Pluto and the Stock Market…

Pluto ruler of death and rebirth, karma and transformation — uh, oh, here it comes. It will be crossing the first house of the Dow Jones chart late December as I wrote in an earlier post. I’m not going to go cover everything I put in that post, but as the economy continues to go south, we are going to see some other bad things not previously mentioned in earlier posts. I was hopeful the bail out agreement would conclude positively with oversight and helping home owners, etc. But as we have seen that didn’t happen, as predicted by the tarot the night before the vote. And of course we saw the repercussions on Wall Street today.

OK, here goes:

We are going to see the collapse of a lot of businesses. I’m afraid there will be infrastructure problems, such as getting goods from one place to the next. Stock up on what your need, we’re in for a big storm. This won’t happen overnight, you will have time and I’m hopeful that congress can still get it together to some degree to stop the bleeding. But if McCain wins we will see a global DEPRESSION unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. It’s imperative that you don’t vote for McCain, really I say this for no other reason other than I know this.

I’m not saying Obama is going to make daisies pop up all over the place and butterflies are going to fly out of rainbows, no. It’s going to be bad for a while either way, but it will be the difference between an economic Nagasaki (McCain) and an economic knife fight (Obama).

Seriously, it will take all of Obama’s 4 years to turn this tragic boat around, but if he stays in office for another 4 after that, I believe we will see ourselves put safely back on track.

I started this blog because I saw all this coming. I had a horrible feeling this summer, but couldn’t figure out exactly what my intuition was trying to warn me about. As soon as I got clarity I began blogging.

I’m scared. I’m sure a lot of you out there are as well. It’s imperative that you tell people how dangerous a situation we are in, and that you educate your friends, and family members on the positions of the candidates. I believe this is the most important election in the history of our country. We are at a cross roads. Pluto is a karmic planet. It can be a great turning point or the worst tragedy we’ve ever seen. Help make our country go in the right direction. Make sure to encourage people to get informed (in a real way not in a Fox news/propaganda/Lenny Riefenstahl way) before they vote.

Now that Pluto is going to cross the Dow Jone’s first house what could have been a positive transformation in the way we did business (if we hadn’t had 8 years of George W.) will now be the karmic equivalent of a shot gun to our head. It’s not going to be good.

We can turn this around. It will take time. But those of us who are intuitive, compassionate and logical must reason with the blind sided. It’s time to put politeness aside for the good of our country, and let those around you know how important this is, for the sake of the global economy and our world as a whole. It’s not just that we are faced with the loss of jobs, money, housing and credit, but this really could cause massive starvation (like Germany in the 1920s when people had to use a wheel barrel full of money to buy a loaf of bread).

There are so many crucial issues, not just this one. Global warming which is doing us in more and more each day — it still seems abstract, and its effects can still be blown off by the majority. But it is every bit as deadly as this economic crisis. So it really is imperative that we all get involved and try to save the world not just for us, but for the generations to come.

Best wishes, blessed be and good luck.

Pluto and the Stock Market…

Comparison chart of FDR and Barack Obama

A friend told me there has been comparison made between Obama and FDR. Let’s see how this stacks up against their astrology. In FDR’s case we don’t have his time of birth, but I’ve done a solar chart which will give us a pretty good comparison to Obama except for the placement of planets in FDR’s houses.

Both have a Sun Mercury conjunction giving them intelligence, diplomacy and understanding of financial matters, close ties to women, and good oratory abilities. Both have a planet at 1 degree Cancer in FDR’s case it’s his moon and in Obama’s case his Venus. In the chart of the US Constitution this is a critical point as it is the mid-point between the US’s Mars and south node in the 5th house of speculation (also ruling the stock market). They understand crisis well and FDR responded emotionally (some would say his wife did, which would make sense as the moon is in the 5th and would indicate her) and Obama understands it fiscally and diplomatically — a more cool approach, but solid. Both had and have great passion when it comes to domestic issues especially in regards to the 5th house — stock market.

Barack’s point of fortune is on the US Constitution’s Moon, giving good luck when we need it most in foreign affairs (Sag rules the foreign) and in the 10th which is the career or industry of the nation. FDR had his North node there and it also gave us luck and a vision of how to solve future problems via government oversight and regulations which the Republicans have widdled away at ever since. As a side, we are now seeing the effects of deregulation and non regulation in the case of China — it doesn’t work, never has. It’s akin to putting the fox in charge of the hen house.

FDR  had a stellium in Taurus trining the US’s stellium in Virgo. Barack has conjunctions to this stellium, both good in this instance. Barack’s rising conjuncts FDR’s Sun and reflects the same humanitarian urges FDR showed during the Great Depression.

They definitely have major differences as well. FDR had a lot of air and earth in his chart making him even cooler than Obama, who would come at this crisis with tremendous passion and dedication to solving it, not unlike FDR, but the style would be different. FDR came at it with the same resolve, but in a more plodding manner.

FDR had Neptune in Taurus close to the same degree Obama’s opposite Neptune in Scorpio, again the see-saw, similar in a way. Obama however is more spiritual, FDR more pragmatic. I wouldn’t be surprised to find that FDR was completely secular. Obama looks for the hidden and has a genuine interest in the spiritual.

Barack has Saturn in Capricorn opposite the US Constitution’s Uranus, helping to stabilize unseen, out of the blue lightning strikes. This also gives him tremendous ability to foresee potential problems before they happen. He may not realize it, but his intuition about the state of the Union is right on. Barack has both his Sun and Mercury trining the US Constitution’s Moon, again helping to stabilize the country and sooth the emotional roller coaster we’re feeling. FDR had his Sun and Venus sextiling the US Constitution’s Moon again creating the opportunity to do the same, but not with as much punch as Obama’s.

While the two are not the same, having very different personalities, both their charts give luck, stabilization and confidence to the US’s chart. I’m not saying Obama is magic and all our problems will dissolve if (and hopefully for our sake when) he becomes president, but he will significantly ease our upcoming difficulties and be a great president. It may take a while for him to unravel this mess, but he will be able to get us back on track and the longer he stays in office the more he’ll be able to dig us out of the rabbit hole.

There are definite parallels between these two men. Both great in a crisis with tremendous aspects to the US chart.

Chart comparison of 1929 Stock Market Crash, Future & DOW

It looks like it will really start to get scary in late December with Pluto heading over the horizon and a bunch of activating planets to set it off. However the actual death of the market will be early 09. I’ll post that chart when I figure it out. I had just looked in my Ephemeris and hadn’t done an actual chart until now, meaning I had made an approximation of when the real trouble would begin. I’ll post the actual date I think the market will implode in a few.

For now there will be good and bad days. I suggest using your intuition to pull out when your stocks or mutual fund is up. There will be some wild fluctuations until the crash but don’t let the economists fool you with how stable things are ultimately. Let’s face it if the market crashes it effects all the world markets and the companies you’ve invested in. There is a better than likely chance whatever stock you have will be meaningless as many businesses will more than likely go out of business and you’ll be left with a piece of paper that is worthless. Why take the chance? If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. CD’s are paying about 4%, about or more than what you can make playing the stock market and there is no real risk as long as you don’t need your money immediately. This is my advice. I’d hate to see ordinary Americans used and taken advantage of once again when I might be able to help some of you.

In general…

We have Pluto moving into Capricorn and their will be major changes in the way business is conducted globally. Probably more regulations and oversight which is greatly needed. Historically de-regulation is bad for business in the long run. It may seem good to multi-national corporations in the short run because they are able to create monopolies but by doing so they cut off the innovation of smaller companies and thus the blood line of the economy in general. During the last Great Depression regulations were put in place to assure a fair playground. The free market is not free when the playing field is tilted toward multi-national corporations. Just like we wouldn’t want to walk out on the street and have our loved ones murdered by serial killers only to find that because they’ve got a great lobby, there is no recourse for justice — regulations are rules, laws to govern business which like all other entities (be they  human or run by humans) are imperative to the free market, civilization and democracy. Corporations have rights like you and I and it’s time for them to live by the same rules we live by as individuals. Remember the Robber Barons of the turn of the last century? Well, we’ve created a new class of them via de-regulation. Before laws protecting children, kids worked 20 hours a day in factories, meat was rotten on the shelf and killing people. Our ancestors fought hard to make sure corporations were held accountable, and the Republican party has been widdling away at these laws for decades now. We are now about to suffer the consequences. Write your congressmen and women, your senators and make your voices heard. We need accountability. I know the rich don’t want to pay their fair share of taxes but the reality is we are going to pay their share if they don’t. Personally, I don’t want my daughter paying for the sins of wall street and I doubt you do either.

Please feel free to post questions anonymously. If you have any corporation you want to check out give me the name. I have a data base of every publicly traded company at my fingertips. I will gladly do the chart and give you an evaluation. Perhaps even help you to find the opportune time to get out of the market before the collapse, enabling you to keep as much money in your pocket as possible.
