Truth To Power

When we stand together and use our voices they can not be silenced no matter how many voting machines they rig, or voters they scam off the rolls. I was never nervous about this election until I went to our polling place and found out how crazy things were going down there. Then I worried (human fear not intuition fear) that somehow fate would be thwarted in some evil Faustian deal with the devil made by Romney.

This election was settled by Spirit in the first days of December of 2011 as I posted back then and everything Spirit told me (I don’t know what else to call it) came to pass exactly. Now I know why my Aunt was laughing her head off and saying that I would be right. She knew I would be freaking out like everyone else. She tried to calm me but I am human and a Romney/Ryan presidency would be a disaster for the world – seriously.

Anyway I am SOOO Happy that the right man is in the job and that the Universe is  moving forward as it should – that no amount of money or powerful idiots could change what was meant to be. It is because of us – the people who saw through all of the lies and deception. I have never been prouder of the US not because Obama won but because people GOT IT!

Update: elections, migraines, politics, private readings

     OK, I know I said I would do readings again, but I have to go with the dreams and patterns that are happening. The very thing that has given me the gift of seeing the future was born out of a very difficult childhood and as a result I have neurological issues that are being triggered by taking on the stress of others. Someday in a book or on this blog I’ll go into it but for now I have to say I’ve had dreams about this being a bad idea for me.

     I have been doing extensive praying for the world. More than that I have been projecting psychic energy into the the collective unconscious to try and help all humanity, nature and keep us on the path toward saving this earth rather than destroying it.

     This is my work. This is what I am called to do, the blog is just one incarnation. Other versions of this will come out through my writing. I am someone who likes to remain hidden for reasons going back to my childhood. I have taken on much in my life – too much for me to bear at times.

     Right now I feel the pain of this world so intensely that I can’t take all the individual pain on right now. I wish I could,  but I am already starting to suffer from terrible neurological issues. Those of you who have read my blog for a while know I suffer from a rare debilitating kind of migraine – and as it turns out it’s not just one type but two.

     The more pain people unload on me the more violent and painful the migraines which I’ve been having again since saying I would do private readings. It’s also why I  felt I had to charge so much to make up for the down time. But it’s not for me right now. I have to be well and stay the course. I was getting healthy when I focused on my writing and this blog.

     I am thankful to so many of you who have been supportive. And I wish I could lift up those of you who are going through such terrible times. I do know however that things are going to get better and are slowly but surely.

     What we’ve all been through was huge and it is taking a Herculean effort by those good people who serve us in Washington to turn this around. Sadly, not everyone who goes into public service is good.

     I am not surprised by the venom with which the Republicans have shown in their comments toward me. I worked as the manager at a polling site in 2000 during the Gore-Bush election. I knew the outcome would be Bush in the Whitehouse and Gore would win the popular vote. I knew looking at their astrology. And I just knew it. I also knew there would be a tremendous amount of cheating on the side of Republicans.  Even in my district which was very Blue/Democratic they came in every hour during the morning to make sure and check to see what Republicans had voted – which is legal but the Dems didn’t do this, and then when the afternoon came and they didn’t come back in I noticed they had dropped off a bunch of Republican pamphlets instructing people on which candidates to vote for and which measures they felt were good. This is illegal. It is called electioneering. No one is supposed to put up signs or pass out pamphlets within 100 feet of a polling place. But they literally dropped them next to the legitimate literature people picked up before going into the booth. I was livid. Nothing was done. I called the police – they did nothing – the news was eclipsed by much bigger versions of this in Florida and alas we have history, 9/11, and two wars still going and the worst economic disaster since the 1929. Yet they pretend to freak out over what happened in Libya as if it was all the fault of the Obama administration when they got several memos stating that airplanes were going to be used to take down the Twin Towers. Really the nerve of these guys is disgusting. They wouldn’t take responsibility for that even though it was clearly their mistake – Condoleezza Rice said with no visible remorse that yeah, she’d seen the memo, but what were they going to do about it? How about get George Bush to come back from his 6 week vacation on his ranch and make plans to find the terrorists? That would have been a start.

     The election debacle or Republican coup – make no mistake it was no accident. When I went to the county with the pamphlets, they told me it had happened at EVERY POLLING PLACE in CALIFORNIA! Yes, and nothing was said or done about it. These are the people Obama and the Democrats are fighting against – people so greedy and desperate for power (think Smeogol in the Lord of the Rings) that nothing else matters but getting their way – by any means necessary.

     They are Machiavellian. Sorry to say, it’s not just an ideological difference – those who choose to go into leadership in this party are a very different sort of politician – not all of them, but most of them. I pray that this changes and we get back the good Republicans of old who were as dedicated to American values as Democrats are (pre-Nixon), but for the most part the Republicans are dedicated to tearing this country in two classes – wealthy and abject poverty so they can freely exploit those they wish like they did in the good old days when women didn’t have the vote and slavery was legal. Make no mistake we had a coup in 2000 and while I don’t believe they care enough about Romney to orchestrate such a broad scheme, they do fight dirty. And then they complain about it when they get hit back. It’s really disgusting.

     I’m not sure why the Republicans wanted Howdy Doody meets Forrest Gump as their leader except maybe he represented what appeared to be the perfect puppet. But a leader is NOT a puppet. The president makes the calls at the end of the day no matter what and I knew we were headed for terrible danger. I even wrote a book about it starting in 1999 when I finished the first draft. I saw the polarization of America coming. The set of rules for those in power and the rest of us and many other things that have come to pass and will if things go down that road.

     But there are good people in government – despite what cynics think and what Republicans believe. Even some good Republicans who haven’t gotten the memo out of willful ignorance of reality or perhaps just intense disregard for what the party has become.

     I know Obama is a good man. I know Hillary Clinton is putting herself through hell because she wants to help people. I can feel the people who are in politics not to grab power for themselves, but to lift people up and make this country a better place – true Americans who believe in the core of this country and the ideals that make it great.

     We have a choice. We have always had one. We have chosen the dark path on more than one occasion and corrected our mistake. Obama is a correction and he will continue to make this country better and the world better. He isn’t perfect and I don’t agree with everything he’s done but he has to give to get and we have to start somewhere.

     What I can tell everyone is: Obama is in politics because like me he wants to serve people. He believes in the goodness of humanity. And like me sometimes that’s not always easy to do when we are treated badly – when racism, sexism, or just mean-spirited, selfish people take aim at you.

     I would never lie and say that I don’t have an agenda. I do. I want to make this world a better place for all beings. I want so much for us to clean up our mess, to be kind and respectful of all life, to walk our talk. If you believe in God in any form then you should want what I do – to preserve creation. If you don’t you are not a man or woman of God – you are part of the dark side – the chaos – destruction. Count yourself down with the truth of that and I have no problems.

     What I can’t stand are hypocrites – those who claim to want what’s best and use hatred, racism, anger, misogyny and whatever twisted emotion we all struggle with against those who lack the introspection to be clear about what is happening. Think what you will of me, but I don’t get paid to write this blog. I do it because I hope and pray for a better world. And there are many other people out there like me who have put themselves in the sites of very bad people – people who would kill them – like Michael Moore who has constant death threats, just because he showed the world the man behind the curtain wasn’t always working for them.

     I wish all humanity could find that part of them that connects them to the Great Spirit/God/All Living Beings because if they did – there wold be no psychopaths, sociopaths or plutocrats. All would feel the pain of the other and empathy – the key to compassion and love would reign supreme as God intended it.

     Use your own intuition – do you see anything behind Romney other than used car salesman who just wants the job because his dad didn’t get it? The man has not one ideological bone in his body. As he has made clear he is a BUSINESSMAN. It was businessmen who crashed this economy 4 years ago. It was businessmen that shipped our jobs to China. It was businessmen who created the financial disaster we are in. As Romney said himself – it isn’t government who creates jobs – it’s business. So how can he create jobs if he doesn’t believe it’s the job of government to do so?

     Unfortunately for Romney history has proven him wrong. The Great Depression was defeated by government – by investing in hiring people, creating safety nets for the elderly, sick and widows – social security. Government did fix it and we had the MOST STABLE THRIVING ECONOMY IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD until the deregulation that happened in the 1980s via Reagan. Shortly after what he did the banks collapsed then, too. Or is that too far back for people to remember? All those S &L’s went under and one of the Bush boys went to jail for it among many others.

     If you don’t believe me just look at history. You don’t have to be psychic, or liberal or anything, just read some facts, use your brain, put some things together, be smart and you’ll see that “Trickle Down Economics” means “Rich people getting Richer,” while you and your family struggle to keep afloat.

Just to be Clear

To all the Republicans who post here let me tell you I am not a Republican. How could I be? I’d be burned at a stake as a witch if the super right had its way (which BTW did happen to approximately 250,000 innocent women during the dark ages) and my right to my own body would be taken from me. There is no doubt I prefer the Democratic party – any sane person would. I however do not think they are perfect nor do I only “predict” Democratic wins. In fact I started voting when Dukakis was running and I voted for him knowing full well he would loose. I also knew Reagan would win. I knew that George W. would win the electoral vote and that Al Gore would win the popular vote. In fact when looking at their charts I saw them both winning which confounded me since it was weird. But I could tell that George W. had just a slight edge and this was when I figured one would win the popular vote and the other the electoral. I knew psychically though that George W. was going to win which was why I started writing the book Americhrist in 1999 before the election. I assumed George was going to take the office. Just because I want something to happen doesn’t make it so. 

People like you give away your power by even thinking this craziness. I am a human being not a goddess.

If you think that a psychic has the power of GOD than you are completely delusional. I am only a messenger. I don’t create the flow of traffic. I have nothing to do with the way world events unfold, I simply state what I am told and what I am shown. This attitude that somehow I have the power to change the future by stating what I’ve been told is completely absurd and one of the reasons I gave up doing psychic work for many years because people would argue with me, wanting me to tell them what they wanted to happen – as if my saying something would make it come to pass. And when I told them what was to be and they didn’t like it they’d try to get me to tell them that things would turn out differently than what I was told. It’s not impossible to change the future but it’s also not very easy. You can stop a train if you see something on the tracks far enough away, but if your right up on it chances are pretty much guaranteed that the train will run over whatever is there – it can’t slow down fast enough – this is the way fate works. It is a series of decisions made by all of us that can not be changed unless there is a concerted effort with clear farsightedness in place. 

So yes, you are right I’m not a fascist. I am not a corporatist. I do not think the “free market” is free – it is set up for the rich to win. I am a liberal. And if you ever find a psychic who is anything other than a liberal than they aren’t psychic because the very nature of being psychic means being sensitive and caring about others. As soon as a person becomes selfish and greedy the gift goes away – this is why there are famous psychics who are no longer psychic and some of the most psychic among us remain entirely anonymous. 

Wow, you got me. I care about humanity. Man I’m evil. Maybe you should take out your stakes and set me on fire the way your forerunners did or take out those torture racks – that was the Christian way according to some of you. Seems it still is. 

BTW there was a scientific study done about the brains of conservatives – turns out the ancient lizard part of their brain where fear is stored is more active than in people who are liberal. Guess that’s why they don’t make very good psychics – you need higher limbic functioning – otherwise known as compassion.

A Couple of Things…

Once we have an actual front-runner in the Republican party I will do their charts. Right now, despite Obama’s struggles and people’s frustration with the status quo I believe everyone knows that to go Republican is akin to turning back the clock to the Dark Ages. If anything the energy is moving more toward the left. People are awakening to the truth that we’ve been swindled for a long time with “Trickle Down Economics,” destruction of regulations that protect us from psychopaths who get in positions of power in business and how opening the gateway to China (done by Nixon) also opened the gateway to a restructuring of the entire financial system without any protection for American workers. Of course this all happened at a slow enough pace that it took until now for people to put it altogether – now that we are in the center of a crisis.

My intuition is that at this time there is no Republican candidate who can win against Barrack Obama in 2012. If there was a thriving and viable left leaning third-party – a candidate from it, might stand a chance, but as is, there is no way  the Republicans can win the presidency. I doubt they will even be able to keep whatever seats they have now that are up for grabs. If there is a chance to make Congress majority Democrat I believe the public will do that in 2012.

I can run a chart on Herman Cain – perhaps I will since he’s been the front-runner for 3 weeks or so, but his chances of winning the nomination are about as good heading the KKK. Seems unlikely that the hoards of people who want to take the country back (from what, I’m not sure) would vote for an even darker president. Not to say they are racist but yes, they are racist. And Herman Cain is about as able qualified as the crappy pizza’s he hocks.

But then we got a bunch of e-mails from my father-in-law who is a big time Republican about the glories of Cain so I suppose I’ll have to look at the idiot’s chart for good measure.

Answering a Reader, Fracking and ET’s

From a reader: Regarding the post in which I brought up fracking, earthquakes and ETs.

Submitted on 2011/10/29 at 9:34 am   by: NYvoice I love this post! Do you have any feelings about fracking and HAARP? Or HAARP and chemtrails? I have been seeing so much weird stuff in the sky in regard to chemtrails and the clouds they create. Friends whom live near fracking sites are also saying that they affect the color of the sky even though they may be located miles away. With the barium and aluminum in the chemtrail chemicals it seems they would work perfect with the HAARP/Tesla technology at modifying weather and creating earthquakes. I am so curious as to what your thoughts are on all of these! Also, it seems to me that these beings, whatever they are, are working very closely with the US government so that everything takes place via our tax dollars and right under our noses. I thought Obama was gonna be true to us too. He instead taught us that no matter who we vote for, we will get the same results because whomever wins… they have to abide by those whom got them into office, the corporate and wall st lobbyists. IMO, the malevolent beings are working hard to prevent us from realizing ONE thing… Which is that we are all connected and all essentially all ONE. I could be wrong. But, whatever they are doing, they certainly are trying hard to maintain their control.

It’s interesting that you mention chem trails in relation to the fracking. I have seen these as well. They look a lot like missile trails to me which I think is very odd. And makes me wonder if there aren’t experiments going on that we are unaware of. I completely agree that our government is in on something with Extra Terrestrial Biological Entities. There are too many things that don’t add up. It feels to me when I tap into it, that those in charge have just given up, that whatever is truly in charge is too much bigger than them – not only in regards to corporations (which at first I believed to be the main problem) but something behind that, something darker lurking behind it.

We have now reached 7 billion people on this planet. Why have we given up on the space program? Why are we allowing so many people to starve to death? Why is the middle class being pushed down into working poor? It’s was if the fight had gone out of us until this movement, Occupy Wall Street. While I agree  this is absolutely the first step in clearing away the darkness, lies and corruption I have a feeling there is something else going on, something stranger at work. I am still trying to figure it out. As I get feelings, visions, ideas, messages I’ll post them.  It feels as though the human population en mass has been written off and those in power somehow think they are protected. But it is very doubtful that wealth or even position will matter anymore to than a queen carpenter ant matters to us. She’s just one more ant to get rid of when we want control of the ant population that is destroying our home. I think there has been a movement toward dealing with this transformation of earth in a non-violent and positive way – at least until that was no longer an option. I can’t help but feel the level of frustration at humanity is something along those lines. I’m not sure what is behind this bigger looming transformation – is it earth changes? Aliens? Or some sort of consciousness or dimensional shift. However I do feel that this is the first time in a very long time we are going to actually going to start getting a sense of it – this corruption and greed has been so much at the forefront of the collective consciousness that as a psychic it’s been hard to read past it – sort of like when a client comes in and you see their husband is having an affair – you first have to deal with that, make them aware of that lie before the next problem can be solved. I do feel though soon we will start getting a sense of this other nebulous thing that is coming on the heels of this clean up. Whatever it is, it feels much bigger and more alien than anything I’ve felt up until now. In fact if you talk to most psychics, including myself, around 2000 was about as far in the future as we could see back in the 80s. Then it’s been a shorter leash in terms of the ability to project forward – as if all the decisions and fate are still being decided. We’ve entered into a very weird time. No doubt about it. I never believed in “The end of the world,” but I think there is something so big it will lead to a huge destruction and rebirth over this century. By 2100 we will be very different and so will the earth, that’s about all I know for sure right now.

Answering Readers and Animal Totems

Thanks for your recent posts and your encouragement to those of us disheartened. The movement gives me hope. If the protests are both Owl and Spider medicine, then one can hope that the Awakening it is sustainable and will grow.  

By the way — if spiders are weavers of fate, what does it mean if you get reoccurring spider dreams?  These spiders were friggin’  massive, and they    were on ceiling beams over or near my sleeping son both times.

Spiders in dreams mean weaving a new fate for oneself and also they are related to storytelling and writing. So perhaps you have some stories that need to be told – major, big stories. And of course, a change in one’s fate.

I had dreams of sacks of baby spiders and bats growing on the side of my home years ago – related to a bunch of dreams about the earthquake. At the time the home was odd – not like the one I lived in. Long story short we had to abandon our home after the earthquake and lived temporarily in a place that had some features of the place in the dream. Ultimately, we settled into a home very similar to the one in the dream. Also oddly we often have sacs of spider eggs growing on the side of the home here – loads of spiders on this property.

For anyone with a bat dream or seeing an actual bat – it means transformation, death and rebirth. It’s the death part that gives bats a bad reputation however, they don’t destroy positive things – just things that need to go – so they are destructive in a positive way and then help you through the transformation to rebuild and understand what has occurred.

BTW I love the co-opting of the V for Vendetta mask that people have used for the protests. It’s important to put all information possible about the protests on the web because the main stream media will try to downplay this uprising. After all they are corporations and they fear (as does the entire system) real systemic change that will force the game to be played fairly.

For those who are working on meditating everyday, the next step will be posted in a couple weeks. This is the age of Aquarius – meaning we will no longer be followers – we all must learn to carve our own path to the Great Spirit.

The Great Spirit speaks to us not only through our heart, dreams, meditation but also (if we are paying attention) augury as the ancients believed and I have had a multitude of experiences with and can speak for the truth of this first hand. I have lived in cities (major cities and suburban areas around – Chicago and Los Angeles) my entire life yet I have seen owls more times than I can count. I once saw 5 of them hanging out at the LA damn after a series of dreams about seeing them with a friend. I happened to be walking at the damn when I saw these owls with that same friend. It was actually during the day – just before sunset – and the owls were of 5 different types. Each owl was doing something different. One was preening, one was eating a snake, one was staring at me the entire time – directly. The other two were hanging out, spreading their wings on occasion but generally just there. I wanted to stay longer, but my friend got tired of watching them. However we still stayed for about twenty minutes. This was just one of more than a dozen experiences I have had with these animals.

We all have a multitude of different animals connected to different sides of ourselves. My animals are mostly nocturnal although not all of the are. I encourage you to get a copy of the Medicine Cards and also the Ted Andrews books – the first and most important is called, Animal-Speak: The Spiritual & Magical Powers of Creatures Great & Small, there is an ancillary book (if you really get into it) that goes into more esoteric animals he wrote called, Animal-Wise: The Spirit Language and Signs of Nature. These two books are the most extensive and complete of any of its kind. Almost everything you see on the web is basically a quote or a re-write of the information in these two books.

If you look throughout your life you will find an animal that often comes to you. It could be mice, horses, dogs, cats, bats, whatever. Everyone has multiple totem animals. However one will often find a particular animal that appears more than any other. For anyone interested in learning more about divining by animals to check out the Ted Andrews books on the subject and to purchase a set of Medicine Cards. People often complain (even psychics or especially psychics) that they can’t read for themselves but there are ways around this. First of all if you are familiar with a particular system such as tarot, astrology or divining rod, etc. You will often find that using these tools to answer personal questions will be confusing because it can be read how you want to read it rather than how it really should be read due to the issue of desire getting in the way. I had this problem after doing a lot of readings for others and getting attached to my tarot deck in a very concrete immovable way – meaning each card came to represent a very specific problem and due to this I couldn’t read myself. I was working 60-80 hours a week giving readings and most of the problems were about love, some about career and money so my cards became bent through that lens. I however wasn’t trying to use the cards for those issues. I was trying to use them in the way I had when I first learned – for spiritual guidance. My cards had become too mundane in their associations for this purpose.

So I bought the Medicine Cards and found they were able to break through all of that and get to a deeper spiritual place. I found them extremely helpful especially for those who were readers and spiritual people trying to gain deeper insight into their souls and the roots of their problems. And then I found after a while I bought  a different set of tarot cards and used yes/no spreads to answer questions about dilemmas. I would always pray for the truth. A yes/no spread can not be fudged. I then stared using a pendulum for the sake of speed. Again before doing so I asked the Great Spirit to give me the absolute truth. These are some ways to tap into one’s psychic ability for use on one’s own path.

I do agree one can’t give a traditional tarot reading for oneself as there are too many ways to interpret the cards and we will always want to see the best which leads to delusion.

If one wants to be taught about clairvoyance and clairaudience – meditate on the owl and ask for his/her guidance.

War is here… now

Here’s my answer to a reader about Donald Trump and all that he represents:

Besides Donald Trump being a dangerous horrible idiot he’s also a narcissistic egomaniac. I think he really believes he could win the presidency because he’s a dangerously delusion person. Of course he would completely ruin this country if he were elected into office because he is about as diplomatic as a live grenade. Do I think he could win? Well all I have to say is Arnold Schwarzenegger. People seem to be in love with celebrity – we have replaced the pantheon of Gods and Goddesses with morons, narcissists and idiots. Perhaps we need the old religion which had more examples and pathways to the Great Spirit. Perhaps we yearn for connection through those who mirror us. Unfortunately if this is true we are in a very sad state.

We are currently in a class war – one that dates back to the blowing open of the gates – the Watergate era, followed by the first truly corporate president Ronald Reagan. I’m not sure Reagan knew the damage he was doing. I like to believe that he was hoodwinked by the right to be the spokesman of their (internal in terms of doing it inside the government) coo without really knowing he was. His son, whom I greatly respect, is primarily the reason I believe Ronald senior was most likely a descent man used (as so many middle and lower-income people are being used now) by the wealthy to advance a truly amoral agenda.

I always scoffed at the notion of “trickle down economics” firstly because I grew up in a very affluent neighborhood (that we didn’t belong in – we lived in a townhouse on social security checks and life insurance my father had bought years before his passing when I was 10). I knew the hearts and minds of the very wealthy in ways very few are privileged to know. I knew their children who espoused their values without the crust of age and experience to keep their real feelings and philosophies covered. I heard some of the most unimaginably amoral, immoral and hideous things said as common truths – social Darwinism was a given in the most extreme sense of that statement. There was no empathy for the underprivileged, only a social club that went into the ghetto to teach illiterate children as a sort of bait and switch to their true value system which was the belief that the wealthy are better – they deserve more, they are supreme and the poor are lazy, stupid and deserve what they get even if that means suffering and death. Hideous but absolutely true – many probably won’t believe me. In fact I know people won’t believe me because I’ve been telling people, friends, descent human beings this since I was entrenched in this bizarre world where people went to church on Sunday and then sucked the earth dry of every resource in order to hoard it for themselves. Yes, it is easier to fit a camel through the eye of a needle than a wealthy man into heaven. I saw this first hand.

The first stage of the war against the poor and middle class was to dismantle the unions. Sure some were bloated, some were corrupt but lest we forget what life was like before they existed – just pick up a book by Dickens and you’ll see clearly the way the rich like it. The civil war – a rich man’s war to keep their slaves, using the poor southerners via their racism and pride as a tool against their interest (living) to fight a war that only the wealthy truly had a stake in and only the wealthy benefited from – this is a perfect example of the way many of the wealthiest one percent would like to see our country go – if they could have slaves again, they’d do it in a heartbeat, hence the dismantling of the minimum wage, next it will be age restrictions for working if they get momentum on the wage issue.

There are two kinds of rich – old money or the idle rich as I like to call them, who do nothing but live off the achievement of some great, great, great, great, grandparent who actually contributed something to the world during their time and then invested the family money for generations to inherit. These idle rich hate the “Nuevo riche” the people who newly acquire money – meaning the people who actually earned the money they became wealthy from, the Bill Gates and the Steve Jobs of this world. You know the people who actually really produce jobs for regular folks, not the people who live off the fat left over from their (once common low to middle-class) ancestors. Those “old money” people spend their days taking care of themselves and their money, buying influence, protecting their interests and making sure they can make more money in the market. It’s interesting that they are usually the very same people who accuse poor people of being lazy when truly they have no purpose on this planet and are more akin to tics than human beings. They live off all of us who actually work and keep their world moving forward. The biggest way they contribute to the economy is through buying things, fancy furniture, fine art, clothing, etc.

Now here’s the thing. The 1960s was a very scary time for them, coming off the heels of the most financial growth of anytime during American history. The middle class grew to enormous proportions, the rich got richer as did everyone. You’d think that the wealthy would look upon the economy booming and love it because it means more money in their coffers. But with more money, more education came and people started asking questions. Why do we have to fight the communists in Vietnam? Isn’t that a sovereign nation with the right to decide its own fate? Riots took place, the left became extremely radicalized and the wealthy started to become the target of the growing understanding that a capitalist culture is antithetical to democracy as it stood. Money buys influence and effects legislation. The tying together of corporate interests with the government is fascism and as we all know corporate interests are generally not in line with what’s good for the average person, such as toxic dumping, air pollution, and endless problems associated with industry. Not to mention the corporate bottom line is biggest when they have low overhead, cheap labor and don’t have to pay taxes. Break up the unions, you break up people’s collective bargaining power, work on the congress – lobby for tax breaks for corporations and pay less taxes you get the idea.

All of this has been going on – this war began after FDR put in place regulations to control monopolies (the original source of the world financial crisis that plunged us into the Great Depression as well as Europe, especially Germany). It was those regulations or laws, which were based on the same sort of laws we as ordinary citizens would have to follow (in principle) that kept capitalism on a relatively even playing field. The breakdown of which over the past 30 years we are now seeing the results of.

Forget the history lesson above, here’s the point I want to make invention, intellectual leaps, progress and solutions don’t come from the rich, even jobs don’t, only a very small minority of jobs come directly from those newly rich people who actually are contributing members of society. Invention and intellectual leaps come from the middle-class, the class of people educated enough to want to reach upward and grab the golden ring not people sipping Manhattans while tanning themselves in Tahiti. The wealthiest one percent don’t have an incentive to solve anything, for them everything is solved, they are taken care of. Sure there are those rare individuals who want to contribute and who I salute like the young documentary film maker who exposed his world in “The One Percent,” an excellent entrance into the way people are indoctrinated into this bizarre entitled ideology and also a revelation on many other fronts.

If we lose the middle-class we become a third world country. And we also lose any chance we have of solving Global Warming, of advancing civilization or developing space travel. The rich will own us (as they wish to) and we will eventually be pushed into fighting or dying or both. They have successfully used racism/sexism/homophobia and fear to divide us. They have so confused the average person that he/she often votes against their own interest.

It is not a coincidence that the world is literally being flooded, deluged with tornadoes, earthquakes and soon hurricanes at unprecedented levels. It’s a wake up call: we must come together and fix what is broken.

I ask those who have the power and money to actually make a difference in this world these simple questions: What will it be worth when you have everything and there is nothing and no one left to lord it over or give it to? Are you that insecure you need to feel better than other people, is that what blinds you to the suffering and pain surrounding you? Do you love your family? If you answered yes to that, then what the hell are you doing to preserve this world for them?

Clarity Among Chaos

A reader mentioned that she has noticed a pattern of apocalyptic weather dreams on the blog and that she has been in fear for her family. She also mentioned that she noticed people being very pissy, in denial and self-centered. I want to address all these things.

First of all those of us who chose to come here (including our children) came here for a reason. This is one reason I try not to emphasis the negative because we did come here to turn the energy toward “our better angels” as Lincoln put it. At the very least being true to ones deepest goodness and humanity is a light in the darkness that has been encompassing the world since as early as I can remember.

Of course as of late the acceleration has been freakishly scary. However, all we can do is trust our intuition and know that we are here for a reason.

I just heard a news story where a stay at home mother tried to kill her two children and herself, thinking it was the end of the world. I want to say that the world and humanity have gone through many changes. And just like us, someday the earth and our sun will die, just like we will.

Death however is nothing to fear.

And if you have a child, remember that your child chose to come here. I believe that we are co-creators in our evolution and we must respect and understand that while we have to do everything we can to protect our children if they are here now, chances are good that they are evolved souls who have come to spread knowledge or for their own spiritual evolution. My point being, we do not own our children and while we are responsible for protecting them they are not our possessions, something that many people tend to forget. The woman who tried to kill her children probably did this due to intense anxiety, and really believed she was saving her children from horrible atrocities to come. My point in bringing her up is she represents in the most intense and crazy way, the enormous fear that can lead in itself to atrocity. Despite how intensely terrifying the world is right now, we have to stay strong and courageous. We are all descendants of people who went through the middle-ages, the great plagues, slavery, World Wars, nuclear bombs, genocide, the ice age.

Whatever is to come the answer is not to ignore it, which I agree has been the major coping mechanism of the vast majority of people, but it is also not to give into the fear. As spiritual warriors we must be willing to fight like the angel Micheal for ourselves and those we love. And we must be willing to sacrifice – which we will all do whether we like it or not eventually – for the greater good.

I believe the world has become increasingly more divided into the ME FIRST GREEDY CAMP and the HUMANITARIAN/ECOLOGICALLY MINDED CAMP.  I can’t break humanity down into black and white, good and evil camps since we are far too complex for that. However there are people who are other centered – who would gladly share their last piece of bread with a stranger who is starving and those who would steal the last piece of bread from a starving child to warehouse it for themselves for future possible use.

Unfortunately, those who operate entirely from a survival, lower-chakra sort of (ME First Camp Place) are in the majority, and those who may have been pushed toward higher development are being pushed through fear toward their darker natures and falling into a lower vibration. These are trying times, and in trying times it’s much harder to do the right thing then it is when everything is going one’s way.

But never in the history of the world has it been more important than now to hold onto one’s humanity, to help those in need and to call people on their greedy and awful behavior. If there is a gospel to be preached it is the golden rule.

We must balance the awful truth with how we can mollify the darkness. The tip of the storm is hitting us, but instead of hunkering down and closing the bomb shelter doors so no one else can get in – we must do what we can to wake people to the coming dangers and help people see that the situation is dire and can be corrected over the long arc of history and time.

Remember YOU have POWER.

More than you have been taught, more than anyone has allowed you to know. This is what it meant when the bible said, “The meek shall inherit the earth.” The meek, or the trodden upon, are the masses of those who play by the rules and do the right thing, they are not the few greedy who steal from the many.

The greedy will fall and no amount of money will be able to save them. Revolutions will only continue to catch fire as Uranus is in Aries squaring Pluto in Capricorn, or to put it in layman’s terms people’s self-interest to survive will cause the false financial infrastructure to fall. It is my very sad opinion that those 400 Americans who make the same amount of money as 50% of our population does combined, don’t have any motivation to care about “the peasants.” I believe they feel their money will protect them, they will buy space in underground bomb shelters or have some fantasy about jetting around the planet to safe zones. But the reality is that once the people rise up against them, their money will be as meaningful as the plain paper it started out as.

The US hasn’t been a democracy for a long time. In a democracy the people determine policy not corporations. Ironically, the Republicans who have been being paid to support the gun lobby may find that the real reason for the 2nd amendment will be called upon if they continue to take people’s chances to make a living and support their children away from them.

So far we have seen the gun nuts all on the right, but as things become more polarized we may very well see violence, riots and even revolution here in our country – if people continue to push the poor into a corner where death by fighting looks better than sitting idylly by as they and their children starve to death.

I am not advocating this in any way, I am just stating what will happen if compassion and humanity doesn’t truly permeate American policy and Corporate interests continue to march us toward new, innovative forms of indentured servitude.

Please use this site as a way to stay in community with one another. Stay strong in yourself and your connection to the Great Spirit whatever religion you utilize as your path. God is not causing these horrible atrocities to punish us. Endings are not punishment they are just part of new beginnings.

Try to stay away from thinking in terms of the punishing jealous patriarchal vision of the Great Spirit. I know we have all been raised in a western world and our minds automatically turn to these thoughts, but truly God is good and forgiving and full of love. Pain and death and endings, are just ways to move things forward and tools for teaching and evolving.

I hope all is well. I know you probably don’t feel like talking politics but it has been along time and I haven’t really seen postings from you lately about what’s been going on in the political world.
My mind has been sooo uneasy that I’m afraid to watch the news. The negativity is so mind blowing that it is truly unreal. I feel like I’m on a sinking ship and there’s no lifesavers around! I was wondering if you have any political insight… what about this “Tea party movement” or what has happened in Delaware recently… Will Palin please go away!

Believe me there is no one in this world who is more sickened by the state of things than I am. It makes me literally sick.  However I do believe the Tea Party’s “victories” will end up back firing on the lot of the Republican party because they are a re-dressed modern (so far, non-violent) version of the KKK. They try to mask their racism with… really nothing, it’s just not being called out. What are they “taking back the country” from? A black man, is the answer in case you wondered. Pure and simple. They are a bunch of scared, irrational people who are very marginal. There are 2 types of Tea Baggers (I refuse their new less stupid name because they called themselves tea baggers first showing their abundant lack of smarts).

1) The extremely wealthy or those who think they are wealthy or will soon become wealthy – thereby fitting under the heading delusional; they are taking advantage of the 2nd type… 2)The Leave It To Beaver white people who woke up one day in an America which was fully integrated. And they realized they had to compete with everyone for top billing. They couldn’t claim the birthright of being number one simply because of the lack of melanin in their skin. They now have to earn their right to advantage and they don’t like it. I’m not saying all these people are bad, just ignorant, often they live in entirely white communities or have no real contact with anyone outside their tiny myopic world.

But here’s the thing, most people are not that isolated. And with each generation past Pluto in Leo (the me generation), there has been more and more integration and less and less tolerance for prejudice. I believe that integration of schools and the subsequent integration of all things has shown the majority of people all human beings are of one family. We all want the same things, to be loved, connected and appreciated.

Here’s an example. When I was a kid I used to hear people whisper behind my back, “She’s from a mixed marriage!” My father was Jewish and my mother Catholic. This was the early to mid 1970s. Even into the 1980s when I was in junior high school, the Italian Catholic boy who took me ice skating told me his parents would no longer allow it since I was Jewish. Of course, I actually had been baptized and confirmed Catholic myself by that point since my father had been dead for a couple of years and I needed something to make sense of the loss. The Rabbi had told my mother to raise us in her religion since she didn’t know the Jewish culture.  I was also regularly called a kike when I lived in a non-Jewish neighborhood after my father died. And forget about black and white people marrying back then or even being friends. One couldn’t even show that in an advertisement or a TV show or film. There were some kids on my block (who I related to because we had this same issues only their situation was more extreme) their mother was Philippino and their father was from Santa Domingo (the other side of Haiti – he was of African descent). They were treated like crap at school. Compared to what they had to go through, I felt lucky. Of course, the 2 girls and the young boy became my closest friends. They were Catholic and when my father died and I went through the process of becoming a Catholic I picked their parents to be my Godparents. They took me to church regularly. And I loved this family very much. And once I started standing up for them in school, the racist slurs lost their luster and kids left them alone for the most part.

I believe it’s important to realize there is sexism and racism in our culture. I also believe that one should not allow other people’s BS define them. If someone doesn’t like you because your Jewish, black, Asian, white, Muslim or whatever than it’s their loss not yours. This being said what is happening now is the exposure of the dark underbelly of institutional racism rearing its ugly head – hopefully for its final annihilation.

Change takes time, often generations worth of time. The Me generation who pushed forward the progress of Civil Rights impatiently complained that nothing happened (back in the 1980s) that things were still the same. They were wrong, very wrong – things did change – we have the first African-American president in our history due to this change. What didn’t change was them. Ironically, the same generation that fought for the rights of African-Americans is now the main thrust behind the Tea Party. What they are responding to is themselves or the liberal side of their generation 30 years later. This is actually a backlash against their own progress and if we see how silly and small and pathetic they are (the Tea Baggers that is), we can see that it will only backfire on them. David Duke (for those who don’t remember, was a KKK leader who ran for governor in the south) could only hide his hate and stupidity for so long, eventually with enough rope he hung himself. If the Republicans keep losing to the Tea Party, great, they’ll lose the general election and it will be good news for the broader world at large. Let’s not forget that a huge percentage of Republicans are from Latin countries (they are often in agreement with the family values side of the party or pretended values they supposedly “support”) but with the Tea Party targeting them as the enemy, how many people from that community will support someone who wants to throw out their friends or Abuelitos?

Slow and steady wins the race. As frustrating as it is that change doesn’t happen faster, Obama is making great strides in putting our economy back on track and as this information trickles out and the Tea Party exposes its grossness I believe things will right themselves. I will look into it on a psychic and astrological level though as we get closer to the elections.

Oh, and Palin is a Narcissist with a capital N. I actually dissected her chart when she first came on the scene if you read it now (it’s still on the blog) you’d swear I wrote it after all the craziness came out about her. Just use the search box for the article. I don’t think Palin will go away anytime soon – she’s the voice of sheer stupidity and it seems that America always needs one of those. If it’s not her it will be someone else, so at least she’s easy to make fun of.

I want to take this opportunity to talk of the evil side of the Aquarius. I’m an Aquarian so I can speak of it freely. There is nothing worse than a bad Aquarian, let’s name some – Dick Cheney, Sarah Palin, Dan Quail, Ronald Reagan. This is because they often appear so friendly and nice. However Aquarians can be very manipulative, narcissistic, self-centered and petty (their shadow side is Leo where the Earth sits when the Sun is in Aquarius – so it’s all the dark side of the sign of Leo, not that Leos are bad. The negative side of Leos is Aquarius – every sign’s opposite applies to this theory). I have to say I’ve had more negative experiences with bad Aquarians than with any other sign other than Sagittarius. Often these 2 signs seem to get a free pass in astrology as if they don’t have dark sides. However there are statistically more Sagittarians in jail than any other sign and they are also the luckiest, which means they are doing lots of bad stuff for a long time before they get caught. And of course Sags and Aquarians are not either bad or good (like all signs) there are negative and positive people of all signs, we all manifest our dark sides differently. It’s my opinion we should never look at the winter signs as somehow more evolved than any other sign. We go around the wheel many times and there are highly evolved people about to jump off the wheel of Samsara in all signs and there are low dark energy people of each sign as well. Ghandi was a Scorpio, Mother Teresa a Virgo, Einstein was a Pisces, Charlie Chaplin and Adolf Hitler were born just 4 days apart the same year – both Aries. It’s all how we decide to manifest our charts. We have free will and we are part of God. How we use our divinity is up to us.
