Owls, Spiders, Occupying Wallstreet

I want to thank the people who have gotten out of their homes and gotten together old school to try and affect change. Since Uranus has been in Aries I have been saying privately this is the age of revolutions. I can’t remember if I blogged about it. But probably didn’t because I try to stay positive for the most part on the blog.

I went to Maui and just got back. I really felt the need to reconnect with nature. The balance of the human world feels so off kilter and disturbed that to just remember the beauty of the Creator was much-needed as I felt a great disturbance in energy coming from Iran which I chose not to blog about, and rather wrote down in a private journal. I don’t want to scare anyone – just make people aware that it is my feeling the leader of that country is feeling under pressure to leave and he is a control freak and wants to stay in power at all costs. I think he is trying to bait the US into a war. I received this information in late September, but the feeling was so awful and scary I didn’t feel it was good to put this info out there. Now that it is somewhat known I only want to warn our government not to take the bait. He is using a technique similar to “death by police.” If he can’t have power than no one will – he’d be willing to destroy his own people in mass like some people do by shooting up a public place and getting the cops to kill them – they want to commit suicide, but they are too afraid to do so, and are so angry with the world they want to take out as many people as possible in a final grab for power. We must show great restraint here in dealing with Iran as the leader will try many things to get us to go to war as his power slips. However the people of Iran our currently on our side – they want democracy and we must remember that and not take his bait.

Now onto several other things. I’ve been reading this book called, “The Narcissism Epidemic.” I found it because I wanted to write an article for this blog about this very issue. The 80s notion of “greed is good” and the emphasis on fame and materialism is a disturbing turn in our collective consciousness. Ironically there has never been a more difficult time to actually achieve financial wealth and have real fame (not Facebook/Twitter “fame”) than right now. The American dream has been all but destroyed since the deregulation of corporate America. It’s become a case of feast or famine for most of us and we have been divided to the point where we believe we have no voice, and we have been fed the poisonous soma of vanity, materialism and unrealistic expectations. Although I don’t agree with every conclusion the authors draw from the data they have collected – I have felt for the past ten years (especially) that good manners and caring about others seems about as fashionable as bow ties and sensible shoes.  However it is through helping others that we find true connection, peace, love, a sense of purpose, even our true purpose itself rather than wasting time talking on cell phones, checking facebook every fifteen minutes and twittering about the sandwich we are eating – it’s best to just take in life and process it.

Being a writer and a visual artist as well (who often uses photography) I found that I was unable to be in the moment on a trip when I was behind the camera. I probably take 10 percent of the pictures that a normal person does on vacation because I want to be present – not a voyeur of my life. It seems we have become voyeurs of our lives in every sense – we are one step removed with little fish hooks out on the net, or via our phone, cell phone, etc. Yet we will be out to dinner with a good friend and talk to some random person who happens to call. This is why I never keep my cell phone on. I also don’t check my e-mail everyday – sorry about that – but I refuse to deny life for the sake of false connection. All of those devices leave us empty when we don’t control them. However they are also great when we do apply rules to them. I am a hermit – this is my nature. I need a LOT of time to myself. Some people are not. For them perhaps these tools are fantastic to meet up with friends and go to protests. I think these tools are only healthy (however) when used to actually connect and not when used as a substitute for connection which I fear has been happening to us more and more, leaving us isolated and headed toward delusion.

Delusion? Yes. In real life when you interact with friends they tell you when a hat looks stupid on you. They tease you when you talk to much. They call you on your BS. But when life becomes a monologue there is no one to call us on our stuff and we stop growing. I believe this is partially why NPD and those tendencies have grown to epidemic proportions and this is supported by loads of evidence.

NPD and narcissistic tendencies are not (as previously thought) due to many of the things once thought – they are often a result of delusion – yes, truly when you boil it down – not knowing ones strengths and weaknesses and we all have both – that’s what makes us, us. If we were all totally hot, had 200 IQs and sang like Mariah Carey – we’d be robots. Our weaknesses define us as much as our strengths and there is nothing wrong with weakness. Weaknesses are either things to avoid (like I’m a clutz so I don’t wear high heels or do anything requiring grace and balance – I once spilled hot coffee on my own head – it’s true). So what. I suck at a lot of things. I’m good at things, too. Just like everyone I have gifts and failings. Failings can sometimes be things we can work on to learn from like being a hermit – not always a good thing – but I work on it and often find I have fun leaving my house.

But to bring it all back to where I started the Wall Street occupation – I am so proud that people have gotten together and are actually demanding change. This is the great thing about the loss of materialism – once the cell phone, TV, computer and video games are turned off we find we are actually in a room with a lot of other people who have needs and are sharing this space with us. We are learning the lessons of our great-grandparents who often (unfortunately) had to die for better working conditions and simple basic human rights. They fought not just for their own dignity and well-being, but for the hope of a better future for their children and their children’s children. And then those kids forgot and began resenting other people for “getting” things that they didn’t – hate and racism, divide and conquer tore this country apart. Instead of recognizing the sacred spark of divinity in all living beings we traded democracy for capitalism where everything was a game – and the more unfair your advantage the better off you did.

Capitalism is not Democracy and Socialism is not Communism. Democracy is actually antithetical to an entirely “free market” because just like communism it doesn’t take into account human nature – people are greedy, people will game the system when they can and they will find ways to justify their despicable actions when caught doing anti-social things. Everyone is not a saint if they were capitalistic communism would have been a perfect system and as we have seen they are both abysmal failures.

And BTW communism is not the same as socialism. Almost all Western European countries are socialist democracies and nearly all have done better than we have. Our current financial spread is akin to a third world country – all the wealth is in 400 families’ hands. How is that honoring our forefathers belief that “all men are created equal,” and have the rights to, “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” How can one purse anything but their next meal when they can’t find a job, have no money and what money they did invest was gamed against them and stolen by crooks with briefcases.

The biggest welfare recipients are corporations. What I want to know is if corporations are people than why do they have so many more rights than I do? They can move overseas and file taxes where its cheapest and not go to prison for fraud. Pretty awesome to be a corporation or as Mit Romney defended them a “person” – of course not a real person like me or you – a paper person where no rules apply except exemptions.

My prayers are with you OWLS and I think you should call yourselves that because owls are wise and represent messages from spirit. Those with owl medicine (such as myself) are unable to be fooled – can see through things, are psychic, clairvoyant and clairaudiant. So embrace the owl. It is not an evil symbol as some reader stated that whenever they saw an owl it was a bad omen – when you see an owl it can mean many things, but it is always a message from spirit. In most people’s cases they don’t usually get messages from spirit unless they are in trouble. Well this country – this world is in trouble so let the message be heard – Time for the spirit to usurp the material and for real change to come from us, the people – the place where true change has always arisen and always will.

Thanks be to the Great Spirit for this beautiful awakening,

Many blessings,

Denise

Oh, and don’t invest in the market unless your part of the one percent. The one percent will just find a way to steal your money. We need  a thousand times more trade, market, corporate and business regulations than we have. Unless you are on the inside –  you are on the outside watching the ball bounce across the numbers on a roulette wheel. Maybe someday when this is sorted, but not now. Don’t give them anymore of your money – PLEASE!!!

I can say this because I had confirmation and some of this information is out there. I was told not to pay cash for anything right now. I was told to put everything on credit cards as banks were going to be involved in some major malfeasance and one will need cash.  The government or governments will have to step in and fix the banking system.

If you are good and pay off everything, you will be ripped off by the sociopathic heads of the world’s financial institutions. It goes against everything I believe, but that’s what I was told. I’ve had a hard time following that advice.

Today I heard on the radio that bankers in Europe have declared war on the Euro. They literally are trying to destroy it, and take down whole financial systems so a few of them can make a few extra bucks. This is a sick game and something that Warren Buffet called, “Financial Nuclear War.”

With Uranus going into Aries we can expect that people will not take this lying down. In fact I believe we will see a class war which eventually could lead to civil wars and has the potential to lead to another world war if the governments of the world do not take immediate action against the financial criminals.

This is so insane, and yes the energy is very bizarre, unlike anything I’ve ever felt. It feels like we are on the edge of chaos. This is why I have not wanted to post. I didn’t want to scare anyone. But for now you can take care of yourselves in a physical way by storing as many nuts as you can and don’t pay off your credit cards – pretty much the exact opposite advice you’d get from Suze Orman, although if this world weren’t going so crazy and weren’t so corrupt I’d agree whole heartedly with her. But we don’t live in those times anymore. The sociopaths have control of our financial ship and they are about to steer us off a cliff knowing how much suffering they will cause, just to collect the insurance money. These are very sick people.

I will dole this out slowly as not to overwhelm everyone and wait to get confirmation of what my guides have been telling me. I don’t want anyone to freak out. It won’t do any good. I must admit I have been very depressed about the future for the past several months. And until I had a strategy I didn’t want to bum anyone else out.

I wondered for a while if I should take all my money out of the bank and reading this you probably will wonder the same. Problem is where to keep it? For now I don’t suggest that. If I come up with a brilliant solution or get information on what to do I will post it. If anyone else gets an inspired thought or idea let us know by posting it.

If you are middle class – STAY OUT OF THE MARKET!!!! Like vampires they will suck you dry.

Many blessings,

Denise

More Clarification on Working the Down Side of the Market

Thanks to reader Ftrsman who writes in with further clarification about working the down side of the market!

Hey, Denise, great site, thanks so sharing so freely! Didn’t think I’d ever write in, but I have to say something about trading options. While put options are a way to make $ if something goes down, and betterdaysahead is right, technically, saying ‘limited risk with maximum potential”‘, that’s making it sound a little too good. Over 95% of regular investors lose every cent they ever put into an options contract, so their ‘limited risk’ keeps happening over and over. (The minute you buy an options contract it starts losing value, because it has an expiration date, and few non-pros understand when an option is fairly priced to begin with). Another poster is right in saying it should be left to professionals.

Right now the options market is really screwy, because people are paying for fear and the normal parameters of price/time/volatility just aren’t working (IOW, the move has to be so big, and relatively fast, before the risk/reward pays off – it’s not simple like ‘the dow goes down 5%, your option goes up 5 or 10 or 20%. ‘ ). A lot of pro options traders are staying on the sidelines because pricing is so screwed right now. Besides, any pro will tell you that a newbie who wants to trade options oughta not just take a basic course online or wherever but spend a year or more ‘paper trading’, meaning, practicing on paper, and if they start doing that right now, a year from now the ‘big move’ may be over (but the next year may give a good education). If they really want to, s/he could give some $ to a pro options trader, but you usually have to start with $50K-100K, and I don’t know if I’d be trying someone new out right now. Don’t mean to be a joykill, but don’t want to see anyone hurt. There’s nothing wrong with cash.

More Stock Market Advice (trading on the downside) by Betterdaysahead

Thanks to reader Betterdaysahead for this very informative comment which I’m posting here for everyone to read more easily.

betterdaysahead

In regards to trading the stock market and making money on downside action; I would say that one may want to look into and learn about trading stock options. They can by Puts to play any downside action (Calls for upside action). If they own the stock they can sell Calls. The positive side of buying an option is that the potential loss is limited to the actual amount of the cost of the purchase of the option.

For example, if one spent $1000 on a Dow Jones Index (DJX) Put option with the ideal the DJX is going down further, then if the market did go up the most that one could lose is $1000. There is a ton of info out there online for one to learn about option trading so one can do their research. In my experience, and if one was just getting started. I would suggest buying an option that will expire at least 90 days out, and that is either “at the money” or slightly “in the money.”

The full explanation of these terms can be learned in the many resources available online on how to trade stock options. It would take too much space here to explain. Option trading has limited risk and maximum profit possibility, and in many cases it would be better, and certainly does not require one to have a “lot of money” to trade options, as compared to trying to short sell an actual stock(s) which could lead to unlimited losses, even of money not in an account. So I would say to your readers that if they want to pursue making money in the markets on downside action they should strongly consider trading stock options. Additionally, the profits come faster and at a greater percentage rate than trading the actual stock.

The Economy…

In a post last week I talked about foreign intervention in the markets and a rally on wall street, I thought it would be toward the end of the week. I have a feeling this whole week will be good for those of you wanting to get out.

Pluto is a karmic planet and the more our country and the world goes toward the politics of tolerance, understanding, intelligence and fairness, the better the world economy will get. I don’t know if any of you noticed, but when John McCain was up in the polls, the market took a dive. Now I’m not saying he is directly responsible, but as I said in an earlier post his chart is so bad for the Dow that if he won we would see, as I said before the difference between, “an economic Hiroshima,” in the case of McCain, as opposed to an “economic knife fight” if Obama wins. I truly believe that as we are headed into a double digit lead for Obama, we will see the Pluto aspect in December lesson. That’s my feeling right now.

There is always choice. Fate vs. freewill this is a big debate in the astrological community. “Bad” charts and “bad” aspects can be used for good if the individual or the entity being read has been virtuous, true, and built a life of doing good. One can also avert disaster by making a change in the path toward these principles which I believe the American people are doing right now, but it won’t erase the karma we will have incurred, it will however soften the blow. So that’s the good news.

The future is a path and as more go toward the positive, the better it will be for all of us. This being said, we will see some very unprecedented and bizarre times in the stock market over the next couple of years so if you don’t have the stomach for it, best to get out while you can. There is going to be a major restructuring of the world economy and the market place as a whole. So for the little guys like me, it might be best to play it safe. That’s what I plan to do. I’m personally am going to wait for the Pluto aspect (which takes several years) to pass before re-entering the stock market. I’ll keep you posted.

One tip though, in about 2010 we will see the start of a good time to buy real estate and turn that around for a bunch of money in 6-8 years.

Best wishes and good luck.

The Economy…

Pluto and the Stock Market…

Pluto ruler of death and rebirth, karma and transformation — uh, oh, here it comes. It will be crossing the first house of the Dow Jones chart late December as I wrote in an earlier post. I’m not going to go cover everything I put in that post, but as the economy continues to go south, we are going to see some other bad things not previously mentioned in earlier posts. I was hopeful the bail out agreement would conclude positively with oversight and helping home owners, etc. But as we have seen that didn’t happen, as predicted by the tarot the night before the vote. And of course we saw the repercussions on Wall Street today.

OK, here goes:

We are going to see the collapse of a lot of businesses. I’m afraid there will be infrastructure problems, such as getting goods from one place to the next. Stock up on what your need, we’re in for a big storm. This won’t happen overnight, you will have time and I’m hopeful that congress can still get it together to some degree to stop the bleeding. But if McCain wins we will see a global DEPRESSION unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. It’s imperative that you don’t vote for McCain, really I say this for no other reason other than I know this.

I’m not saying Obama is going to make daisies pop up all over the place and butterflies are going to fly out of rainbows, no. It’s going to be bad for a while either way, but it will be the difference between an economic Nagasaki (McCain) and an economic knife fight (Obama).

Seriously, it will take all of Obama’s 4 years to turn this tragic boat around, but if he stays in office for another 4 after that, I believe we will see ourselves put safely back on track.

I started this blog because I saw all this coming. I had a horrible feeling this summer, but couldn’t figure out exactly what my intuition was trying to warn me about. As soon as I got clarity I began blogging.

I’m scared. I’m sure a lot of you out there are as well. It’s imperative that you tell people how dangerous a situation we are in, and that you educate your friends, and family members on the positions of the candidates. I believe this is the most important election in the history of our country. We are at a cross roads. Pluto is a karmic planet. It can be a great turning point or the worst tragedy we’ve ever seen. Help make our country go in the right direction. Make sure to encourage people to get informed (in a real way not in a Fox news/propaganda/Lenny Riefenstahl way) before they vote.

Now that Pluto is going to cross the Dow Jone’s first house what could have been a positive transformation in the way we did business (if we hadn’t had 8 years of George W.) will now be the karmic equivalent of a shot gun to our head. It’s not going to be good.

We can turn this around. It will take time. But those of us who are intuitive, compassionate and logical must reason with the blind sided. It’s time to put politeness aside for the good of our country, and let those around you know how important this is, for the sake of the global economy and our world as a whole. It’s not just that we are faced with the loss of jobs, money, housing and credit, but this really could cause massive starvation (like Germany in the 1920s when people had to use a wheel barrel full of money to buy a loaf of bread).

There are so many crucial issues, not just this one. Global warming which is doing us in more and more each day — it still seems abstract, and its effects can still be blown off by the majority. But it is every bit as deadly as this economic crisis. So it really is imperative that we all get involved and try to save the world not just for us, but for the generations to come.

Best wishes, blessed be and good luck.

Pluto and the Stock Market…

The Stock Market Crash of 1929, Now and Future Crash

In the 1929 stock market crash Pluto was exactly conjuncting the Dow’s 12th house of loss. This sensitive point will be hit by Mars in late December of this year. That alone won’t do it as Mars is a personal planet, but Saturn will be making an applying square at this time and Mars will set it off. Pluto will also be moving from the 12th over the 1st house. This will be a major death and rebirth of the market — MAJOR CHANGES. Venus will be making a trine to Neptune at the time (those who trust their intuition will do OK) but it will also be inconjuncting (the Dow’s ruler) Saturn, and Mars (the two malifics). Inconjunctions cause loss or separation (like from your money) and of course Neptune rules loss.

The stock market crash of 1929 had transiting Pluto conjuncting Uranus in the 7th and making an opposition to the first house; it’s similar to the upcoming transits we’ve only begun to taste. I could go on and on about the similarities between now and then, there are many, but really the main point is to protect yourself. We, the tax payers, are already going to bail out wall street, but you can bet, you the individual share holder won’t be as fortunate. Take care of yourself and get out when you feel the timing is right — just do it before mid-December of this year to be safe.

Good Luck and Best Wishes to all.

The Stock Market Crash of 1929, Now and Future Crash
