Horary Astrology & Answering Readers…

The first question comes from:

Sunbeyond

Dear Denise
I’ve heard from this one analyst that commercial real estate will suffer real hard this year and for years to come, seeing that recently with all the retailer bankruptcies like circuit city and linens n things. Do you think that we are near a collapse of shopping malls? I want to also ask about this company Simon Property Group (largest mall development and operator in the USA) public traded SPG symbol NYSE Listing date Dec 14, 1993 9:30 am . Currently trading around the price of 43 dollars, Do you think its wise to bet against this company? Thanks for your insight, Love reading your blogs,

Hi Sunbeyond,

I wrote a post back to you but you may not have noticed it. I think the best way to answer this is through horary astrology which I will outline at the end of this post. Please send a clear, direct question about this issue to my e-mail: happypeopleusa@aol.com so I can run a horary chart on this topic. This method of astrology will be the most fruitful as you’ll later see.

The next from Carolina:

Denise…I had a reading with a friend who is a wholistic healer and clairvoyant before the holidays, and she also noted lime green in my aura. Usually she reports violet (as in violet flame), so not sure what that means…but you mentioned it in your blog lately. Also, I had a reading with Denise in January, and I highly recommend her! Excellent combination of astrology, tarot and clairvoyance! Plus it’s good to support someone who is giving us so much information on her blog, who is talented and generous.

Hi Carolina,

Colors mean different things to different psychics. But here are a couple of questions. Do you live in a state that has earthquakes? If not, then have you recently become involved with a new age group or with someone new? I ask this because for me, the violet is clear, that’s a spiritually evolved person who is psychic and it is your basic energy field. We all have a basic color that stays constant, although it can get muddy when we are sick.

The lime green can mean a couple of things. I’ve seen it mostly in relationship to earthquakes. I’ve seen a variation of lime green (more of a chartreuse color) around people who were emotionally disturbed and usually wrapped up in some sort of persona meant to cover it up. But this is only when that color is the entirety of the aura, not just a small bit.

Usually, a small bit of color in an aura indicates either an influence coming in or going out, depending on which side it is on. If on the left side it indicates a person who maybe disturbed who will try to manipulate you. If it is on the right side, it indicates a person who was emotionally disturbed (but trying to hide it under the guise of enlightenment or being special or “a healer”) leaving your life. The spot is not directly you, however it is in your aura because this person will be allowed too much influence in your life for a period of time before you realize their game.

Now, that’s how I would read that, but I didn’t’ see the color, so the best person to ask is your friend. She may have very different associations with colors then I do and it could mean something entirely different to her.

And next Juno:

Juno

Thanks for the clarification. By the way, tomorrow Uranus and Saturn will be in direct opposition. What does this mean in general for Americans, or do you have to know where the planets fall in your chart? If you answered this before, my apologies )

Hi Juno,

Uranus and Saturn although they both co-rule Aquarius are pretty opposite in their energy to begin with. Uranus is revolution, rebellion, thinking outside the box and Saturn is conservative, time tested and conventional. Hence the two types of Aquarians Abe Lincoln vs. Dick Cheney. Couldn’t get more opposite there. I’m glad you reminded me about this opposition as it makes an exact aspect to my Uranus, so I guess I should think about what that means.

It does depend on where the planets fall in your chart and/or the chart of the US or other entity. In general though oppositions bring conflict, so I would expect the general vibe of the day to be conventional energy vs. forward thinking. This could mean we will have more open and contentious political debates on both sides of the aisle.

And now for some info on Horary astrology:

Horary astrology is pretty amazing and not something one reads about in ordinary books about astrology. Basically a querent asks a question and the astrologer erects a chart, using it to answer the person’s question. The chart is erected for the time the astrologer receives the question.

I have found lost pets many times through the use of horary charts. Once I found a writing partner’s cat in a the ceiling of an apartment building on an adjacent street. I will give an example of a recent question I used a horary chart and give the exact interpretation I gave the client and the result of what happened.

Here’s the chart with the question at the top:

picture-2My client had lost a very large check and was understandably upset about it. So when he called and asked for help. I had him clearly state the question and took down the time he asked it and erected this chart from the time the question was asked. The client wasn’t sure if the check was at home, or at his new office or the office he was currently in the process of moving from. Here is a copy of the e-mail I sent in response after studying the chart.

I looked at the horary chart and this is what I came up with.

Call me when you get a chance if you need clarification: OK, it

looks like the check is in an enclosed space probably a box taken from the

place of business during the move. I also feel the box itself is out of sight,

maybe high up in a closet or on top of a bureau and covered in clothes.

The box is white with blue/aqua either writing or trim. It is likely

currently at home, up high and near some sort of technology

like a computer or TV. It was thrown in this box before you went on your trip.

There may also be client paperwork in this box regarding their financial worth.

Hope this rings some bells.

I received a phone call on the day the first day the client had a chance to

look for the check. He was ecstatic (as it was a lot of money). It turned out

to be at home on a bureau, near a TV, up high, in a white box, under some

clothes in a box he had packed before his trip out of town at Christmas.

The box was white, had his client's information in it and the check itself was

blue.

I have found many things without the use of horary charts so much so that

I've had to put boundaries down with absented minded friends who would call

whenever they lost anything. Or my husband who perpetually lost his keys every

morning and would wake me up at 5 AM so I could find them for him. That was

annoying, but anyway, horary charts are really great. And for me they make

things much more concrete. Just one more tool to make the Neptunian world of

psychic ability clearer and more helpful.

Best wishes and many blessings to all,

Denise

Horary Astrology & Answering Readers…

Generations Continued… (And kind of answering some readers)

I will get to the financial questions this weekend. I never looked at an exact date for the actual total bottom out of the market just gave a general time frame from the end of December until about the 20th of January because this is when Pluto goes over the Dow’s ascendant. Except for the exact start was December 21, 2008. To me the main message was to get out back in the fall before the first drop hit which was why I started the blog.

But unfortunately I don’t think we’ve seen the end of the free fall, and I will look at other factors that could set off another big scary plunge coming up in January.

As I said before Pluto going over the ascendant of the Dow was going to bring to light some serious scandals, criminal activity going on behind the scenes, and a loss of faith in the market itself because of ethics issues. Maidoff (ironic name) is the biggest, but I doubt he will be the only one to be exposed, and fall.

We are in a time of reckoning. A very karmic time, for those who have been greedy and materialistic they will learn major lessons now. Remember that old quote from the bible, “The meek shall inherit the earth.” We are seeing the beginning of the powerful’s fall and a new respect for those old time values, things you can’t buy like politeness, kindness, caring, empathy and good old thriftiness. It’s about time greed became the disgusting word it always has been.

Enough about that! Let’s talk about generational astrology and the first Gen-X president (barely gen-x but still) President Elect Obama. We will go from the mantel of the “Me” generation to that Uranus/Pluto conjunction (in Obama’s case it’s very loose, and his Uranus is in Leo, so he’s not full tilt, but kind of transitional) in Virgo.

Gen-Xers can be annoyingly idealistic on the bad side, and on the good side they actually really do try to walk their talk, whatever their talk is. They are good for their word. Most grew up in fractured families and were ignored not just by the families, but by the culture at large which had a literal boner for everything sexual. One could not enter a store without seeing statues of naked people humping. It was a very child inappropriate time. A time when being a kid or having one was seen almost as a sad debilitating disease that slowed down not only a chance to get laid and wasted (although being a parent has never stopped people from partaking if they wanted to) but also your chance to explore yourself. You know that ever fascinating Me, that has so many things to express and do.

I found it deeply ironic (that’s the very nice way of putting this) that during the Vietnam war, all war was horrible, when Me’ers were being drafted. Now, I agree war is bad. They were right. But the lame thing was war became good, when it meant cheaper gas in the old Ford 4 wheeler and it was (mostly poor kid) Gen-Xers going to Bagdad, suddenly war wasn’t such a horrible thing.

“We have to protect our interests.” I actually heard old hippies (who had been at one time anti-war) say things like that. It was a major 180. “Don’t trust anyone over 30,” and once they hit their 50s I heard arguments from this generation saying that it wasn’t until people were in their 50s and 60s that they were most productive.

Hey, that’s a coincidence, you’re in your 50s and 60s.

And I won’t say more about this because we all get it just from these few examples. I don’t want to whip them, there are many amazingly good people in this generation, and not all fall victim to these convenient 180s. And not everyone backtracked on their principles, but even those in this generation who are the good eggs agree with me that they, too, have been sorely disappointed by their fellow Me’ers in this regard. Some so disappointed that they have made the mistake of projecting this problem onto all of humanity instead of seeing it as a distinctly Pluto in Leo character trait. Not that they are the only people all of the time, but it is a generational marker. I actually had a history teacher in high school who was a Me’er and he said once, “You can’t change the world. We tried in the 60s and look what good it did. It didn’t make any difference.”

When I pointed out to him that things took time to grow roots, and that a lot of things actually did change for the better because of the activism of the 60s, which we have to give props to the Pluto in Leo people for, they were a big part of this and this is their good side. They can be very generous and trusting. Problem was they kind of got their dreams crushed after the assassination of JFK and MLK and Bobby Kennedy and many of them gave up and went toward the negative side of the Leo tendency, which was pure un-adulterated ego gratification in the form of materialism, greed, self-absorption, an inability to sacrifice the self for the greater good, and using sexuality as an ego pick-me-up.

Ok, let’s get onto the Generation Y which has more in common with the Me’ers, just as Generation X has more in common with children born during the 1990s (I’m not sure they have a name yet so let’s call them Zers). Generation Y has Neptune in Sag, Pluto in Libra, Uranus in either Libra or Scorpio. This period went from about the fall of 1972 until around the fall of 1984. If you were born in 1971-fall 1972, you fall in between Generation X and Y and will have qualities of both. In some cases you maybe an Xer or a Yer depending on your date of birth as the planets retrograded back and forth for about a year.

Y’s were the kids who went to rave’s. They are very social, and with Neptune in Sag, a bit of a lost soul generation. As a group they spent most of their young adult years floating, the economy was good when they came of age, but they grew up in fractured homes. They often just wanted things to be peaceful and hated confrontation.

They also do not have the same obsession with integrity that Gen-X’ers do. They are more bendable and willing to go along with trends, fit in with their generation and are more social, less critical of others and more accepting.

They had a hippie like feel when they were younger and were more akin to the Pluto in Leo types in terms of accepting (and abiding) excess, and had multiple partners where as Gen-X’ers never dated, they have one boyfriend or girlfriend and then moved on to another. They chastised anyone who even tried the multiple boyfriends or girlfriends idea unlike Y’ers or Me’ers. Gen-Xer’s were and are sort of prudish about sexuality unless it falls into the Neptune in Scorpio side of their personality, and has elements of bondage, S & M or a dark thing about it. Even then one could argue the sexual repression built into the X’ers finds a release in the darker side of sexuality and fantasy.

Next I’ll go more into Y’ers  and those born in the 80s, 90s and compare them to the other generations as well…

Best wishes to all.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!

More questions from readers. The first from Cathy:

Cathy

Denise, Thank you for the charts on Boeings. Here is some info on Airbus that I found -Airbus Industrie was formally established as a Groupement d’Interet Economique (Economic Interest Group or GIE) on 18 December 1970.
2000 three of the four partner companies (DaimlerChrysler Aerospace, successor to Deutsche Airbus; Aérospatiale-Matra, successor to Sud-Aviation; and CASA) merged to form EADS. If this doesn’t help – I’ll keep searching but I appreciate your efforts of trying. Happy Thanksgiving to you!

Hi Cathy,

I was about to run a chart when I realized I wasn’t sure which market Airbus was traded on because I think its a European company? And if this date you gave was the start trading date or the inception date or incorporation date, so let me know what more you dig up so I can run a chart. Sorry about that for now.

Id

Dear Denise,

Thank you for your analysis and insights. In these troubled times on a lot of fronts ( financial, physical and even spiritual ) you provide clarity and hope.

I have two questions.

1 – Urban survival. In which timeframes do you see possible shortages of food and basic necessaties?
2 – When will the dollar downtrend and demise commence?

To readers of this blog, please do google “urban survival” and make some basic preparations.

Peace

Hi Id,

It’s funny to write that, it’s like I’m writing to a part of myself. Jokes aside, I’ve given this a lot of thought. I think your suggestion to google urban survival is a good one. It’s always good to be prepared. That being said, I’m not getting the feeling we are going to see the economy drive us to the point of the things our grandparents and great grandparents went through. I’m not feeling it’s going to get that bad now. I feel there is a safety net being built that will cushion the blow and we are going to have to change our ways, but its not going to get to that extreme. I asked the cards if we will see the economy drive us to extremes and the cards said very emphatically, No. That’s not to say they don’t tell of hard times, anxiety, and major changes.

However, your point about urban survival should really be taken in terms of natural disasters. I live in earthquake country. Everyone lives somewhere that could be devastated by a major flood, drought, hurricane, tornado or earthquake. And I do feel that environmental problems of that kind are going to continue to spiral out of control, and we all need to be prepared for that.

My biggest fear right now is that the economy will defocus us from the real problem, and that is the environment. It doesn’t matter how many gold bars you have hidden under your sofa if your house is floating down a river. That’s kind of the situation we’re in. Believe it or not, this crisis has helped to focus us on the big picture to some extent, but its still not big picture enough. We need to go wider, broader. We are literally going to kill this planet — leave it barren, if we continue down this path.

As a teenager (back in the 80s) I made a disturbed illustrated children’s book about these little bugs who were slowly eating away their host. Great idea for a kids book, huh? It was of course a metaphor for us killing the planet. I told a much older hippy type friend about this, and he said, “That’s just egotistical, man. The earth is so much bigger then us, it can survive anything.”

And I said, “Have you ever heard of cancer? It starts out as one cell and multiplies until it destroys everything.”

Anyway, of course he thought I was nuts way back in the 1980s when I mentioned us destroying the planet. But I could feel it, and we were and are. My worst fear is we’ve waited too long to do anything about it. We have to make this our number one priority, seriously. Once we get things back on track, if we don’t use everything and do everything possible to solve global cancer (warming sounds like a vacation) then we’re all going to parish and there won’t be any future of our race.

Wei

Hi Denise:
Great postings!
Wondering about Citicorp (c). I think you ran a chart, but I didn’t find the interpretation for it. Given recent bail outs, will it survive?
If you have time, I am wondering about US Steel (x) and Freeport-McMoRan Copper and Gold, Inc (FCX), Google (GOOG), Intel (INTC), Foster Wheeler Ltd. (FWLT), Procter & Gamble (PG), and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (BNI).
Many Thanks,
Wei

Hi Wei,

I didn’t have Google, Foster Wheeler, Burlington or Freeport-McMoRan in my database. And of course had multiples of the other stocks you were interested in. I’ll post them and do some analysis. In the mean time if you want me to look into those not represented, post the incorporation date or the start trading date of these company’s where they are traded and I’ll run charts on them. Here goes:

picture-15picture-16picture-17picture-19OK, I don’t know if Citicorp has officially gone under yet, but they will or they will be absorbed by another company completely by February 09 when transiting Neptune in Aquarius makes an exact square form their first house to Neptune in Scorpio in their 10th. They have been seriously deluding themselves. Also Pluto is going through the company’s 12th house and making an applying square to their Saturn in the second. They’ve been keeping secrets, and if they do get absorbed by another company, whoever takes them on will be hit with a necessary and very brutal restructuring in order to save what’s left which would take place in March of 2010. This lapse in time will probably be because the company has been hiding a lot and it will take time to sort out all the mess.

US Steel doesn’t look bad, there are some good aspects and some slightly negative things but nothing major. They may have some foreign issues, but nothing major. They will also do pretty well over this period. My grandmother used to work for US Steel when they had a manufacturing plant in Gary, Indiana. She made steel during the 30-60s. Pretty crazy, she had all sorts of scars along her arms from where she had been cut accidentally from the steel in the plant.

Intel has that critical O degrees Pluto in Libra dancing in its 11th house. It should be getting hammered in the stock market right now. But things will get better for them in late January when Pluto hits 2 Cap and trines the part of fortune in the 10th. This stock and/or company is going to go through some major changes over the next 15 years, if it can survive these changes it is going to do amazingly well and probably be one of those long term blue chip type of stocks. But its going to go through a lot.

Once Pluto stops squaring Proctor and Gamble’s Mercury in Libra at 0 degrees in the 12th house in January this company will do well. Much better then most. There are a lot of positive transits being made to both charts. I suppose they survived a Depression and a couple of recessions, so they know how to deal with down markets. They will actually do quite well throughout the next few years, which is all I looked at so…

I’m tired now. I’ll answer the rest of you all tomorrow!

Best wishes and many blessings,

Denise

Hi : Very interesting

On the prediction that India will hit Pak sites, I wonder whether this could happen thru US, becos it seems more likely that Obama will use his power to persuade Pak to let US take on the training camps etc in Pak. Don’t see India doing this unless we continue to get hit like 26/11. May be you could run a chart for US vis-a-vis Pak and see how it looks…

I woke up with the feeling that the credit crisis wasnt the cause of the market crash at the end of Dec/ Jan

northernlights2008

Any thoughts on the two unresolved Senate races in Minnesota and Georgia? I think you predicted the Senate would get close to 60 seats a few weeks back. I wonder what the cards say closer to the evantual realities. Thanks!

Iris

Another question. Some of Obama’s supporters are up in arms about the people he is choosing to work in his Administration. They feel that they have been betrayed. Will the Disgruntled Dems. get over it in time or will they hold a grudge for the next 4 years?

Thanks! -)

grace43

Will Arnold Schwartzenegger be joining Obama’s cabniet? I thought when Obama said a top Republican would be on his cabniet, it would be Arnie. Now he’s picked Gates to stay on as Sec. of Defense. Since some very conservative Christians are in top level positions in the military, this seems to be a wise move aimed at keeping them calm. What’s up for the Governator after his term runs out?

Here’s his birth information: 30 July 1947, Thal, Styria, Austria (Taken from his bio on Internet Movie Database)
Birth Time: 04:10 (04:10 AM) MEDT(-1:00) (taken from Lois Rodden’s AstroDatabankhttp://www.astrodatabank.com/nm/SchwarzeneggerArnold.htm )

Thanks in advance!

I sure hope he will be. After four years of having to look at Bush and Cheney, this lady would appreciate someone up there easier on the eyes. LOL

NIFTY: India’s Stock Market: Chart and Analysis

I’m dedicating this entire post to Malayali’s question of what the future holds for NIFTY.  Malayali has been very patient and done a lot of research to bring insight into the stock market side of what is going on in India.

Let me remind everyone again, I’m not a financial person, just a monkey with an ephemeris, tarot cards, computer and some astrology charts. So try to bare with me.

Here is an explanation from Malayali on what NIFTY is and then the chart and analysis will follow.

malayali

Hi Denise, thanks for your humble reply. With lot of respect… here are some details regarding NIFTY. The National Stock Exchange of India Limited or S&P CNX NIFTY (NSE), is a Mumbai based stock exchange. It is the largest stock exchange in India in terms of daily turnover and number of trades, of both equities & derivative trading. NSE is also the third largest stock exchange in the world in terms of number of trades in equities. Though a number of other exchanges exist, NSE and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) are the two major significant stock exchange in India, and between them are responsible for the vast majority of share transations. The NSE’s key index is the S&P CNX NIFTY, known as Nifty, an index of 50 major stocks weighted by market capitalisation. The Standard & Poor’s CRISIL NSE Index 50 or S&P CNX Nifty nicknamed Nifty 50 or simply Nifty. The Nifty is a well diversified 50 stocks index accounting for 21 sectors of the economy and is the list of bluechip stocks listed on National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) (nseindia.com). Nifty is used for variety of purposes, often used as the benchmark of trading the health of the Indian Stock Markets, and also used for benchmarking fund portfolios, index based derivatives and indux funds. Nifty 50 Index started with a base value of 1000 on November 3rd, 1995. I hope you won’t disappoint your friend. I believe, that your predictions will hit the desired targets. picture-113OK, here goes.

The information Malayali gave will hopefully help those of you who are more familiar with how markets work. Again, I’m just an a psychic and an astrologer so I’m just going to go with my intiution and what the stars point out.

It’s interesting to me to see how the problems in this market are manifested very differently then in the Dow Jones or NASDAQ charts. It is Jupiter in Capricorn going through the 5th house (of speculation, Jupiter = foreigners) conjuncting the stellium there and opposing the stellium in the 11th house. I know in Vedic astrology Jupiter is the great beneficent and Saturn the great Malific and in this case Jupiter is opposing itself and later conjuncting Saturn (also in Vedic astrology there is no use of the outer planets, Pluto, Uranus or Neptune.)

Basically, this means that it is foreign markets making investors nervous and causing a see-saw effect; this aspect would have been felt strongly during our crash at the end of October, but would have been felt as early as January of 08 when there may have been technology jobs lost in India for some reason, and feelings among astute investors that something didn’t seem right. This little period of instability would have gone on until mid-late February of 2008 and then there would have been a period when investors would have felt safer again, and been lulled back into complicity. The big wake up call being this fall.

The good news for NIFTY is this market is very strong, and really its the global market that is causing problems here, right now. Those problems will get worked on, even fixed over the next few years. It’s not until February of 2011 that there will be unexpected, out of the blue troubles, mostly again with the work force, and more then likely with technology jobs. This will cause a big adjustment in the market at the time and by May of 2012 will very likely lead to value being lost in the market, especially companies that deal in technology, communication or communication related jobs. I wonder if this will be because laws will be passed in the US giving domestic companies greater incentive to hire US citizens instead of outsourcing these types of technology related and communication related jobs to India, reversing the current trend. So watch for that in the next four years.

This will be the start of a major adjustment of the NIFTY. And will be when NIFTY will have its version of what we are seeing here in the US, but I’m sure not to this extent because by then there will be even more laws in place protecting the world markets, but still, there will be a tremendous amount of Pluto aspects going on, so you will see this market restructured starting with this out of the blue crisis in 2011 and then some major restructuring starting in December of 2013, and later some big losses for investors about a year later when Pluto conjuncts Neptune exactly in the 5th house of speculation. So I would say to anyone at that time, pull your money out well before that time, and put it in something safe or in another market until this market goes through its period of adjustment.

It will have one very bad last readjusment when Pluto conjuncts NIFTY’s Saturn in the 5th house and square’s NIFTY’s Mars in the 8th from about 2019-2020. This could be a much bigger problem for India, I’m going to look at India’s chart and post it right now. Here’s the chart of India:

india2
Based on this, I’d say there will be some sort of a global crisis. It could be the climate crisis, a major famine or drought or natural disaster, something that will impact everyone and make trade, business and the economy seem very small by comparison. That being said, I hope I’m very wrong.

Hope I have shed some light on NIFTY. If you have a specific question, something I could ask the tarot in a yes/no spread, then please feel free to post it and I will answer it as soon as I can.

Best wishes to all and many blessing to you,

Denise

Answering Readers’ Questions…

So many questions! I’m going to list them here so I can answer them over the next couple of days.

But let’s start with Stoccer who asked me about a bunch of stocks and I wrote that I would tackle that over the next few days. Some of the stocks I did not have information in my data base for, so Stoccer if your out there, and have the start date of trading with 5) DRYS (Dryships Inc.)3) BCSI (Blue Coat Systems Inc. )2) AGU (Agrium Inc. or 7) POT (Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc.) please post them so I can analyze them in the future.

Hey, your not a broker or a hedge fund manager are you? You have more stocks then I have socks!

OK here goes with: Berkshire Hathaway and then tomorrow. I’ll do GROW.

picture-18This stock probably started having serious trouble in March/April of this year as Pluto would have been transiting the 8th house of its investors and opposing the natal Moon in the 2nd house of workers. There was a lot of instability, major fluctuations, perhaps even lay offs at the time or a fiscal cutting back. But sadly, this was just the tip of the proverbial iceberg as January will show more signs of instabilty and then, wham, in March of 09 transiting Pluto is going to reek havoc on investors as it squares Pluto in the 5th. There will be volatility throughout 09, but in January of 2011 the value of this stock will go up so if you can hold onto this one it will get better in a couple of years.

Hi Denise,
I just have a few questions:

1. As a Haitian living in America (came here around 1986), I was wondering if you see any positivity coming to the people of Haiti? It is extremely sad to see a country where once upon a time be so beautiful be in such constant turmoil. It’s extremely heartbreaking.

2. Will Barack Obama, serve a second term as president? (I know, he hasn’t even started his first). Will he be a memorable president, not because of his race, because of what he accomplishes? Plus, will he have his angels protecting him and his family throughout?

3. Will Sarah Palin go away…please! I can’t stand seeing her on every news channel, still babbling, and not putting any coherent sentences together. It’s nauseating. Is she xenophobic? My sense tells me she is. I didn’t get that from John McCain.

Sorry, to ask such loaded questions and thanks in advance for answering all of our questions!!!! I would like you to do a reading for me in the near future. Is there anyway you can send me some information? Do you have my email or do I need to give it to you?

Hi Curious,

1) Haiti. My godfather was from Santa Domingo. What an a amazing history that island has! The people emancipated themselves through a combination of magic and fighting. The Haitians are an amazing people, a truly spiritually gifted group (as a whole). I’ll run a chart and look at this with greater scrutiny in a future post.

2) Yes, Barack Obama will have a second term. I looked at his aspects about a week ago, and it would take superman to defeat him in 2012. That being said you never know, but it would be pretty impossible to beat him.

3) As McCain’s people put it, Sarah Palin and her family are “Wasilla hillbillies,” so yes, they are xenophobic, and until that dang Neptune comes off her stellium Mrs. Palin is going to soak up the spot light. But once Neptune goes bye-bye, she will disappear along with it (for awhile). I think she will try a bid for 2012, but I looked at her chart, and she has no chance of winning the election that year, so, not to worry.

I agree, I don’t believe John McCain is xenophobic. It’s too bad he really ran such a disgraceful, dirty campaign because other than that he seems like a good guy. Clearly, though he’s the type that makes a better senator then a president. I had the feeling he was pretty freaked out when he was running for the office, like he was having flashbacks or something. He didn’t seem to be in his right mind. Perhaps the pressure pushed him too far.

If you look under the page that says, Private Readings at the top or in the side bar it gives all the info on how to contact me via e-mail (since the e-mail I have linked to this account no longer works) andit explains how to schedule everything.

I’ll look forward to your future e-mail!

Obama’s Part of Fortune is NOT on the USA’s natal Moon !
Pat

Hi Pat,

Yes, actually Obama’s Part of Fortune is within one degree, an almost exact conjunction to the natal US signing of the Constitution. There are many charts for the US, so maybe you are or were looking at a different one.

Here are both the charts and you can see for yourself what I was referring to:

I’ll get to these questions next over the next day or so:

Well Mrs. Denise you have done it again…you stated that the racial aftermath of Obama being elected would have some nutcases coming out the woodworks with hate crimes starting to rise.

Will this type of behaivor evaporate or will it get worse?

Dear Denise,

A question and a comment.

Question: I fear that Monsanto, the producers of genetically modified (GM) corn, soy beans and grain, could possibly bring about a famine–due to their not allowing for a variety of grains (by other companies) to be raised in the United States. In addition to disastrous impacts upon the environment, and GM product’s nutritional defects, our putting all of our eggs in one genetic basket (using only one variety of seeds) could bring disaster if that seed variety fails–like the potato famine. I can not find specific incorporation dates for this company. What do you see astrologically for this company?

Comment: I whole heartedly agree with your 11/13 statement with regard to the religious right. As is stated in this quote:

“The resurgence of fanatical religious fervour occurring in many lands cannot be regarded as more than a dying convulsion. The very nature of the violent and disruptive phenomena associated with it testifies to the spiritual bankruptcy it represents. Indeed, one of the strangest and saddest features of the current outbreak of religious fanaticism is the extent to which, in each case, it is undermining not only the spiritual values which are conducive to the unity of mankind but also those unique moral victories won by the particular religion it purports to serve.” The Promise of World Peace, 1985. Hi Denise,

I came across this site which got me thinking about the trend going on in these various cities (Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, New York City) all of which are asking for handouts from the Federal government. Is it more widespread that the cities mentioned and is there a particular astrological aspect that runs through them all? Here’s the site:

Thanks again for you insight.

Hi Denise:
(1) The Gallop poll shows that Obama’s favorability rating is at 71%. Are the people who didn’t vote for him finally starting to see him as the right person for the job? This rating is very good for someone who hasn’t even taken office yet. Go Obama!
(2) Do you the know the timing of when Sarah Palin will have this civil case against her? She has been plastered all over the news lately. Everyone wants an interview with her to ask about her $150,000 + clothes (was this her doing?). She should really be ashamed of herself for saying those lies about Obama. She’s so quick to call people “jerks” and liars if they say anything negative about her…but when she does it, in her eyes it’s ok…like when she tried to incite hate and violence towards Obama. It’s just so upsetting to see these republicans being so hypocritical and mean. I don’t understand them at all.
(3) Speaking of hypocrisy, Elisabeth Hasselbeck (Sarah Palin’s twin sister), the woman who is so hated by many for her strong republican views, constantly butts heads with her co-hosts. I really don’t think her co-hosts enjoy working with her, eventhough they say they do and they all love each other. I feel they secretly hate her too and they just have to put up with her because this team brings high ratings. What do you think about this?
Thanks again for answering our questions. I really enjoy this site…I feel we have our own little community in here where we can come to share our views, seek spiritual guidance and feel hope! Thank you Denise!

Best wishes to all of you and many blessings!

Hi Denise, Thanks for this blog. I really enjoy reading it everyday. I am curious if you can find out about the Acr of the Covenant. Is a religious conglomerate hiding it? I suspect it could be the Catholic or Protestant church? When and/or how will it be found? I am really curious as to what it reveal and how it will change our lives. Thank You

Hi Sparker,

I feel the arc was moved many years ago from a temple to keep it safe into a dried salt water lake or sea bed that is currently desert. At that point it was tampered with by fortune seekers who moved it to another location in the same basic area. Many years later when some of these fortune seekers went back to recover the arc the topography had changed and they forgot exactly where it was buried. I do not feel it is currently in anyone’s possession (including any institutions) and unless there is a concerted effort using modern technology, psychics and historians, it will not get found for a very long time, most likely not in our lifetime. I do feel it could be found if there was enough funding and a strong team, but its not likely to happen anytime soon.

Nice site ) I concurr that a bad crash is yet to come on the markets. GM (general motors) is a likely cause for this fall. Do you also see GM been the cause or do you see them been bailed out? Also if i may ask Do you see a time frame for the inevitable war with Iran which also would cause a stockmarket crash and a likely rise dramatically in oil prices. Thank you )

Hi Truthseeker,

I’ll answer the GM question now and look into Iraq in a separate post, so look for that in the future. Here are 2 charts for GM:

picture-152I would say big lay offs are coming in February of 09-March of 09 somewhere in that time frame. As Uranus will hit the companies 2nd house of work and Pluto will conjunct the company’s natal Neptune (loss). There will be major restructuring during that time period as well but a lot of people will loose their jobs (it looks like to me). This company is going to have major restructuring, lay offs and general turmoil for the next few years, until early 2011. And then for another couple of years there will still be major power changes, perhaps a changing of leadership and direction, trying to rebirth themselves with some potential success but its going to take some major changes in the way this company has operated and some major innovation, new technology and leadership to get it back on track. This is going to take time. It really won’t be recognizable once these changes have happened. The company will have re-invented its product and its perception in the public eye but this will take a long time, not until about 2014 will there be some real stability.

As for the GM stock, transiting Pluto is going through the companies 2nd house of employees/workers and opposing the 8th house of investors and inconjuncting natal Neptune in the 9th, meaning all the shifting and layoffs are going to make investors uneasy. But as bad as this seems now, it will hit much bigger in mid-late January – February of 2010. So whatever is happening over the next year with GM, it will culminate in a negative perception and will lead to major loss in the value of this stock at that time.

Stocer

================================= Hi Stocer, I always have trouble with the symbols, it takes awhile to track down the names of the company and sometimes they are so close, I’m not sure I have the right one, etc. Could you post the names of each company? I will look in my database and run the charts, post them and give an evaluation. Denise ================================= Hi Denise, Per your request, I’m attaching symbols along with their company names. I wanted to get your opinion on the following Ticker Symbols: 1) AAPL (Apple Inc.) 2) AGU (Agrium Inc. 3) BCSI (Blue Coat Systems Inc. ) 4) BRK.B (Berkshire Hathaway) 5) DRYS (Dryships Inc.) 6) GROW (U.S. Global Investors, Inc) 7) POT (Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc.) Hope this answers your question. I would appreciate it if you can provide certain insight whether these are to be held or sold? Especially, when you mentioned that time after Dec 15th, 2008 isn’t good for the market. I’ll check here on your site to see your observations. THANKS. Stocer

Hi Stocer,

OK, that’s a lot of stocks so I’m going to break them up over the next few days or over the week probably. I’ll do Apple tonight:

picture-16Oye, vey! They were doing so well. And I do love apple computers. I’m very partial to them. They just went through a good run with Pluto going through their 10th and revitalized their image and captured the music market, transiting Pluto in the 10th making a sextile to Venus in Aquarius in the 1st. But this positive aspect will dissipate by the end of this month around Thanksgiving, the 25th, 26th something like that when Pluto goes into Capricorn and starts to conjunct the companies Mars in the 11th. There will be some angry customers, technical problems and general unease felt by the employees at Apple starting in mid-late January of 09.

So I don’t know if they are planning to release a new operating system or some new gadget or whatever, but its not going to be well received and will even make some people angry. I would say give this aspect some time to grow as it will hit their Sun in about 6 or 7 years and there could even be lawsuits regarding some of the new technology they are going to be putting out over the next 6 or 7 years. I don’t feel like this is going to kill the company or really destroy them, it will set them back. Perhaps also because of the recession they will find it harder to sell their new products and they may try too many things in an effort to capture a market some of which may not be properly tested before going out. It will eventually clear away, and all will be well with them in the long term however. But look for some market slides, and some big problems coming their way starting around the 20th of January 09.

John

Hi Denise Can you please tell me whether I should hold on to the Bank of America share (BAC) and wait for it to rebound in the next few years unless it is going to be hit hard by your mid – end Dec 08 prediction Thanks

Hi John,

Here is the chart of B of A and some analysis:

picture-142If you can wait until February 2019, I would. You will do well if you can hold this for a long time. If not periods of 2013 look pretty good to sell, the stock will be better valued then. If you want to sell relatively soon I’d say the end of November, early December is OK, perhaps not great because there will be a lot of volatility. I personally would hold onto this stock for awhile because they will get their act together over time and this stock will recover. That’s what it looks like. I would personally wait it out.

Hope I helped.

Remember I’m an astrologer! You know a lot more about your investments and financial needs then I, so always trust your own judgement. The market is extremely volatile right now, and it will be for awhile. Some companies will fall, but many will regroup, transform and live through this period so don’t get too freaked out.

Late December through January is going to be very scary. It’s going to look very bleak, but remember things will change! And you can recover what you’ve lost if you don’t get too overly anxious. Try some meditation techniques, remember its just money and you’ll be OK. Try to remember there will be new opportunities after this period to remake some of the money you will have lost.

Money isn’t everything! And as long as you can eat, and have a roof over your head count your blessings! Your chance for wealth will come again as the economy realigns. But it will take time and we all will have to change our lifestyles a bit. But perhaps this is a blessing. We will all learn more compassion and eventually this will pass. Try to maintain hope as things get ugly. And if you haven’t gotten out of the market yet, don’t panic sell now, especially if you are invested in very big conservative companies that can weather storms like we are about to see.

Try to keep positive and see this as an opportunity for spiritual growth and realize other avenues will open to you if you keep your eyes open.

Best wishes to all of you and many blessings,

Denise

Answering Readers’ Questions…

Hi everyone, more questions, more answers.

The first from Kathleen,

kathleen

Would like to know future physic prediction of Obama and Pallen

These are pretty broad questions but I’ll do my best and I’m sure over the next few years their destiny and my predictions will become more intricate and precise as their paths evolve.

But here goes.

picture-15

Sarah Palin isn’t going to go quietly into the night. She’s going to exploit her 15 minutes as much as possible, however, she has transiting Neptune hitting her natal Mars in the 7th house of open enemies, squaring her 12th house cusp starting in December of this year. Mars also rules her 9th house (the law) and 4th house (home). This aspect will bring someone to the forefront, someone who has a grudge against Palin, more unflattering information will come out about her, and it’s possible another investigation of her, and her family could be triggered.

Another aspect that does not bode well for her immediate future is Pluto inconjuncting her Venus (Venus rules her 10th house of career). This is a separating aspect and Pluto rules power, so one could interpret that as power being taken from her. It again seems to indicate family trouble. Her 5th house is involved indicated it could be separation from a child, so perhaps her daughter will decide to move out once she’s married (that’s the best possible interpretation). I’m not going to mention some of the darker things these aspects could mean because as much as I don’t like her politically, I don’t want wish any ill on her regarding her personal or family life. And I don’t want to put anything out there that could freak the family out in any way. If it does manifest in a potentially very negative way there isn’t anything that can be done, so it serves no purpose. This aspect is very active from late December into late January, then comes back late June until early August of 09, and hits again from mid-October until the end of November.

And later when Neptune conjuncts her Saturn starting around the 13 of March, 2009, her career will be put in serious jeopardy. This aspect could trigger a loss of her career (and job in her case as Saturn rules her 7th) also there could be repercussions or loss within her marriage or her father or father’s side of the family or a father figure/John McCain?. However, these aspects will be conjunctions and don’t make any other major aspects so its hard to say how strong this energy will be. And there is a good chance that the negative aspects of these aspects will be off set when Jupiter goes over her 7th house and over her stellium in Aquarius in mid-April. So whatever comes up may not stick.

I’m just going to skip ahead to what we all want to know. Does she have a shot at becoming president? So lets look at the transits happening in her chart during November 2012 and 2016. I’ll spare you the astrological details and just say that her chances in 2012 aren’t good, but she does have a pretty good shot at 2016. She’ll very likely rear her head in a major way at that time.

Obama’s chart:

picture-14

Obama has some amazingly great aspects for 2012 and if he was in a contest with Palin would win hands down. Now if someone came along who had even better aspects for that time period, Obama might not win, but I would doubt it as Obama’s chart would be extremely hard to beat. So I can pretty confidently say that it looks like he will win again in 2012.

moonbaby

Denise,

I have two questions regarding the role of the Christian Right.

Someone asked about Rush Limbaugh’s decline and you responded that his influence would wane. How about James Dobson of Focus on the Family? His influence and the influence of his organization has been tremendous in affecting evangelicals and the Christian Right. Jerry Falwell has passed from the scene. So has James Kennedy. Pat Robertson seems next. Ralph Reed seems to have been neutered. That only leaves Dobson (71) as one of the remaining big names and voices of the Moral Majority and the Christian Right.

Second, will the influence of the Christian Right diminish or surge for 2012? It seems that by pandering to this part of the GOP by adding Palin to the ticket, McCain alienated a sufficient number of moderates and independents who would have otherwise voted for him. Leaders of the GOP assessing the future of their party may decide to limit the role of the CR.

Thanks,
Moonbaby

Hi Moonbaby,

I looked for a DOB on James Dobson, but couldn’t find anything. If you come up with one let me know and I’ll run a chart (even if its solar) and be able to read his future influence with greater detail. My intuition is that the Christian right (if they haven’t figured this out already) is beginning to realize they have been used by the Republican party. Oddly, the inclusion of Sarah Palin on the McCain ticket ought to make this clearer then ever for them. Republicans have no problem playing the family values angle, and “social conservatives,” (ie. how shall I put it nicely: uneducated, isolated rural white America) but God forbid they actually run the party! That was the message coming through loud and clear (between the lines of course) with Sarah Palin. The quote from a McCain aide, “Wasilla hillbillies raiding Neiman Marcus coast to coast,” is a perfect example of this double standard.

Bush appeared to be one of the religious right “social conservatives,” and although he was as dumb as bubble gum stuck to the bottom of a tennis shoe, he had a pedigree. He went to Ivy league schools, his dad was president, he grew up in the halls of power (albeit he was drunk and doing cocaine, but still.) He wasn’t a “hillbilly,” he just seemed like one.

The splintering in the Republican party is only going to get worse in my opinion because there are two very different sets of Republicans who really share little in common. 1) The “social conservatives,” who want to deny civil rights to people based on their sexual orientation and control other people’s wombs and: 2) The very greedy and privileged, who really don’t care about “social conservative,” issues, they just care about not paying taxes and being crazy squirrels who bury so many nuts in their lawns they can’t even remember where they put them. These people look down on group #1. And group #2 is a very small group, so they desperately need group #1 to horns-waggle and manipulate. The sad thing here is I believe group #1 has naively gone along with their religious leaders, who are busy getting rich and trying to keep their wealth like group #2.

My point here is, the vast majority of the Republican party, those who are “values voters,” can not be happy that there have been so many shenanigans within the Republican party over the past 8 years from corruption indictments to homosexual romps exposed. These are the people who were horrified Bill Clinton had an affair with a woman. Imagine how hard they took it when they found out Ted Stevens was doing blow with a male hooker and Senator foot tapper was caught in an airport bathroom trolling for gay sex. All this and they didn’t get to overturn Roe vs. Wade! Really, they didn’t even get close. President Bush (the supposed 2nd coming of Christ according to some churches before the 1st election — boy were they wrong!) abandoned them pretty early on, and followed his own interests those of group #2, the one he really belonged to.

I predict there will be a couple of opposite pulls going on in the Christian right. I feel there will be a strong, even more crazy, racist, sexist, nut jobby (not what Jesus would condone in any way) neo-nazi type of arch, and those who are more moderate, and more intelligent who will loose their faith, or move more toward the middle, or the left over the next few years. I feel there will be great polarization in this movement, and it will not really have the strong hold it has enjoyed, but will be more of a fringe group of kind of crazy people who will truly be anything, but Christian.

Tjuania in Desoto, Texas

Hi Denise,

What do the cards say about Bobby Jindal from Louisiana or Mitt Romney? I do think that Obama will win another 4 years and there will not be any mention about Sarah Palin. Also why did the McCain campaign have two separate campaigns going on? One for McCain and the other for Sarah Palin?????

Hi Tjuania,

I have to admit I knew nothing about Bobby Jindal until you asked the question about him. The little bit of research I did makes me wonder so many things about this man, did he convert to Christianity just to get into politics? Why would a person of East Indian descent become a Republican? Or be against abortion in the case of rape or incest? Or be against stem cell research? Especially when he considered going into medicine.

Since I couldn’t find a time of birth here’s his solar chart:

picture-2

Is it just me or is it chilly in here? No, it’s Bobby Jindal’s chart. Eeeck, he’s icy. Moon in Capricorn, Venus Saturn conjunct in Taurus in the 12th with a Sun and Mercury in Gemini! He may have a grand earth trine depending on the time of his birth, but its safe to say he is very ambitious, lacking in compassion, materialistic and opportunistic with Neptune conjunct Jupiter. He does have a loose grand air trine that makes him extremely intelligent, calculating, strategic and insufferably fixed in his ideas of the way he thinks things should be.

Honestly, his chart gives me the creeps. I hate to say that because I think it’s great that he managed to become governor of a southern state despite the racism he must have faced with both his parents being from India. And I must say I have a soft spot for Hinduism, but alas he’s not a Hindu, his parents are. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bobby, hadn’t been angling for a career in politics since grammar school. And it makes sense that he went for the Republican side as it fits his personality much better than what seems on the surface would seem a more natural fit, the Democrats. I have a feeling this guy isn’t going away and is likely to try a run for the highest office in the land as soon as it seems viable for him to do so. My gut says, he’s power hungry, snobby and arrogant. I’m sure he truly believes he’s better than everyone, and has the right to govern because of it.

OK, now Mitt Romney. I ran a solar chart on him, again no time of birth:

picture-3

You ever get the feeling Mitt is hiding something? Well, that’s because he is, I knew he felt a bit slimy but he’s not as bad as he seems. He actually is pretty sensitive, but he is also extremely secretive. And it looks like he came from money through both his father and his mother’s sides. This is a man who hasn’t had a tremendous amount of struggle in his life, and this is most likely why he can’t really understand what it’s like to be a regular working person.

With so much water in his chart in weak placements it is why he changes his opinions with the wind. It looks like he is a pretty religious guy, and not a bad person if you got to know him, which very few people really do. But he’s very out of touch with ordinary people, and with America as a whole, and I doubt very much he could be much of a leader. His chart doesn’t show strong leadership skills. He’s too passive, and too secretive even though he has this tremendous desire for power that comes from his father. He just doesn’t have the character to live up to that desire. Looking at his chart I don’t see any real chance that he could ever become president.

Elly

What will happen to the auto industry Ford and crysler?

Hi Elly,

Here’s Ford’s chart, hint, it doesn’t look good for them right now:

picture-41

By the end of this month Pluto will be conjuncting Ford’s natal Mars, this is not good for their investors, as Mars rules the 8th house of investments. If you own stock, I’d look for a good day to sell it before the 26th of November unless you want to keep it for a very long time. Once this aspect hits off and on over the next year, there will be major losses for investors. Then things will sort of stabilize for awhile, but really the worse is yet to come as Pluto will conjunct Ford’s Pluto in the 10th causing major changes in the way Ford works, and possible relocation of their company. That will come in about 2011 so we don’t have to get too exact right now with that aspect, but after that transiting Pluto (through the 5th house of speculation) will hit the company’s Sun in the 11th and I would say at that point either Ford will come up with some radical new technology, and save themselves, or go out of business. This will be in about 8 years from now.

However, some good news: there is a positive aspect helping the company as Pluto opposes its Mars, transiting Pluto will be making a trine to natal Uranus which is in the 6th and rules the 6th. I would think that this means there will be some sort of bail out for the company that will save jobs at least for the time being. But the stock will go down in value as a result of the opposition. It may have some better days ahead, but its going to go through some serious changes over the next 8 years. And there is a chance with so much Pluto action that the company could fail, and ultimately go out of business. So, its up to you to trust your intuition about this. My gut tells me its going to be all over the place for awhile and will eventually mutate into something else.

I have been feeling the auto industry’s demise since this summer but I’m not sure if I wrote a post exclusively about it although I meant to. I may have mentioned it in relationship to the financial crisis in another post. I meant to do a detailed analysis of this issue, but felt it might seem to obvious a prediction and also got side tracked by the election.

Hope this helps you some.

I will save the other car makers for tomorrow and the following questions! As well as new posts.

Best wishes and many blessings!

Oil and Gold..

picture-71

The trend in the oil futures market with Pluto conjuncting natal Neptune in the 6th house has been for loss, and because it rules the natal 10th, a sense that there isn’t much of a future in oil futures. It’s interesting to note that Uranus was conjunct the United States Oil Fund’s Mercury this summer in the 10th, creating the spike in prices. Mercury is the chart ruler of USOF and also rules the 4th house (which in this case would be prices here at home).

From what I can discern of these 2 charts it seems the Futures market applies to the way oil is seen as a future investment and how it will trend, where as the USOF is more about what is going on in the market currently. Accordingly, Pluto is transiting through the Oil Futures market, and as I stated conjuncting Neptune the planet of loss, it will then make an opposition to the first as it crosses into the 7th house, and will square the natal Sun, this aspect becomes exact at the end of February 2012 and I would take it to mean the bottom dropping out of this market at that point and serious losses for a long time with good and bad months, mostly bad from then on until a little upturn about 2 years later. However for now there will be an upswing coming at the end of January 09 around the 21st and from there it will stay on an up ride until the end of June, recede a bit and then go up again as Pluto will be making a sextile to the Crude Oil Futures’ natal Saturn and then sextile the Moon. Both positive aspects that will create opportunity for speculators.

In terms of the USOF, there will be a spike in value starting in early March 09 for about a couple of weeks as transiting Neptune (ruler of oil) conjuncts the USOF’s chart ruler Mercury. This same configuration happened over the summer when oil prices went nuts. And in April of 09 there should be talk of expansion, again more money to be made, but it will be through the USOF tapping into new ways of using old technology, perhaps ethanol or something like that will make investing in oil and oil revenues go up. Neptune will be making a trine to Jupiter in the 6th and will be conjuncting the 11th house at that time exactly. So money will be made through innovation, new hope for the future in regards to how to utilize oil and since Jupiter is in the 6th which is Virgo related. And Virgo rules grain and corn, I’d have to go with the idea that ethanol will seem like some sort of savior to the Oil industry at that time and people will invest in oil more heavily.

OK, I’m going to move on to Gold:

picture-111

Interesting that transiting Pluto is going over the Spdr Gold Trust’s first house. I know nothing about this, but from looking at the chart and thinking about this aspect, I’m wondering if perhaps some of the gold in this trust was acquired through raiding the dead. The first thought that pops into my mind is that something has or will come out about gold illegally acquired during the Holocaust, or through something like that. This rumor I don’t feel will ruin the trust, but it could cause some changes and an attempt to change their image.

However by late January of 09, and off and on over 09 transiting Pluto will be making a sextile to natal Uranus and there will be sudden sharp rise in gold, and then the value will back down and rise again suddenly. Those periods of sudden rising should be around January 20, 09 through to early March, then again about 10 days into May of 09 until about the 21st of June 09 and again at the end of November 09 for about a month.

In terms of gold futures, it should be fine for the time being, nothing to write home about. But in February of 2012 look out, there are a mess of bad aspects. So if you are invested in gold futures I would get out in the next few years as transiting Pluto will hit the natal Sun (the Sun rules gold) and will square the ascendant and natal Pluto and it will be exactly conjunct the 4th house cusp, opposing the 10th. All in all not good! Before this happens in 2012 there will be a little pre-shock wave (minor but it will be a warning) off and on in 2011 starting in March. That will be when transiting Pluto will be inconjuncting the Gold Futures’ moon and there will be some fluctuations and volatility starting then.

OK, more questions to answer tomorrow, now it is time for sleep! I will get to the S & P tomorrow as well as other questions.

Thanks to all of you out there.

Wishing you all well and many blessings,

Denise

Answering Readers’ Questions…

Hi Everyone. I’m going to focus tonight on economic questions to try and give people a heads up before things go even more nuts. I will answer all other questions over the next couple of days.

The first is from Sallyy:

Denise,

What do I/we need to know about holding on to/selling secure stocks such as Johnson & Johnson or A+ rated bank stocks of TriCounty Bank chartered on October 7, 1892 in Roachdale, IN

Hi Sallyy,

I ran a chart for both companies and will post them with analysis. BTW thank you for giving me the info on the inauguration time. I ran a chart for that and will post it tomorrow along with analysis.

picture-28And here is Johnson & Johnson, there are 2 charts one is when the company was founded, the other when it went public:

picture-27TriCounty bank looks stable. There really aren’t any problems here. They may run into some small problems in about 7 years or so, but it won’t be anything that will break them. This company will be remarkably stable throughout the crisis.

Now Johnson & Johnson: it makes it a little harder because they have 2 charts, but I’m going to focus primarily on the public chart since that would be the one investors like you have a stake in.

Pluto is going through the company’s 2nd house. So there will be some changes in the way they work, maybe shifting jobs overseas to make a greater profit, but this has already started happening. Considering how crazy the market is, this company will not see big losses for their stock holders until mid-January 2010 when transiting Pluto in the 2nd will square the company’s Neptune in the 11th. This will happen in mid-late January of 2010 until late February 2010 and then revisit this position from late mid-late May of 2010 the end of June 2010. It will again happen from late November 2010-late December 2010.  This will most likely trigger a restructuring of the company beginning in late February-early June 2011. This aspect will go back and forth that year as well, so it may take a few tries to get the leadership right. If you can hold onto this stock for a while it will do well. Its value will begin peaking in January of 2015. It will go up in value in spurts that year and then again peak in just as great, or better value for its stock holders beginning in 2019. Again it will go up and down, but do very well that year.

Carl

Hey there,

thanks so much for your insight.
Do you see the Gold Price go up in the next 3 month?

Jupiter will be conjuncting the Sun from about January 20-24. I would say during that time there should be a rise in its value as the sun rules Gold and Jupiter rules expansion and abundance. Really from about the 1/20/09-2/1/09 or there about, gold should have a spike in value.

I think you’re right about Alaska. How else can the polls be off by as much as 20 points? Can you give some specifics about what might be “fishy.” You mentioned the Aleutian Chain in an earlier post and I know that the Ds down there about fell out of their chairs when the results came in. I’ve enjoyed reading your site; it has given me great comfort. Thanks

Hi Northernlights,

I haven’t had any more dreams about Alaska. But I did get from the dreams that there were a lot of people in Alaska who knew what was going on, and there were rumors going around about it. But those rumors hadn’t made it out to the public. I keep meditating on what all of it means. I feel there is something multi-layered happening here.

Sarah Palin reminds me of an Aquarian woman (I’m also an Aquarian so it really bugs me to see a bad one) I once knew who was the president of the student body at my college. This woman was insecure and once she took the (teeny, tiny) reigns of power she went nuts, stealing money every which way she could from the Student Council fund. I knew she was up to something and ran for Treasurer the next year and uncovered her abuse.

She’d stolen thousands of dollars from a budget that wasn’t very big to begin with. And once confronted stepped down with her co-conspirator. But both of these women pretended to be very virtuous and righteous. Much like Sarah Palin. I have a feeling Sarah has a Denise who is about to bust her open. I think we are starting to see some of this coming from the McCain camp, but I have a feeling there is someone up there in Alaska who knows some very dark things about Palin and is quietly combing through the accounting and is about to burst onto the scene and get her.

I feel Palin is extremely corrupt. I wouldn’t doubt if the voting fraud had something to do with people directly involved with her or her husband. Her husband really creeps me out. There’s something sneaky about him. He never looked at the camera, it always looked like he was calculating something. He seemed up to something. There’s something wrong with that guy as much as there is with her.

If Palin runs for President in 2012, at least she has name recognition going for her… but that may not work in her favor

Patrick, I couldn’t agree more!

OK I will save these questions for tomorrow. I wanted to get to them tonight but didn’t get a chance:

Hi Denise: Thanks for answering my questions about Sarah Palin. Both Palin and McCain have said that they love and respect each other, is this really true or is their honeymoon over and they’re just putting on a show? Are the things that the McCain campaign aides are saying about her all true and she’s denying them because it’s embarassing to her? Also, about the dreams you’ve been having about Alaska, will the authorities or the CIA find out about this and will they be publicly exposed? Thanks

Back to money and such, could you run charts on Oil and Gold futures?

here are two ways to follow oil; they should have similar results :
NYMEX Crude Oil Futures started trading on 3/30/1983 on the New York Mercantile Exchange (also began on Chicago Board of Trade that day, but it no longer trades there), at either 9AM or 1030AM – prob 1030am. NYMEX symbol CL (not to be confused with the stock CL, trading on NYSE [ny stock exchange])

USO, United States Oil Fund, an exchange-traded fund, started trading 4/10/2006, NYSE, 930 AM

Similar two ways for gold, and they should look the same, too:
Commodities Exchange, Inc. (COMEX) Gold futures began trading at 1201AM on 12/31/1974, New York; COMEX and NYMEX merged in 1994 and the NYMEX symbol is GC

GLD, Spdr Gold Trust, an exchange-traded fund, began trading 11/18/2004 on the NYSE, 930AM.

I don’t know if this affects the chart, but any of these would have been “born” – created – before those dates, but the only thing that’s easily available is the day they began trading publicly.

Really enjoy your commentary, Denise! Do you see any recovery in the Dow or Nasdaq between now and when the tsunami begins late December? How much? Could you also run a chart for the S&P 500?

Hi,

Some random questions:

1) What do you think about Laura Bush?

2) Bush, Cheney, Karl Rove and many GOP’ers are praising Obama. Do you think this is genuine or they are just playing along?

3) Will India play a role in the Obama administration, especially with regards to Pakistan?

Thanks!

Best wishes to all of you and many blessings!

Answering Readers’ Questions…

The Stock Market And How it Interacts With Our New President Elect

Hi Everyone, I just want to thank all of you for the kind words and support. And for your genuine compassion and hard work in turning this time stream toward a hopeful and positive future. I’m not saying we won’t have to pay for the trudge through the mud of the last 8 years, but our choice now will greatly help not just the US, people of all races, ethnicity’s, women, and men, but also the world as we are all more interlinked now then we have ever been.

That being said we are going to have some crazy times ahead. And I will try to help navigate the waters ahead as best I can. As I mentioned before the stock market and the global economy is going to go through a very tough period. And remember Barack Obama is President elect, his energy is not yet attached to the karma of our country until inauguration day when he takes power. So we are going to see the Bush continium until the end of January. And Pluto goes over the Dow’s first house starting late December until late January. We will start to see some very odd stuff. Perhaps the reality of the economy will depress sales at Christmastime and further contribute to the Dow, and the rest of the world’s financial crisis come January. This aspect is exact until about January 22. I think inauguration day is the 24th, so perhaps the new energy of Obama/Biden taking office will bring some hope to the market, and the worst will be over for awhile.

However, in August of 09 Pluto will again go over the Dow’s first house as it retrogrades, and hopefully we will see our government use this energy in a positive way to put in place new regulations in an effort to restructure rather then the other alternative, another plummet. I’m going to be optimistic right now, and say this will be the start of a major restructuring of the global economy, and it will start here at home with the way America does business. Now we could also see the market react negatively to this, as we all know many investors don’t like changes, restructuring or regulation much. But it will be necessary and ultimately to the world economy’s advantage. If we don’t restructure, it will get very bad.

But, I do believe President elect Obama will make this a top priority in his administration. And I’ll let you know what I think will happen to the economy. I was going to answer a bunch of questions tonight, but I have been swamped the last few days, and will do so again tomorrow. So keep asking questions! This makes my job a lot easier. And a lot more interesting.

I decided tonight it was best to focus on the economy because I’m sure people are getting nervous about the market again now that the election is over. I’ve also gotten a plethora of questions about this issue, all of which I haven’t had time to address, but will over the next few days. I was too busy with the election to help those dealing with the economic crisis first hand.

So here are the charts of the DOW, NASDAQ, President elect Obama and VP elect Biden:

picture-8There is something very remarkable here! As bad as John McCain’s chart’s interaction was with the Dow, the opposite is true of President elect Obama. The Dow’s 8th house is Leo, this represents the investors/speculators. Obama has a stellium in Leo arcing over this house and into the 9th and he actually has Venus (a very beneficial planet that rules money) making an exact aspect to the Dow’s Moon which will be set off by Pluto. This aspect will literally soften the effect of the crisis. With Obama’s Venus being in the Dow’s 6th house there will be work done to the Dow (it will conjunct Uranus and make the opposition to the 1st and Moon which is where the Pluto transit is going to be) but with it being Venus, he will actually help stabilize the economy despite the volatility we will continue to see.

Also with his Sun conjunct the Dow’s 8th house, there will be a lot of people making money in the market. He also has Chiron in the Dow’s 8th which means he will help heal the situation for investors. Obama’s Saturn in the Dow’s 1st house means he will bring strict rules and regulations and order to the market. And his Jupiter (in Aquarius) is also in the 1st, showing he will expand the market in technology and attract more foreign investors in our companies. Perhaps even expanding the way our market is viewed in the world. This same Jupiter conjuncts the Dow’s Part of Fortune in the first, again, he will help bring a renewed prosperity.

OK I need to turn in for the night.  But let me say, that seriously the US really made the right decision here, for so many reasons! Not just because Obama is graceful, insightful, intelligent and compassionate, or because he’s broken barriers, but because he is going to do amazing things. He is going to turn this country around for the better in so many ways. And one of them will be fixing this economic crisis. Obama will show himself to embody qualities of FDR, Lincoln and already we’ve seen the parallel’s to Kennedy.

He will be a great president.

Congratulations to all of us!
