t think that much about it. That was all I remembered of it. It was so odd, that I kind of forgot about it. It’s not often I’m a spy exchanging gun fire in a dream. But I wondered as I was falling asleep the night of the crazy garage light, if perhaps I had blown off a warning dream the night before, and the light was trying to draw my attention to my unconscious. I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older (and because of all the migraine and seizure medicine I take now) that I often forget my dreams, and most of my psychic stuff happens while I’m awake, often physical/poltergeist type of manifestations mixed with intense emotional feelings attached to words that circle around in my head for days until I can’t ignore them anymore. Maybe the spirits really have to hit me over the head because I’m either jaded or the medicine I take makes remembering my dreams difficult. Anyway, I thought it was interesting to read the post by you which I have coming up after Better Days Ahead’s comment, about the terrorist attack in France. I’m not surprised by the attempt because as i said there are a bunch of European countries that have Pluto hitting something important in their national chart right now. But France actually doesn’t have anything all that nasty compared to most, so its not surprising the attempt was stopped. In my dream there was gun fire exchanged. And I’m not sure if it was France or Germany or England, it was just a very typical European city. There are parts of all European cities that look the way the dream did. Hopefully this will be it for attempted terrorist attacks for the time being, but I don’t know. I am a little worried that there maybe a bigger broader wider international type of plan coming, something that will involve multiple attacks in many European cities at the same time, and here as well because of this critical degree in cardinal signs seen in so many important and national charts. I really need to study the charts again, but I’ve been so busy as we all have with the holiday and trying to keep away one of my intense migraine’s under control for the past week. betterdaysahead   If there’s gonna be a big sell off, it might be lead by a failure to make a loan to the auto industry. Clearly Bush and his folks are against this.   Hi Better Days Ahead, It looked like the American auto industry would survive for the next couple of years and then go under. But there is so much anger about the last bail out which as I said in the posts back before it happened, wasn’t going to go through the first time around when it actually would have helped, but rather a watered down crappy version would pass and do really no good. People have a right to be angry. In my opinion the only reason the bail out happened was to show good faith to the rest of the world — basically to make it look like we were doing something, ANYTHING. But alas, the bail out was so flawed by the time it passed it really was an empty, extremely expensive gesture. Of course though the banking industry is the life blood of the global economy and if we poisoned it, then we were obliged to fix it or risk losing our place in the world economy. We would have been thrown out of the game for being cheaters, which of course, we were, so our government had to make a show of good faith to save face. But they really didn’t get much else accomplished for the money. The auto industry is a very different beast and it will fold our economy into a full swing Depression if it collapses, but we won’t be contaminating the world water supply like we did with the banking scheme. The Republicans don’t really care about saving Joe Normal’s job at GM, and as its turning out they didn’t really care about saving the world economy either, just fattening deals for their peeps. But that’s another story. I can’t say I have a lot of pity for the CEO’s of the American car makers, they’ve been morons. But I do feel for the people who have done their best, and worked hard at their jobs, and now face the potential loss of the life they’ve known.   hopeandaplan Hi Denise, I woke up with the feeling that everything was shaking and a lot of energy was swirling. There was a pretty big one (5. something) about 4 months ago that we really felt, another out in the desert that was over 6 something, but in a very un-populated area, but it was felt here as well as in Arizona and Nevada. It has made me wonder, seems like there are an awful lot of them all over the place but then again, it seems earthquakes come in swarms and then calm for a while before the next swarm hits. I would think you’d be very sensitive to both geo activity and the collective unconscious with your moon at 0 degrees Cap and Pluto going over it right now. It seems that my hunch about the patriarchal version of her as slanted toward the negative is right. She is much like a trickster, Goddess of chaos and discord. She likes to confuse or as my friend would say she’s a sh*t stir, meaning she likes to get people to think, laugh and is seen (among those who see her as positive) to be a Goddess of creativity through chaos. She also likes to reveal the superficial and make people think. Meditation, Chakras, and Aura-Soma

We are going through some turbulent times and this can reek havoc on our psyches. So besides meditation, I found (when I was going through a very emotionally turbulent time in my life) this system called Aura-Soma. 

I’ll explain. Our etheric bodies are a rainbow of colors, starting at the base of the spine with a red chakra, the next over the sexual organs is orange. Over the solar plexus is a yellow chakra which controls our will. Our heart chakra is green, our throat chakra is blue. And there is a chakra over our third eye which is indigo and finally at the top of our heads, the part of us that is connected to all and the universe is violet. The chakras are not to be confused with our auras which are different but kind of related, that’s another post. I want to deal with the chakras because many of us carry around stuff inside them that blocks our progress, intuition, happiness, and our ability to manifest our dreams. 

As evidence of how chakra’s work let me give you a very solid example that anyone can relate to. Remember back to a betrayal. Didn’t it literally feel like you had been stabbed in the heart? If the betrayal was bad enough, it can actually physically hurt. As a matter of fact there is scientific evidence and an actual medical term for people who have heart attacks after tremendous loss or betrayal. The heart chakra is often the one we feel the most. Like the opening up of our heart when we see our baby for the first time, or fall in love. This is the heart chakra. So you see, it often stores pain as well that needs to be cleared out in order to move on to the next level or lesson in our lives. 

I’m not going to bore everyone with a long drawn out explanation of how the chakras work, but I am going to recommend for anyone in need of a clearing, anyone feeling depressed, anxious, worried, etc. a couple of things. One meditation on your own chakras, aligning them and clearing them. The best book I have found for this is: Wheels of Life: A User’s Guide to the Chakra System (Llewellyn’s New Age Series)

And a product that will help you accomplish this more easily called Aura-Soma. It’s a long and interesting story. I’ll let you look into it. But basically these oils or water based colored perfumes are prayed over, and utilize herbs, precious gems and color therapy. I found them to be amazingly helpful, really, I noticed a huge difference immediately when I was distraught. I don’t use them much now because I’m not in that state of mind, but when I do get upset I still break them out and notice a big difference in how I feel. For me the water based tinctures were much more helpful then the double colored oil based ones which work more on the emotional body. If you are a sensitive you will probably be like me and need the other type which works more from the spiritual toward the body rather then the way the oils work which is from the body outward toward the spirit. Or if you have a lot of earth in your chart you will probably find the oils to work better. For most people the oils are recommended.
